A&M gear is common here since this is smack dab in the middle of Aggie land so I'll sometimes grab an Aggie piece of clothing or artifact for my Houston friends who are A&M alumni. An observation of mine is how clean and organized this Costco is. Not to mention the customer service is one of the better ones as it's mainly college students and Aggie graduates who are employed here. And it's not packed to the gills with people so I can shop with space and peace. Although that's probably due to coming here on late afternoon weekdays. In comparison to the ones in Houston, this one is run much better with more civilized patrons. Way to go College Station Costco!

They are making mistake after mistake with prescription: promising, but notifying doctors for refill, not noticing existing prescriptions and approvals, not having items that other HEB stores in town do have, even trying to give me someone else's prescription (fortunately I noticed an unusual price, and it was "ops. It is not yours" ). The pharmacy staff is constantly changing. For the last year and a half it has been a constant struggle.

So I asked if she would at least fill this one when they get the medication. Oh no, you should probably try to find it somewhere else. I know she's lying and she does too. Now I've got to try to find another pharmacy and then ask my doctor to please resend it because of somebody not doing their job. It didn't matter that I have a second home 20 minutes from that pharmacy that I spend a lot of my time and maybe the better doctors are in Houston. some of these pharmacist are so unethical, and they think everybody is a drug abuser. They think they need to decide who really needs medication. Shouldn't that be up to the real doctor prescribing the stuff. It does not matter if you've been in an accident, broke your back, had surgery and you actually need the medication. These people are supposed to help people that are in need of medication. Sad that you have to deal with people that have these power plays. it is a bunch of crap. All I know is karma is a bitch for people like this that do not know how to do their job, professionally and ethically. Jamie should not be allowed to be a pharmacist. HEB needs to do a better job screening who they hire.

However, when we went inside to change him, we were shocked to find that neither the men's nor women's restrooms had a changing table. How does a brand-new establishment overlook something so essential for families? With no other option, my husband had to change our toddler on the sink counter--completely uncomfortable for our child and definitely not sanitary. To make matters worse, our son's shirt was soiled during the change, so we asked the clerk if they sold any kids' T-shirts. She said no. Considering this business includes the word "hospitality" in its mission statement, it's disappointing that basic family needs weren't considered in its design. Needless to say, we won't be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do better, TXB.

I asked the attendant about it and he said the manager thinks prices change too frequently to make it worth marking it...super dumb. Despite that...the gas station is clean...bathroom included...with a decent variety. Now a tip for the gas is that you can get discounted gas if you purchase a car wash (to be used at the adjacent gateway car wash)...I always go here when I want a car wash and also want to fill up. Today I got the $14 car wash and my gas was only 2.84 a gallon. A great deal if you want your car washed too...and the car wash is great too because they have free car vacuums with rug beaters and rags and stuff...all free to use with a car wash... So...maybe not the place to purchase snacks and stuff because of the lack of pricing...but great for car wash and gas.

It started over my fountain and pack of pickles not ringing up right. The price in the computer did not match the price shelf tag. When I said something he refused to give me the shelf tag price and was rude. I left and called corporate because as being the man in charge you should be a leader and take ownership for your stores mistake and not be rude to customers. Corporate said they would handle it. I than went in there a few days later and he confronted me NO APOLOGY but confronted me and acted like it was my fault that he was rude and belittled me which was totally unacceptable. Being the person in charge that is TERRIBLE customer service. I than called corporate again and the agent said the district manager would contact me because that was totally unacceptable. I have yet to receive a call and it just shows that this company does not care how their employees treat customers. Horrible business model, horrible general manager which by the way some of his employees have told me how rude and nasty he is to them which is why they have a high turnover rate there and have transferred to other locations. The man either needs to be properly trained on customer service and how you treat customers or he doesn't need to be the general manager.
