We were looking for fabric shops in the area and decided to come here to find materials for a project for our dog. The selection of fabric is vast, unique and offered a variety of price ranges. Hmm I thought I already wrote a review anyways this is the best Hobby Lobby to go to. I always drove 30 minutes to shop here the employees are so nice. They are very knowledgeable about the items in the store and when Christmas will be released as I call them every year. I got all of my Christmas and thanksgiving decor from here. Nice new Hobby Lobby! Set up similar to other Hobby Lobby stores, this store sports a similar layout and similar merchandise. However, this store had much more selection than the store that's on FM1960 and Stuebner Airline (my usual Hobby Lobby stop). Great selection of fabrics, crafts and children's art supplies. Tremendous amount of toy models, too - at very reasonable prices. Very clean and well organized with multiple check out lanes open! Found exactly what I wanted and was on my way. read more

I am very disappointed in Hobby Lobby's choice to down size their yarn department! I have been purchasing yarn and accessories for my projects for 30 years! I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at Hobby Lobby on mainly yarn! There are very few local (Houston/Woodlands) yarn shops in this area. I understand that the pandemic caused supply chain issues, but we are past that now. This was a hair-brained idea from someone in "marketing ", I'll bet. Does anyone remember what happened to "Bud Light"? Consider your customers Hobby Lobby. read more

This is my favorite place to shop for craft items & often end up buying lots of clearance things to make fun projects w/ my 5 yr old daughter. Diane a sales associate was extremely rude. She was in aisle pricing items and I said excuse me (I was going to ask her if she knew where the stencils were) and she yelled at me WHAT! I couldn't believe it. I know it's the holidays and it's busy or she may have something going on but I reacted, which I probably shouldn't have and said ok never mind. She then said "ok walk away I don't care". I said what is your problem why are you so rude I was just asking a question, she kept on and on. Finally I said God bless you, you need it. She wouldn't stop. I asked her what her her name was and she yelled look at it and pointed to her name tag. She obviously was unstable as our encounter progressed. I did tell the manager and left the store. She upset me so much I couldn't shop. read more

Probably the nicest Hobby Lobby I've been to. For some reason it felt larger than other shores. Maybe it is? Nice new store. Fully stocked, well organized and the customer service at fabrics was outstanding! I wouldn't mind driving a little more just to come here. read more

Love this place! My only complaint is that I go in for 1 thing and end up spending half of the day in here! Remember to go online to Hobby Lobby and show the cashier their latest coupon (usually for 40% off 1 item). It helps save a little each trip. read more

Guys--- look I LOVE Hobby Lobby, I mean, who doesn't?! However, this location, the customer service I experienced today was just ridiculous. So--- I purchased a cute sign that said "Bubba". Our boys nickname is Bubba, so we thought "HOW CUTE", so we bought it to hang up in his room. They didn't wrap it in the paper they usually do. When we got home, we took it out of the bag, and lo and behold... it was broken. So, no big deal, I figured in the next few days when I have time I'll take it back, and exchange it. Fast forward to today. So, I know this is partially my fault because I couldn't for the life of me find the receipt. I usually put all big purchases in my wallet, and I couldn't find it. So, I researched and I found out they could run my card and find the purchase that way. So, great! I made the journey there to exchange. While standing in line, an employee came up to me and made sure I had a receipt to exchange. I explained to her that I didn't have it. She then tells me I have to pull up the purchase on my debit card receipt. So, I start looking and can't connect (Service is horrible in the building). Then when I walk up to the counter, the lady that was helping me proceed to walk up to the counter with me and tell her fellow employee, "We have to make sure she actually did purchase this item before we can exchange it" she was also being really rude at this point. Of course this offended me. Pretty much saying she thought I was a thief of this $20 item lol. I'm an honest person and pay for everything I own. So, we run my card, and my card didn't pull up the item. I figured out, we used my husbands card. Oh lord. So, I then try everything to pull up his bank account to show that we made a rather larger purchase just a few days ago. I finally get it to pull up. All while this employee is standing beside me saying "If you don't have the card, we can't let you return this item" and just saying this over and over while this rude rude rude tone. I told them I'll just come back with my husbands card, but they said they wouldn't let me leave with the item I BROUGHT IN TO EXCHANGE. They called the head manager over, and she approve the exchange finally. I left this store pretty upset. Now, like I said I know it's partially my fault because I wasn't prepared for the exchange properly, but that's no way to treat a honest, paying customer. read more

The lady manager in the frame department is extremely rude. I asked her to check the price for an item and she said it's on the item. And I told her I didn't see one that's why I asked and she snatched the item from me and told me the price. But she could've done it nicer since I'm shopping at the store. She has horrible customer service. I then asked her if she would check another store and she said she doesn't know and I asked her to find out. She walked into the back with attitude and came back and told me the other store didn't have it and that I would have to take that one or order it online. Hobby Lobby is crafter's heaven. That store has everything anybody could want/need and then some. Many of the home decor items are really cute, not the best quality, but with those trusty sale coupons, you aren't really paying much in the end. Their picture frame selection is really very nice. From baby to teen to marriage, all themes and the ones I like plain and simple. The custom frame work area used to be top notch, now not so much. It also needs more sales clerks at that area. Maybe they were just shorthanded the day I went. What I actually went in for was painted country looking, metal baskets. I planned on teaching myself a crash training class on Pantry organizational skills, but with all the stuff in our pantry, by the time I bought the baskets needed, I could have just gone to a grocery store every day. Best section in store would be the knob and hinge section. So many to pick from and really great prices. read more

So much for a Christian organization. My mom bought some Christmas items that went on sale a day later. She went back for a price adjustment only to be ridiculed by the manager in front of other customers! She told her not to come back for anymore adjustments because she won't give it to her and it was not worth giving my mom the adjustments over a few dollars. She also said my mom can return everything and go BACK down the aisles to repurchase everything at the lower price instead of just giving her everything that was already at the register!! Little does that manager know my mom is a cancer patient on a fixed income. She was just diagnosed with stage 4 and is in the hospital fighting for her life. A few dollars helps supply her with medical supplies and whatnot so yes, every dollar helps in my moms situation. I spent hundreds of dollars at this location but I won't anymore! As a CHRISTIAN I pray the manager has a change of heart and shows more grace to those around her as God has done for us. You don't know what battles some are facing, it's nice to always be kind and offer a helping hand. read more

This is a pretty standard Hobby Lobby. It's new but honestly it feels like any other Hobby Lobby you've been to. The real benefit of this place is it's comparability to the Michael's next door. The Michael's is much smaller and carries a lot less than this Hobby Lobby. Don't forget to use the 40% off coupon online when you go! Just Google it! read more

I love Hobby Lobby, their quality and quantity of merchandise is great compared to other hobby stores! I can usually find an employee for service. My complaint is returns.I brought a six container bottles of paint, not realizing if I needed to return them,they would all have to be returned intact! I cut the bottles out the plastic, and decided I didn't like the colors. I couldn't return the paint because I had cut them loose from the packaging, which didn't make sense, because when I bought the paint,there were actually loose bottles of the same paint with the same plastic around single bottles! This makes me believe someone else returned the same merchandise and got their refund/credit! I didn't. read more

I had such a fantastic experience here after running around Houston trying to find all the various knob pools for my kitchen renovation project I finally ended here for the last few, Carol was so incredibly helpful getting my order straightened out and also explaining how the sale schedule with hobby lobby works in general.
