How the laundry room smelled etc. I even put The Glamours liquid in my mop bucket and cleaned my floors so that my entire house would have this incredible aroma. I was a very happy consumer. When my second order arrived; NOT the same smell! I was so disappointed that I didn't get the same quality of product that I did with my first order. But...I craved the same scent so I ordered for a 3rd time and NOW I have what I expected. Can you let me know what might have happened with the product ordered on my second order. What a magickal find! I stumbled upon this shop while window shopping and it took my breath away…read more It is everything a working witch needs or wants. The energy is peaceful and the atmosphere is serene. Like the sign outside (the same that caught my eye) there are 'bell, book, and candles' within and so much more. Whatever your path you will find what you need for your Witch's pantry, spell work, or the lovely trinket. I found the customer service to be extremely personable and friendly. This was the weirdest most condescending candle experience I've ever had. In old town spring (some…read moresmall area with eateries and shops) tucked away a bit from the road is a small shack. Once you enter it's just one room filled from bottom to top with candles. The owner came out of nowhere after we entered and started talking to us about his candle choices. He had a lot of judgement to give us including how he doesn't use soy candles because they car carcinogenic, and how often people burn their candles wrong and burn their wax wrong. He even tried to give me a paper showing me how to burn my candles saying it was a crime that no other candle shops ever tell their customers how to burn candles. I get that he wants to educate people but when trying to sell product to someone seems like a very strange way to do that. Maybe he should sneak one of these informationals into a gift bag when people purchase. At the very least he needs to stop asking how people burn their candles, then judgmentally telling them that's the wrong way to burn candles, then giving them a flyer on how to do it right. However he did have some rather small candles which he claimed burned for 14 hours or so which if true would be great quality. I did not buy due to the condescension so I cannot attest. Some of the product was very oily and he noted that they were not selling so he's been discounting them just to move product.
