After driving 40 minutes to shop for squishes with my son, we arrived at Learning Express. The…read moreselection was solid, we had picked out a couple of their more expensive squishies ($20) and were still looking when we touched a squishy to see how it felt (it said "try me" on the box). Immediately I was approached by an employee and told I needed to purchase the item ($24.99 strawberry squishy) because I had touched it. We continued to shop and upon checkout was forced to purchase the strawberry even though I disagreed. The majority of their toys are being touched by customers but I was singled out and made to purchase the additional item because we had touched one as well? Because my son and I aren't white like the rest of the employees and customers that were in the store? Terrible customer service! To make things better, there is not such policy on their corporate site.

BEWARE OF ICECREAM!!…read more We were enjoying the day with family, walking around the cute area and going in shops and eating, etc. We had just left a restaurant across the street where we ate lunch and had gotten some icecream from there. We were going into more stores to continue shopping after eating and had our icecream in hand.... This was the first store we were going in and before my sister & niece could even step foot on the patio the woman behind the counter SCREAMED at them to not come inside with icecream. She said they had issues with kids and icecream in the past and they didn't want a mess. Understandable - this is your business and you can run it how you please. If you don't want outside food coming in, that's fine. What is NOT fine or understandable, however, is how you can be so classless and aloof that you then continue to talk crap about the customers you rudely yelled at to not come in your store (after they complied, without ANY complaint, comment, or so much as an eye roll, might I add) as the rest of their family is in your store trying to shop! I PERSONALLY listened to the two women behind the counter talk about my niece & my sister and their forbidden icecream the ENTIRE TIME I was trying to shop in the store. It took everything in me to bite my tongue and not address you directly - I did not want to escalate the situation in front of my niece, but if you read this please know I did NOT appreciate it and I think you lack decorum. You were rude and demeaning. Please learn a more respectful way to express your restrictions to your customer - something that is more closely aligned with the reaction you'd expect from a successful business owner rather than a teenage girl. If your store is going to be across the street from a popular ice cream shop, maybe you should take the initiative to print out that no ice cream sign you ranted about for 10 minutes. God bless! :)

This location is in Portofino shopping center so I feel it's not as crowded as the mall location. They have the store neatly organized and all the sale items are clearly marked. The register line moved pretty quickly & there was plenty of staff available to work the registers & help the customers on the floor. I did visit the store on a Friday around 2pm so that probably made it less crowded. I have been here on weekends during sales and it can be a little overwhelming because of the crowds so if you don't like waiting in lines I suggest you visit during the week.

Well, lo and behold, that place also removated, so I didn't know exactly where everything was anymore and it started looking too brand new. You know when you like new things, and when you don't like **too** new things? Like that. Now I prefer this target compared to the one-off of Cypresswood and 45 because their drive up times are not as long. Can I just say how much I love that option? I might be rambling now, but I love, love, LOVE the drive up option! It is so perfect when you forget something and have to make a quick run to just pick it up and don't want to get distracted by a 100 things like SOME people do ((cough cough)). But I also really love it because it's a great option for those of us who don't wanna unload the whole car when going in. This will continue to be my go-to Tarjèy!

As soon as I saw Barefoot Dreams and Brighton, I knew I'd stopped into the right place. First and foremost like any gift boutique, they've filled every corner with delicately displayed jewelry, luxury scents, kitchen decor, comfort clothing, accessories, baby products and more. Unlike others I've visited, they'd also staffed near every corner in preparation for Mother's Day. So in my shopping confusion, it was easy to find a friendly face eager to help. I ended up leaving with a couple hundred dollars worth of gifts, completely wrapped and ready to go. It seems like this is the kind of spot where the team knows the families, their children, their lives, and although I'm not a part of that network, I felt completely comfortable shopping there. If you're looking for a gift for a birthday, holiday, or milestone, keep them in mind.
