    I placed an order totaling $71 for 6 products on December 2, 2012 well in advance of the Holiday…read morerush, in preparation for a trip I was taking shortly before Christmas. At this time, I knew that some of the items were out of stock, and therefore would be delayed for one week: "Note: As noted during checkout, if you ordered items which exceeds our current stock quantity shown below your order might be delayed up to 7 days." A couple days later on December 4, 2012, I was informed of the following: "The estimated time to receive the out of stock items from our supplier is 5 business days. Once these items are received your order will be shipped complete and you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number." On December 20th, I called to inquire about my order, sent a message via the form on their website, as well as replied to my shipping order confirmation email, and to this day have not heard back from their customer service department (if they have one) in any capacity via any contact method. While I was traveling on my trip, the day after Christmas, on December 26, 2012, I was notified via email that my order was shipped (in full, at the cost of $71) - well after its expected arrival, and not in time for its intended purpose - and I was finally given a tracking number. However, ironically, my credit card was actually charged on December 21, 2012 for the odd amount of $61 - both an incorrect amount, and not at all in alignment with the shipping notification email / tracking number (dated December 26, 2012). It is now January 9, 2013, and I am back from my trip, and am opening the contents of this rather mysterious package - who knows what products and the quantity of which I will find! Everything with this company and order seems to have gone terribly wrong, and I am most displeased - yet there is no one to whom to direct my customer feedback. Just opened the package, and it seems they sent 5 of my 6 products - one is still backordered. They have not informed me when I should expect this product. As much as I want to return this entire order, I'm not even sure how to go about a return considering I cannot get ahold of the customer service department, and they refuse to contact me. I do not want the sixth item, and 4 of the 5 items they shipped are now worthless since they missed my Holiday travel deadline by nearly a month.

    I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order. I ordered a candle on January 14, 2015…read moreand it still hasn't shipped. I've left two voicemails for "customer service" in the last 4 days, with no return call. This was supposed to be a Valentine's Day present for an out of state friend, and there's now no way I'll get it in time to be able to send it to her. If I don't hear back from them, I'll be reporting them to the BBB.
