Janice patiently researched the item and escorted my wife to the aisle where it was now located. This entire transaction consumed at least 15 minutes of her time - an eternity in the fast-paced world of retail - but Janice was professional from start to finish.

The deli is the absolute worst. They walk up to help and just look at you. No hello, just a sour face. I tell them what I want and they just grab it, walk away, toss my order on the counter and walk away. Only one guy (missing a front tooth) at the deli that was on top of it. Nice, quick and accommodating. Everyone else seems to hate their lives. One employee with a cart swiped the back of my ankle and didn't say anything like I was the one in her way. The cashiers are so slow and texting on their phones during the transactions. I'll drive twice as far to bypass this store. It is really pathetic.

They run out of stock on items often and remove signs and move items the day before the new ad is released so the prices are confusing or don't show at all in produce.
