8.3.23 Not my favorite Walmart to visit. My trip today was less than 3 minutes. I remembered where the item was I can in for, grabbed it and headed to the cashier. The cashier did not say one word to the gentlemen in front of me nor did she say anything to me either. I told her Thank you and have a nice day as I do everywhere I visit. I went to Walmart Navasota Tx to return 2 lawn chairs I ordered online. I received them on Oct 17 & 18th, put them on my porch, but a few days later I realized they were very uncomfortable! I boxed them and took to Navasota. Caucasian lady, couldn't help so she got this short, black lady, long bk wig, split down the center! Her attitude was negative towards me when she walked up. Had me to take both out of the boxes(not small items, I'm 70) so she could inspect, complained about string hanging from a seam, they were dusty. Then she called, a manager‍, who she ran to, to give her opinion before reaching me! So he says, "you can speak to another manager", I'm waiting, then he said "he's not in today‍, I refuse this return!" Monday I took the same items to Brenham Tx Walmart! Sweet cashier, view purchased on my cell, didn't ask me to un-box them, only asked if anything was wrong with them, I told her they were beautiful, but uncomfortable, she didn't even want to look in the box‍! Refund in 5 minute! It was an ONLINE PURCHASE, even if I had returned the order in pieces, it was none of the "wig wearers business!" I was not happy because she took things personal, she don't own the store and she has her position & roles mixed up! I also felt like she had this hold over her co-workers because they acted scared to speak up or give their opinions! She's probably one who cries racism all the time! I am a brown American, not being racist, but she treated me wrong, I was pissed, she was totally out of line! Someone needs to correct her! read more

This Walmart was the only Walmart in a 49 minute radius to have my child's formula. They put on the website that they only had two they're supposed to be scanning everything to be put in these computers. I even tried to order four and they said they only had two. So my husband did the drive up got the formula and went inside to check and sure enough two more. So go inside and check the store because they're lying. read more

Came in to exchange bed sheets and the Hispanic guy at the customer service desk charged me $13.36 when I was only supposed to pay the difference between the two products. He messed up the transaction and didn't give me a receipt so I could come back for the difference I shouldn't have paid. He just needs to stock the shelves or collect buggies and not be placed up front at the CS desk, and the "supervisor" I spoke to on the phone had nothing but a condescending tone in her voice. Y'all can keep my money because this incompetent employee $hit isn't worth the stress. read more

Friendly employees that are always willing to help. Small local Walmart. Great fast service.

The worst customer service place ever, for exceptions of few cashiers everybody else has an unfriendly attitude, no body knows how to work the different departments and they always look at you like you are an idiot. When I go to a store I expect their employees to at least know what are they doing and if they don't at least they can try! To bad there is not a Kroger or heb close by read more
