(It was expensive.) Terrible people skills. I have $1,500 worth of scripts a month that I was going to transfer there since they are in my neighborhood. Instead, I went to Kroger in Conroe and got FABULOUS, kind help. KROGER got my cash, fixed my inhaler AND now has my $1,500 of refills every month. Don't go to Village pharmacy. There were several days of back and forth between the pharmacy, the doctor, and my insurance but Tina was persistent and got it resolved. I do know this took her a lot of time, even outside of regular pharmacy hours, and several phone calls. She then stayed late to fill the prescription because she knew I had been in pain. When my husband picked up the prescription, she was very careful to show him exactly how to dispense the medicine and even provided some free gloves for him to apply it on my back. With each call, both Tina and Marcia were patient and considerate and seemed very concerned with getting some relief to me. I highly recommend them for regular or compounded prescriptions. For many years, Robin and the other pharmacists as well as Dustin at the front took care of my needs efficiently and on a first name basis. I never had to wait for a refill. They knew me. I only share a single star since they closed without any advance notice to those in the community that they served for years. Would have really preferred to have been notified in advance and given the ability to opt out prior to my prescriptions and information being sent to Walgreens. I could have chosen Walgreens years ago if I wanted to just be another number. Luckily in Tomball we have Gloyer's, another family and community pharmacy - they now have my business and are welcoming the new clients from Atrium.

Everyone was friendly and I didn't have to wait long hours to get my prescription. They said to wait 15 minutes and they actually had it ready in 5 minutes. So I would definitely recommend getting your prescription here if you live near by or just don't want to wait long hours. We've had incorrect dosages (problematic for cancer meds), two instances of failure to have a prescription ready at the appointed time (both more than 24 hours), loss of records, and incorrect records. They're unorganized and unwilling to rectify their mistakes. The response to this evening's mess (we went in to pick up a prescription they said yesterday they'd have today, and now they can't find the pills, original order (this was a refill), or any record of the pet for whom the drugs were prescribed), was a shrug and, "I don't know what to do. Come back tomorrow." No, thanks.
