The cashier's response was, "If that's all you see, that's all we have." I found the response dismissive and unprofessional, as it did not reflect the level of courtesy or customer service customers should expect. The interaction escalated from there, and I felt the cashier became confrontational rather than helpful. Two managers became involved. While one appeared to be attempting to de-escalate the situation, the other took a more aggressive approach, including attempting to take the product from my hands and directing me to leave the store. As a frequent shopper, I believe customers should be treated with respect, even when misunderstandings occur. The behavior displayed by multiple employees during this incident was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store. I have reported the matter to corporate and am awaiting a response. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location. I hope management takes appropriate steps to address the customer service issues and ensure future customers are treated professionally and respectfully.
