When he called they had him on hold for 5 min before someone answered and asked him to hold, then they had him on hold for 15 min. I called and they instantly picked up and where friendly- once we told them his information so we could ask about his prescription however they became rude and hung up on us halfway through us trying to figure out what was going on and why they hadn't communicate with us or the doctor. This is particularly frustrating because he literally needs the medication to live. I've been there with him 2 other times where we have gone in and they have been rude and acted like we are stupid. They are not kind or caring. We have had positive experiences with the nurses who did the covid shots and the general staff, but the pharmacy has had this attitude towards us several times and it is not ok. This is enough for me to never want to step foot in this store again because the pharmacy really seems like they could care less if their patients die.

He kept yelling "I have record, I have record" but he wouldn't share the record. He just saw "over prescribed" from the doctor, NOT overly delivered the medicine. I couldn't afford the whole thing. Now I'm without the medication and I still had vials available. So much for the Hippocratic oath.
