It's now 6/27/24 and I got a voicemail saying that I "still haven't picked up my prescription", so I reached out AGAIN to see what the problem is. They obviously never shipped it. I made a comment to the other cashier that the customer service in this store had gone down hill and the other customer agreed with me. This upset the Brunette girl who seemed more irritated that she had to actually do some work. The brunette girl lost CVS a long time loyal customer with her attitude and laziness. As long as she works there then I will never shoo there. The one pharmacist on duty is too busy giving injections to work on prescriptions. When someone has surgery they should be able to get there prescriptions a little more quickly than several hours with constant delays for each time the pharmacist is too busy elsewhere. After surgery antibiotics are extremely important and also keeping the pain from slamming back. Well now 6 hours later still no medication for my family member.
