Went just 15 minutes ago, the Venezuelan lady behind the register alone asks what she can do for me, as I'm explaining to her why I'm there she cuts me off as she got tired of hearing me bc clearly wasn't "listening" decided to let me know wait for the manager. I cold t find my electronic receipt on my email, so I let ppl pass as I start playing with the app which mind you is my first time trying to locate the purchase. She didn't at all try to explain or help how I could find the receipt, again dismisses me and wait for the manager who was counting drawers in the back and I'm still waiting. She doesn't call him she says you have to wait he's busy or you don't have to wait. Rude af, I proceed to find the barcode on the app, the gun won't pick it up, she gives up l, yep you gonna have to wait, told her well can you try anything maybe manually punch it in, I've been here waiting long enough, try something, like help, guide me or just find ways to make this transaction happen. Most cashiers do, and I'm out the door. Nope 400 ppl pass to pay and I'm still there. She knows I'm already frustrated and doesn't care to call the manager either. Finally find my receipt she scans it transaction done. At all this she's all rude with an attitude saying well you don't have to wait ppl have things to do that's life, I don't get flustered for nobody this is everywhere you see everyone impatient and bla bla bla. Start arguing with me and I'm here arguing with her saying I don't need you to argue with me, and that's not how customer service works you should've tried and help or guide me to do this transaction and be done with it but you didn't. She goes I don't know how to do any of that and I'm not gonna try to reach u either. I needed an emergency supply of medicine. It is not a controlled substance yet this Walgreens said they were even hesitant on just giving me one. I ended up paying $338 for just five pills. not to mention the high cost, but the rudeness of the employees there were unremarkable. Instead of getting order together busy training new staff...ie everytime they say merging for customer they then turned around and repeated whole transaction to new persons behind counter (and did it very slowly)...train new staff on your time NOT MINE. Gave up waiting and went to front check out for something and again waiting in queue while the one cashier took forever to serve one customer who wanted deals on every item...tell them to move aside and serve waiting customers. I went in for a passport photo after taking some at another location. I didn't like the original photos and did not want to go back to the one in Conroe because the lady was rude and acted like I was bothering her. Regina helped me with my photos today and she was great! I told her about my experience at the location in Conroe and she told me I should go back and ask for a refund. I didn't know you could get a refund on photos, so that was good to know. Regina and Ashley gave me a refund from the store that messed up my photos after seeing the quality of the original ones. They ALSO helped me save $2 with a coupon code! I live in Conroe and went to the one off 105. I had some errands to run in the woodlands and decided to come to this location to see if I could get better photos as i didn't mind paying $18 again. But thanks to these lovely ladies, I didn't have to pay again! read more

Waited hours for RX to be ready. I called and was told it would be another hour. When I went to pick it up, I was told they don't have what I need and that I just have spoken to someone at the call center, and the call center does not have accurate information. I had to call my doctor for an alternative and wait an additional 2 hours, for a total of 6 hours to get relief from excruciating pain because this is the only 24h pharmacy. The ONLY reason I even sent my RX here is because this is the only place that SAID they had what I was prescribed. If they said they did not have it in the first place, I would have kept looking. Then when I called back, they put my on hold and never came back to the phone. The phone hung up after 1 hour. Would never recommend this place. read more

The pharmacists are arrogant and rude, the constantly changing staff is annoyed, hassled, hate their jobs, and it shows in their every word and deed. Good luck trying to get a human on the phone or get a prescription on time and without any hassles. I was once overcharged $300 and had to go over the pharmacists head to the store manager to get the charges reversed. After a year of miserable experiences with Walgreens that was the final straw and I now go to College Park Pharmacy, just a mile farther down 242. They are a small business that knows how to treat their customers and couldn't be more accommodating or happier to have your business. Dental Swelling and lots of pain caused me to need Antibiotics ASAP. My Dentist was available via Text on a weekend. I reached out to this 24-hour Walgreens which was a great choice. I talked personally to the pharmacist twice over an hour or two about availability of my Antibiotic in stock. Drive through had a few cars after I went inside to buy some over the counter Tylenol. The pharmacy helps who they WANT to help, and fill who prescriptions THEY WANT TO FILL. The Asian pharmacist along with her technicians are all