Ordered a pastel pink cake with flowers and a darker pink for the wording. Instead they gave me a white cake with a pink border and daisies. I didn't get what I had payed for..especially for $50!! read more

9.16.22 This is my main grocery store. I come here so often I know exactly where everything. I write my list out so I can get everything on the first walk thru. The flowers are always very fresh and beautiful looking. They have a cute selection of seasonal items too. read more

Not the store...THE BAKEY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered and paid for birthday cake to be picked up at 9am. I get there at 9am, no one had knowledge of order and did not seem to care. I showed them the order form with proof of order and payment. Manager, Carrie was the worst! She just made excuses as to how she just started work there. No apology, no accountability, no customer service. Very disappointed! However, Robert, who decorated the cake, did an amazing job! Much better customer service from Robert. I walked out with a cake at 10:13am...still had to drive across town to party that started at 10am.... Get a better manager! Frustrated and disappointed customer. read more

Great store, great staff. I never have any issues finding what I need and the store is well-organized and super clean. Their floral department is amazing as are their produce isles. The sushi chefs are phenomenal in quality and quantity. I don't know how they keep up! Wether you shop in store or curbside, service is always great! Oh and great meat and seafood selections as well. I like this H-E-B because they are incredibly accommodating. The other day I went to their "meat market" (just the section that they slice and sell fresh meat) and made a special request. I needed a fresh bone. My dog LOVESS bones, but cooked bones are bad for dogs, because they break easily and can hurt the dog. My dog loves fresh bones, and she loves snacking on marrow, but it's difficult to get real genuine bones. Well the young man in the meat market looked for and found for me a HUGE femur with lots of marrow. He packaged it up for me and all in all it only cost $2. Thank you HEB, for helping me treat my Addie to something special! read more

Decades of Pharmaceutical records since I've been using HEB pharmacy. They have graciously pulled up the records I was requiring and gave me a print out, no charges for the prints. Very helpful. It doesn't matter, which HEB location you're closest too, you can pick up Rx's at any HEB location. read more

I find this store has lots of choices snd it's clean and the clerks are helpful. I like the pharmacy as a convenience. The store is too cold for most people but especially seniors. read more

I generally like shopping at HEB. However, when we do curbside pickup from this particular location we discover the food to be expired. This is a real inconvenience for us since we live in a rural area, and it's an hour from the store. We like the concept of the curbside pickup since we both work and have kids, so it's nice to be able to pick up our groceries after driving an hour to town. I don't know why it's so hard for your employees to check the dates on the packages? The last few pieces of meat we received had dates that showed 10 days expired. Why would I pay extra for someone to pick that out for me? Also, why did we receive warm cartons of milk when we arrived a few minutes before the pickup time? Please coach your curbside employees better, because this is a huge disappointment and waste of money and time for paying customers. I expect better! read more

This is the biggest of all the H-E-B grocery stores in the Bryan College Station Area. They have fresh stuff including garden greans and blooms, fruuts and vegies. They also have a pezzeria at the east side.ebtrance. They have more checkout counters. read more

Some customers were walking around without masks freely. Really don't like this at the peak of the pandemic right now. Would love for this to be enforced more. read more

I had to go to this H-E-B because the one closest to us started closing earlier after COVID. They were out of what I needed in an emergency situation and it was close to closing time. The staff, college students, only cared about closing ASAP, lying over the intercom about what time it was and rushing me out while huddled in groups just chatting rather than being helpful. read more

Excellent, pizza place rocks, so many varieties, bigger bakery, fresh fish, and both fresh and organic selections. Tower Point was the select location, but think that Jones Crossing has one upped them in regards to selection, and fresh produce, meals offerings. read more

This H-E-B is where every single one of my friends shop. It's an incredible place, like most H-E-B's. When I die, I'll probably end up in this H‑E‑B, because it's pretty close to being in heaven. Is BCS really so boring that when any new business opens, the entire population rushes it the first day? Kind of what happened here...utter madness. THAT said, this is a great new HEB. Its closest in appearance and quality to the Tower Point one. Excellent seafood counter, cheese, and perhaps the best wine and beer selection in town. The layout is nice, but until the craziness does down, parking will be brutal. read more

Visited this brand new H-E-B on the day of its grand opening. It was insanely packed at the time I went so I expect many shoppers here in the future. I loved how inviting it was and how there is SO MUCH variety when it comes to their items. I mean, there's like 5 different types of cherry tomatoes to chose from! What I also noticed was the amount of pre- made meals ready to go at the front of the store. Perfect for students to heat up. They even have a pizza restaurant and sushi at the front so you can grab and go without walking all the way in the store. There is also a gas station and car wash at this H-E-B. As long as this store doesn't stay super packed I definitely look forward to coming again. read more

I visited this new store for the first time on Friday 9/21/18. I found the the customer service uncaring, resolute and detached from any concern about customer experience in the store. I picked up a container of protein powder from a shelf location that said the price was $7.98. I was charged $24.93. My husband noticed the high charge on the way to the car. I walked back into the store, went back to the checker and explained the discrepancy. A supervisor, Jacob, came to check on the situation and asked me to show him where on the shelf I found the product. I showed him and he said the product was from another department, "Healthy Living" and the price was correct. He offered to take $5 off the price for my trouble...sorta. He was never really clear if he'd actually do that or not. As I had not really wanted to spend that much on protein powder, he said he could not extend that (maybe so) offer to any other product. We went to Healthy Living , I picked out a new product and again asked Jacob to make right my loss of time plus the inconvenience I had encountered. He said it's not the store's fault when a customer puts a product in the wrong place. I told him it was not my fault that I was mislead about the price and inconvenienced. I turned my back to look at a different product and he disappeared. I picked a product and went to check out. Jacob resurfaced and offered to check me out. A higher level supervisor showed up and asked if everything had been resolved to my satisfaction and was I happy. I'm sure I looked as angry as I was and answered "NO!" She took over checkout, Jacob disappeared again and the new supervisor never said another word to me. I was so angry at this total lack of concern or positive customer service. They could have offered me a new shopping bag or $5 off the new product, at least. Instead I got a cavalier attitude from both supervisors. I left very angry and aggravated. read more

Throughout the entirety of COVID-19 H-E-B has worked tirelessly to provide for the College Station community. Despite these troubling times, employees at H-E-B have remained helpful and have provided excellent customer service. The company has developed regulations to help limit the interactions including one way isles, employees wearing masks, sanitation stations, and lots of signage reminding customers to stay six feet apart. I applaud them on their continuous service to our community! read more

Went on to check out the new store. Found out the ads that we all got this week don't work in this store they have there own ad. Never got that. Oh well left never checked it out. I'm sure it's cool cuz it's new but crazy they have different ads for stores in the same city. read more
