First, I just got out of my car and was walking past the suv next to me and the lady pressed the button to open her trunk just as I was walking by. The trunk door hit my elbow and I screamed thinking they were backing up on me. The lady said sorry but it was not a sincere apology as the kids with her were laughing. Great teaching your kids rude behavior. (SMH) Then walking back out some guy almost ran over me - he had to slam on his brakes to avoid running over me. Please be careful here. 8.3.23 Not my favorite Walmart to visit…read more My trip today was less than 3 minutes. I remembered where the item was I can in for, grabbed it and headed to the cashier. The cashier did not say one word to the gentlemen in front of me nor did she say anything to me either. I told her Thank you and have a nice day as I do everywhere I visit. Still nothing. ‍ Will stop here again when I have to but would not make a special trip to this Walmart. (This location is very tiny and needs some TLC)

I went to Walmart Navasota Tx to return 2 lawn chairs I ordered online. I received them on Oct 17 &…read more18th, put them on my porch, but a few days later I realized they were very uncomfortable! I boxed them and took to Navasota. Caucasian lady, couldn't help so she got this short, black lady, long bk wig, split down the center! Her attitude was negative towards me when she walked up. Had me to take both out of the boxes(not small items, I'm 70) so she could inspect, complained about string hanging from a seam, they were dusty. Then she called, a manager‍, who she ran to, to give her opinion before reaching me! So he says, "you can speak to another manager", I'm waiting, then he said "he's not in today‍, I refuse this return!" Monday I took the same items to Brenham Tx Walmart! Sweet cashier, view purchased on my cell, didn't ask me to un-box them, only asked if anything was wrong with them, I told her they were beautiful, but uncomfortable, she didn't even want to look in the box‍! Refund in 5 minute! It was an ONLINE PURCHASE, even if I had returned the order in pieces, it was none of the "wig wearers business!" I was not happy because she took things personal, she don't own the store and she has her position & roles mixed up! I also felt like she had this hold over her co-workers because they acted scared to speak up or give their opinions! She's probably one who cries racism all the time! I am a brown American, not being racist, but she treated me wrong, I was pissed, she was totally out of line! Someone needs to correct her!
