I am long time member of CVS in CA. Recently relocated to Texas. My first few experiences with pharmacy went good. Today rude is not what I experienced from pharmacist. One might chose death of lack of medication before dealing with her. 2 stars for honesty tho. When I asked "do you realize how rude your being"? Her response. "Yes". Had a bad batch of birth control pills from here Having had purchased them For the first time from this location and even though they gave me a discount, this was the worst birth control I've ever had. And I even had this birth control for the past two years, but had never got it from CVS before. I've almost bled to death the past few days. The Pharmacist here had actually told me that the company that made this pill that I was buying that they had changed suppliers and that, even though this was the same brand it was not the same pill. So in all honesty I personally am Really disappointed in this birth control from CVS (I had never bought birth control from CVS before) . I am still bewildered that I never had so much pain before in my life from this pill before buying it at this pharmacy store at CVS. Drive through with the pharmacy is the absolute worst. Waited in line for almost 40 mins and the line never moved.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy ever. They are so slow. I was hoping it was just a fluke the first time and I gave them one more chance. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, with only two cars in front of me. How is that even possible. 15 minutes per transaction... I will be finding a new pharmacy to use. read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy around. The techs and pharmacists are so rude. Save yourself from them and go to Gloyers across the street or ANY one other than this one. Never experienced such rudeness from "professional" people. read more

O stars, believe every bad review you see my son was rushed to the er with an allergic reaction & someone on the clock today named Haleem proceeded instead of doing her job & minding her business. Expressed the medication can be bought OTC instead of filling the script. (her one job).. and then has my partner take a lap just to tell him the anti-biotics ordered to correct his allergic reaction were not in stock. Then express the furthest away is in HUMBLE. My son is 11 months-A BABY. Cold heartless.. I have a few different words. Argues over the phone & talks over me then hung up, I'm excited to see how well she keeps that energy in person. Hate to be a Karen but manager will definitely hear about you & your lack of interpersonal skills, de-escalation, professionalism. I hope when it comes to you, you don't come across such a passive cont when your child is in need. You deserve to flip burgers not manage medications with your nasty attitude. read more

All I needed were test strips that were behind the counter in the pharmacy, because they were out of stock on the store shelves. Instead of just handing them to me, I was told to go stand in the line of 5 people picking up their medications in order to get them... are you serious?! RESTOCK THE SHELVES! I shouldn't have to be made to wait in a line to retrieve something that's supposed to be available to run in and grab from the shelf, especially for medical needs. FYI, a lady waiting in that line was vocal about how poor the service is here too. Just terrible!!!!! My daughter was having issues with her glucose level and I was really desperate to check them because unfortunately, I left those items at home, and I'm not from this area of town. It's unfortunate really. If she wasn't willing to help, why did she even ask me what I needed? It literally made no sense at all. read more

I went by the CVS on my way home today to pick up my scripts and inquired about a inhaler that has been prescribed for me and the cost of said product which I already knew was pricey.After talking to one of the pharmacist for just a minute I was so relived to hear what my cost would be I told the lady I loved her which got some laughs from the staff. There were 5 to 6 staff back there and all were busy. been using this CVS location for at least a couple of decades. We have a closer location now with a new store but I and my wife have not had any issues with the Tomball store and will continue to take our business there and I have a belief that you cannot please everybody so to the staff at 815 main st. in tomball just keep doing your best and everything else will will be fine! read more