rude, including the older white women that works there. They refused to fulfill my prescription and I over heard the negative pharmacist say "I'm not going to risk my license". Excuse me? I am taking this experience further out side of yelp, but it was horrendous. I don't understand how corporate hasn't come down and give this location a complete 360. Even though the average wait time was about 45 min the staff, albeit way understaffed, kept their cool and diligently waited on every walk in customer. The problem I witnessed was the drive thru was holding up other customers in line, especially this one woman who wanted to speak to a manager through the drive thru window. They asked her politely to come in if she wanted to speak to a manager. Ricardo was the cashier and he kept his cool and calmly told her they had other customers to tend to. I would advise on beefing up the staff and maybe hire a guard OR close the drive thru service at dusk to prevent this stretch of manpower. Just because you're at a drive thru doesn't mean your prescriptions are ready at arrival or gives you the right to stay parked while other customers are in line. read more

And forget about trying to get them on the phone! 5 minute hold time minimum, but usually more like 15 or 20. And my last straw with this place was tonight they told me my prescription would be ready by 9. When my boyfriend went to pick it up after 10 they mumbled something about having to verify it and to please come back tomorrow. My meds aren't life or death but some people's are, this isn't a bakery people need their medication! I'm so done with this place. I say that was a good deal. I needed charger cards because all mine were the new wrapped type and weren't working. She recommended several cords and reasons for not selecting some of the others.. I rarely give a one star review for any establishment because it's a bit harsh, but this Walgreens pharmacy definitely earned it. I was waiting In line to fill a prescription in Walgreens and could already tell the pharmacy tech 'Rico B' was in a bad mood. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because everyone has bad days, no worries right? WRONG. I handed Rico my two prescriptions to have filled and he started questioning me because the address of the prescriptions was my doctors office in Houston. I explained I live in Conroe but my doctor is In Houston, and I'm having the prescriptions filled at this pharmacy because it is 24 hour pharmacy. (Which is awesome.) my sister goes to the same Doctor in Houston and has never had an issue dropping prescriptions off at this pharmacy on 242. Just a couple weeks ago they filled a different prescription from the same doctor in Houston for me for a different medication no problem, so I didn't understand what the issue was. I explained that to him and it seemed to aggravate him that I was confused at why he was giving me such a hard time. He then looked at my prescriptions for my ADD medication and said he didn't agree with the dosage so they will have to call the doctor to verify. This was Wednesday at 3:30 PM and by Friday they still haven't spoken to the doctor when I called to check on the fill status. My doctors office is closed on the weekend so I won't hear anything until Monday... almost a week after I dropped my prescriptions off to Walgreens to get filled. This has been a terrible experience and I'm appalled at how unprofessional 'Rico b' was. I love Walgreens and have always used them for my prescription needs, but between this experience and then waiting on hold for 15 minutes only to get hung up on and having to call back to try to talk to someone about this issue and having a hard time getting anyone on the phone that could tell me what was going on was extremely disappointing. My prescription did NOT require a prior authorization, and it was a valid on time prescription fill request. It's a fishy situation all together and extremely aggravating. I did purchase a couple things in the store and the cashier in the front who checked me out was awesome and quick... I can't remember her name though. But I've had nothing but an amazing experience granted I've only been here 4x's but every time I get taken care of, I try to give them time even if my prescription isn't ready I wait! But if anything they will expedite you if You were waiting too long! You guys may wanna give these people crap but this isn't some fast food place. It's medicine your putting inside your body. You could die if there's a miscalculation....long story short I appreciate these people at this store. This pharmacy is absolutely horrible!! Not only did they give me the WRONG medication but the staff there are incredibly rude! Today I went in to fill my prescriptions and the women helping me got upset because I had discounted coupons I wanted to use. Not only did she roll her eyes when I gave her the coupons but she stated loudly "you have so many coupons on your profile you can't have this many active". So I'm just waiting for her to check me out so I can take my medications, pay for them, and leave so that the 4 people behind me may get their medications too, but she insists on going through the coupons one by one! And asked me "well does this one work?" When I responded "I'm not sure" she glared at me and stated "How do you not know?" This pharmacy