Outstanding Customer Service and Genuine Care…read more I want to give a special thank you to Gayle and Brandy, the pharmacists at Walgreens in Magnolia, TX. They went above and beyond in helping us get my wife's medications ready after her hip surgery. What really stood out to me was that they didn't just treat us like another prescription. They genuinely took an interest in my wife's health, asked about her surgery, and showed sincere concern for how she was doing. Their kindness, patience, and personal attention meant a lot to us during an already stressful day. People often remember great service, but they especially remember when someone genuinely cares. Gayle and Brandy made us feel cared for, and we truly appreciate them. Thank you both for being so wonderful at what you do!

After waiting in the drive thru with no cars moving, I went inside to wait another 30 mins only to be told it's not ready! And this is after voice mail says it's ready, yet automated system says it's pending. I try every day being told waiting on Doctor, Doctor says called in weeks ago! Then I'm told they're out of the med, then I'm told insurance kicked it back. Insurance shows they paid Walgreens for it yesterday but I never picked it up because it was "pending". They've submitted multiple different RX numbers to my insurance yet I've never received my medication. I've been trying for a month!! Transferred my prescription to HEB, got it a few hrs later! Don't go here unless you have lots of time, like to get frustrated and never get your meds!

I get that it was 10 mins to closing time, but they could've finished my prescription and not made me come back the next day. They still did not have it ready in the morning and I had to request once again for them to fill it as soon as possible. I had to wait another 30 minutes In line again to have it put in the bottle. I've never had to wait that long for an anabiotic to be filled. Worst customer service experience I have had from a pharmacy technician. Her attitude was awful. I'm a nurse and not naive as to how ERX system works. Learn how to speak to patients and have more empathy!

Unfortunately since the other pharmacy on Main St closed, this is the only pharmacy downtown. Pharmacist Melody thinks she knows better than my doctor. He says go to the grocery store with the three initials instead. So disappointed that this pharmacy is so awful!!!

So, on my way to work this…read moremorning, I did a quick cost-benefit analysis: 1) Be 10 minutes late and grab a $3 Starbucks Doubleshot Energy drink using my 40% off CVS coupon. 22) Be on time and pay $7 for a similar iced coffee at work. I took my chances and went with the $3 choice. As a new coffee drinker, I'm not too picky about where I get my caffeine fix, and this CVS refrigerated option did the trick. What surprised me most was how big and clean this CVS was--especially for a downtown location! The aisles were neatly organized, everything was easy to find, and the parking right outside was a lifesaver for my morning commuter rush. Good to know I have a solid, quick-stop "corner store" near my house for future caffeine emergencies!

She informed me of the time she processed the paperwork. I was only 5 minutes off. Well, I guess 5 minutes makes all the difference. Then she tried to blame it on the fact that I was a walk-in. But I made friends with another woman in the waiting room who had an appointment for her flu shot, and she had to wait 50 minutes for hers. So, I'm just annoyed at all the excuses. If it's going to be an hour wait on a Monday, they should let you know before they charge your insurance. So don't go on your lunch break. Also, there bathroom was gross.