CVS usually has what I went in there for. Just don't expect any assistance, including with check-out. There have even been times when I wondered if the store was completely unmanned and just monitored with cameras. Literally. I'd go in, see three other customers, we all check out and bag our own stuff, and in no place in the store did I see an employee. It was eerie. This store has a 2 rating only because customers can't give it a zero. Always understaffed, poor customer service, usually long waits, out of meds more than they should be, I need a 3 month supply of syringes and the last 3 times I needed them they were out. That's 9 months. Currently waiting on a med for 3 days. Each day the app says it will arrive that day but it doesn't. Went in today and the sleepy you man said "we just got some meds in. It could be here". Did he go check? No. He said "you can wait around about 30 minutes maybe someone can check". Talked to the pharmacist this afternoon. No meds. She could care less. No idea when they would arrive. No apologies. Told her I was taking my business elsewhere and was reporting them to corporate. She said ok and hung up. Insurance in the past made me use CVS. No more. I've been using CVS Main Street/Tomball for several years as insurance dictates, and it has been a continuous journey of bad service, incompetent pharmacists and technicians. DO NOT use this pharmacy for your prescriptions as they won't be filled in a timely manner, the charge for the prescriptions varies with each order, they can't read the prescription instructions, & the prescriptions are often filled incorrectly, and the staff unprofessional and rude. My pain doctor sent my prescription the pharmacist chose not to fill it because I have another medication similar. My doctor change my meds because other didn't work for me. The young pharmacist chose to use her own option. I didn't pay a doctors visit to have a know it all , decide my doctor is not right. read more

It is so frustrating to go to this pharmacy! They don't use both windows at drive up, but people wait there expecting to be like all other windows. Instead, there are no signs until the rude clerk comes over speaker to tell you they don't use. They want us to start using self checkout and I was behind 2 elderly customers who didn't understand how to do it. They were getting flustered and confused, and the cvs person didn't want to open up register because they said that they weren't allowed to. Cvs is pushing self checkout. Ridiculous!! If they are shorthanded they should hire more people but I get a different story every time I call and they blame others including the doctors. CVS pharmacy is the worst. I would love to give a 0 rating. We got a call saying our prescription was ready, so we go to the drive thru to pick it up. They say they don't have the prescription and to contact doctor. We do. We get a message from the doctor saying they refilled prescription. A day later we get another call saying prescription is ready. We go and they say it's not ready and they don't have a prescription for the medicine. We do this for another 2 times. Pharmacy blamed doctor and insurance company. We got the doctors office to call to see why we couldn't get the rx filled and the doctors office tells us they sent the prescription 2 days prior and it's been sitting in the bin at cvs where they keep the prescriptions. Do not take your prescriptions here as they either don't know what they're doing or don't have an updated system. read more

This pharmacy is awful and we have to use them for our monthly prescriptions per stupid insurance company. Don't choose this CVS!!!!. They always leave you on hold for 30+ minutes, prescriptions take 2+ hours to be ready. They people are nice but they just don't seem efficient or organized. read more

Not sure if the pharmacy is understaffed but they are very slow. Especially if you use the drive thru.

Check your meds before you leave. They didn't reconstitute/mix my son's reflux medication nor did they give me a syringe to give the medicine with. Luckily I have a medical background and was able to do it myself and I had a small enough syringe at home to be able to give the medicine to my newborn. When I called, the pharmacist apologized and said she would talk to the tech who filled it but be sure you check your meds before you leave for yours and your family's safety. read more

I needed a prescription that my Dr. put through after having a surgery. I was using a catheter at the time and this medicine would help me be able to "go" on my own. I was in extreme pain and was in tears when the staff from CVS called to tell me the medication had been discontinued. I had to go through a three day weekend in the same pain and after doing my own research found it had NOT been discontinued. After contacting CVS it turns out that she only bothered to look at one distributor and not the others who still had the medicine. If you are in a pharmacy staff position it is important not to be lazy. Patients depend on you to do your job! I will be taking my business to a different CVS on Northpoint. This is not the only bad experience I have had but the others were not an emergency situation as this one. Please hire competent employees! read more

I had to switch my prescriptions to CVS due to my new insurance and this stores staff is so rude. Every time I go in for my refills they are curt . I have tried to be nice and make conversation with each person and it doesn't help. Erica is particularly rude. I hope by writing this review something will be done about it. I left the ER at 5:30 pm on a Sunday. Called CVS to see if they could fill my prescription b/c they closed at 6pm. Got there at 5:50pm and they filled my prescription right away. Big thanks to the ladies behind the counter! read more

This pharmacy used to be GREAT! Notice I said USED TO BE. I don't know if they've gotten new staff that doesn't know their job, but TWO times now they said my Rx would be ready by one time and went to pick it up and there was no Rx!!! I had to tell them to fill my Rx!! It's sad that the old employees were Johnny on the spot, ready and willing to help out and do a competent job. Not so much anymore. read more
