Not bad for a typical CVS Pharmacy in Waller, which it's rare in this part of town. The location is perfect. It's just right off of Highway 290 and Waller-Tomball Road. I was here to get something quick for my friend. Store is very clean. I didn't have problems getting in and out of the store. However, getting here is kind of tricky. There is only one entrance from the street. The entrance from Stokes Road is quite challenging. I was here during daylight hours but not sure how it feels at night. This place is absolutely terrible. They take forever to get you medication and make sure you are on their time. I've had my medication ready to pick up and it took them an hour just to give it to me! Being the only available pharmacy in town it is my last resort. read more

I went in to purchase a greeting card for a co-worker and was told my $10. bill was "too old" and they needed a "newer" one. What? I at first thought the gal was kidding, but no she was serious. When I said I only had that bill she called the manager. Another co-worker (also young) came over and inspected the money, then returned it stating the same thing "It's too old". I would give this place 0 stars if I could, The manager was extremely disrespectful and rude to me. She was projecting her frustration about the self check out being low on to the customers. It got to the point where she snatched my groceries and threaten to call the police on me because when I paid the first time, the self check out glitched and I didn't know if it took my transaction or not. So I asked for assistance and I told them that I wanted to Look into my bank mobile app to make sure that there were no transaction before I try to pay again. needed the passport photos, and they were not taken as per specification, not evenly cut. If you r taking pictures with digital camera, you can always take 2nd, 3rd pic. and see which is best or as per specification. we were denied that. Passport office rejected that pictures. Came to pick my sons prescription on a Monday. I had dropped it off the Thursday before. When we arrived first I was told there was no prescription to pick up. After I assured them I had dropped it off the week prior, she said oh, we can't fill until the fill date. I said yes, one of them can't be filled until later, and one was to be filled asap. Then she proceeds to tell me that she couldn't fill it because it was 21 days past since the prescription was written. I looked up the date, and that would have been correct had she filled it that day I was picking up. BUT considering I dropped it off Thursday, that was inaccurate. It is a controlled substance so without a Dr visit, we can not get a new prescription! Then she proceeds to tell me the insurance didn't go through! The lady at the window runs it, and turns back to the lady (who had been giving her all these details from behind) and states it did indeed go through, with no problem. 45 min wait. Never returning. Will drive to Katy or Cypress instead to Kroger where I never have issues. read more

Extremely slow. I called ahead to make sure my perception was ready before driving to the pharmacy. When I arrived, I went through the drive through and it took 30 minutes just to get to the window. After getting to the window, the pharmacist told me that since I have insurance, I would need to pull over and wait 10 more minutes. I pulled over and waited another 30 minutes. The whole process took over an hour for a prescription that was ready before I arrived. I will avoid this pharmacy whenever possible. read more

im so in rage right now with this pharmacy. my4 month old has hands foot and mouth disease and strep throat ive been trying to get his prescriptions for the last 2 days. im very frustrated because he has been running a fever and i wanted him to start the meds as soon as possible. well we finally get the meds after a worker was so rude to us over the phone. we get home with his medicine to open it up and start it. the main prescription we need for his strep throat was open the seal missing!! they really gave us liquid medicine with the seal missing!!!! read more
