I used to have no problems with this location, for the most part I would be able to find what I…read moreneeded, the location was convenient to my residence and place of employment, and most the staff was friendly, that is until the other day. The other day I had ran by there for what was probably the 100,000,000 time for me right when I parked I started to feel nauseous and my vision was blurry. I immediately called my husband to inform him so that he could come get me. As I was waiting in my car for his arrival all of a sudden a police officer showed up, I was in utter shock when the officer approached me and asked me to exit my vehicle. The officer and one of the establishments employees both informed me that a Manger named Michelle had placed the call, lied and made it sound as if I had exited the vehicle and was stumbling and behaving as if I was intoxicated. She continued to inform her co-worker that she knew her claims were false but didn't care as she disliked me over something completely unrelated to the business or myself a patron of the business, mind you her reasons for disliking me have nothing to do with anything substantial or any for of interaction between her and I, we have only met through and interacted via the establishment. I have since made an effort to call to speak with her supervisor and/or the owner of the business but have so far been unsuccessful. She has however taken it upon herself since to try to slander my name and attack my character by spreading false information regarding the above mentioned situation. As long as she is employed here I do not recommend doing business with this establishment due to the fact that she can target others in the same since as she did myself.

Last 6 times over 2 months had to go inside for receipt. It's just too obvious at this point.read more

I've been frequenting this store for the last 6 months or so and have been extremely disappointed…read morein their service. The only cashier that is nice is the Asian lady. She's always chipper and polite. This AM like many I stopped in to get coffee. I fill my Yeti up 3/4 with coffee and 1/4 cappuccino. I've never had any issues till today. The cashier was rude and told me that she would have to charge me for a small AND a large cappuccino. When I told her I used mostly coffee she didn't seem to care. This is something I've told them I do every time and I've not had anyone ever over charge me. This store is already way overpriced compared to most stores. They really need to focus more on their patrons than hiring crappy cashiers who clearly overcharge folks.

Everything was always fully stocked you never had to ask for anything. I have not seen her there in quite some time and the employees are rude very impatient do not talk to the customers. The manager or at least I'm assuming he's the manager came up behind the cashiers as they were both chitchatting with a friend while customers were just standing there waiting because nothing was stocked the store was sloppy messy and he just let them continue to talk to their friend and didn't say a word. He did not even acknowledge the customers. They have hotdogs tamales corn dogs donuts etc. and there is no containers to put any of the hot food in. This store really needs to be ashamed of themselves
