They grill the meat and make the sandwiches right in front of you so they are hot and fresh. My wife's cheesesteak was ok. Seemed kind of dry and didn't have any peppers and not too many onions. We then followed up by saying it does not have a sticker and Monica who has worked there for three years rolled her eyes and said all you have to do is type in the number, which she knew because she worked there and said it's that simple in a very sarcastic tone that was clearly directed to be rude and to belittle us(the customer). This is by far the worst customer service you could give in a less than 15 second interaction.