is severely understaffed. They are right across the street from Texas Children's Hospital in The Woodlands. I only had my prescription sent here because they are a 24 hour pharmacy. False Advertisement / Manager Unwilling to Resolve Issue!!!! I was extremely disappointed and upset by the experience that I had on Wednesday, November 24th! I tried to use a Walgreens store coupon that was printed and given to me from a previous purchase and the coupon indicated that you would receive $5 off your purchase of $5 or more. The coupon was very clear that the minimum amount you needed to purchase was $5. My purchase was for exactly $5 plus tax for a total of $5.41. Even though my purchase was at least $5 I was told that I could not use the coupon unless I spent more than $5 even though the coupon indicated you only needed to spend $5. I asked to speak to the manager because I expected they would honor the Walgreens coupon from their store based off what was indicated on the coupon. When the manager named Amanda came over she also told me I needed to purchase something else and spend more than $5 to use the coupon even though that is not what the coupon said. My expectation would be for them to honor the Walgreens coupon as it was written and they should have figured out a way to do that. Instead the manager Amanda again told me to just purchase a pack of gum and they would not honor the coupon unless I spent more than $5. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with or if I could speak with someone from corporate and she said no that she was the manager and when I asked for Walgreens corporate number she told me to Google it and look it up. It's very sad when the company who printed and gave me the coupon to begin with would not honor it as it was written. I am beyond disappointed in the way I was treated and the fact that the manager was not willing to resolve the situation and honor the Walgreens company coupon. read more

It's just plain ridiculous how badly this place is managed. Wow, probably my first and only review I've ever felt compelled to write. This place is trash as a pharmacy. I called, got hung up on. Called again, waited 15 minutes then transferred to an out of store agent. Told by the out of store agent they would have to transfer me to the store I'm calling about. (What I tried to do In the first place). Then, when the store location picks up after 30 more minutes of waiting. I am then able to hear the background chatter of employees Giggling and complaining that "I wouldn't hang up" I heard multiple times "just hang up the phone". I even had enough time to DRIVE from my home to this place while still on the phone. Not on hold mind you. Still able to hear the store chatter. And when I got inside, to no one's surprise. It wasn't busy. There was no line at ALL. And to put the cherry on top the lady at the front was trying to hang up on me through their land line but it wouldn't. When confronted them I was hit with "it was just so busy a minute ago you just missed this huge line!" I came to also ask my question. How long did it take for a in person answer you might ask? 12 seconds. I work in front facing job. I understand being under staffed. However that is no excuse to not do your job. Period. I feel neglected as a person who depends on this company to get needed medication. I would steer clear of this place. Have an audio of recording of the store chatter if anyone doubts this story. Last night, I picked up my test strips from the Walgreens pharmacy. When I got home, I realized that they were not my normal test strips: they were Contour strips. I've always gotten the Contour Next test strips. When I attempted to return them this morning, they stated that I was unable to return them until between 8-4 tomorrow. I'm unable to get to pharmacy during that time; i work. I have 1 test strip left. The assistant also stated that that the Contour next was not the strip on file. I've been utilizing Walgreens pharmacy for 2 years, and have always gotten Countour Next test strips, not Contour, but the assistant was adamant that I was incorrect. I should note, she is the one that filled the prescription incorrectly last night. Worst customer experience at a pharmacy, maybe worst ever customer experience, period! Very rude staff (not the pharmacist) who assisted me at 10:00 am at 3061 College Park Dr, Conroe, TX 77384 Walgreens pharmacy today. She was tan, overweight, brunette, with blue glasses. She was very rude, rolled her eyes incessantly, did not smile or greet me, and displayed a strong attitude. When I attempted to return an incorrect prescription, she stated that it was correct and implied that I was in the wrong. I've been frequenting this pharmacy for 2 years, and have always gotten the same prescriptions filled! The pharmacy drive thru was SO slow. Waited 24 minutes in a line of, maybe, 6 cars. I was in the right lane and was told to wait while she helped TWO new cars in the left lane that pulled up AFTER me. After sending over my prescription in the basket--which had broken buttons by the way--she walked off to help a customer inside that took 10 minutes. I spent nearly 45 minutes in line at Walgreens, from just after 6pm to 6:45 on a Saturday night. Ridiculous. I'd rather drive farther to a different Walgreens if it will be faster. read more
