The cashier said it was their busiest time. We lucked into finding a table to enjoy our food. It is like a busy deli in NYC. The Reuben was fantastic. My wife got the cheesesteak. They grill the meat and make the sandwiches right in front of you so they are hot and fresh. My wife's cheesesteak was ok. Seemed kind of dry and didn't have any peppers and not too many onions. We then followed up by saying it does not have a sticker and Monica who has worked there for three years rolled her eyes and said all you have to do is type in the number, which she knew because she worked there and said it's that simple in a very sarcastic tone that was clearly directed to be rude and to belittle us(the customer). This is by far the worst customer service you could give in a less than 15 second interaction. The manager on duty said all parties had to show id. But we go in there all the time and no one has ever ask my son or niece to show their id when I purchase beer.
