Anyway for the process you go there, you get your number and check in with the app/kiosk. The only takes so many per day, so it is recommended that you get the early. Anyway, they said they would be done in about two hours and they were done in about fifteen, so I knew it wasn't going to look good. Anyway they ended up taking a small amount it didn't feel worth the time including the payment of $5 new with tags. I have enjoyed Cheapsake a lot more so though it's a drive I'll probably continue to go there.

My only downside was the customer service. The employees didn't come across as rude, but they weren't especially warm or welcoming either. Everyone seemed busy and preoccupied, which made the overall atmosphere feel a bit impersonal. That said, the great selection and affordable prices are enough to bring me back. I just hope the next visit comes with a friendlier customer experience to match the great finds.

All of the employees were very helpful on the grand opening day and even though I don't own Vuori clothing yet I had to give it a try. I have a pair of shorts from Nordstrom in their line and I absolutely love them so I had to give the real store a try. I will be going back eventually for more clothing. I didn't know this on grand opening day but when I purchased some clothing and checked out if they gave you a discount which was awesome the value of clothing is pretty great. I don't think it's very expensive to be honest. If you have the clothing for a long time, it makes the price worth it. I have been an avid shopper at LULULEMON for a very long time and I had to give Vuori a try. I believe the only thing that the company is lacking is the shopping bags that they give you when you purchase something I wish they were made better quality. It would make the brand that much more better hopefully in the very future, the company can do something about their shopping bags. All of the employees were very helpful in the dressing room and the dressing room atmosphere was so beautiful. They only had a few dressing room rooms which again I know the space is small to begin with, but there weren't very many dressing rooms. The dressing room rooms were were built, beautiful and decorated beautiful And it was a very nice touch. I loved that the dressing rooms used drapes instead of doors. I really like that the drapes were very high-quality drapes. I believe you have a customer for a very long time. I'm very happy with my first experience and I hope that other people will give Vuori a try as well. they had a great selection of clothing my favorite collection or color right now is the spearmint color. It's very beautiful and great for summer and about going into the fall. I got to connect with John Wilcox when I was standing in line at the checkout and he personally checked me out on his handheld device that was very personal with me. I had a great experience with him as well as the company. My experience overall has exceeded my expectations. I hope this review helps other athletic shoppers like me want to shop at the store.

I was told that she had found that larger size women did not want to pay the higher prices which I found incredibly rude and elitist. I pointed out to this woman that just the Shaw I had on cost $180 in San Antonio and that larger women I knew had money to burn. She asked me where we shopped as if she didn't believe me and made it clear that I was not her demographic. What a horrible experience!

We've shopped this location numerous times and all was well until a recent purchase on 12/10/18. We…read morepurchased our third set of King Sized 550tc sheets as we were very pleased with the quality of the two we previously bought at the 39.99 price point. It was a bit of an ordeal to even make the purchase because the fire alarms started blaring when I approached the register, I had my 10 month old child with me so we evacuated the building until the all clear was given. 12/10/18 11:57am, Bertha was the cashier. The issue began after we washed the sheets and noticed that one out of the four pillow cases felt totally different and was more an ivory color than the white we wanted. Not a big deal and we planned to keep the set without fuss. However when we tried to put the sheets on the bed it was fairly obvious the fitted sheet was Queen sized at best and the top sheet was in fact King. Obviously there was either a packing error or someone who is really good at folding this stuff back into the retail packaging swapped out the fitted sheet. Either way the customer shouldn't have to bite the bullet and lose $43.29 (including tax). So on my first availability I drove back to Tuesday Morning which is about a half hour drive, with the sheets in the Tuesday Morning bag and my receipts for ALL THREE (3) King Sized sheets sets I'd recently purchased. I didn't have the package for the sheets because trash day had passed and who keeps the package from a set of sheets, you assume they're the right size! This is where the drama began. Even with two receipts showing I purchased three sets of King Size sheets, two white, one gray, I was treated as if I was a scammer. The cashier said "well I need more information". I responded by showing her the receipts and explaining the sheets were not the sized marked on the packing nor the receipt. She leaves me at the register for a fairly long time while she went and looked through the sheets on the shelves to find the brand name. I told her the sheets didn't have he same name on the label as on the packing and was treated with more ineptitude. At this point I'm fairly frustrated as she's treating me like I'm a scammer but I have TWO RECEIPTS showing I'd spent at minimum $120 on sheets at this very location!!! Finally after some time a second cashier apologizes and starts the refund process. It would have ended there but the refund has yet to post to my debit card and when I called corporate I was given the run around and transferred to a voicemail box for accounting via the customer service rep. Save your time, save your gas and save the embarrassment of standing there in line and having your motives for returning defective items questioned. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere. I'll never shop there again, doesn't matter how great a deal is advertised. If you do shop there, KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS AND PACKING!!!
