IT'S THE SAME INFORMATION THAT THE CASHIER ASKS WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR MEDICATION!!! I don't work there. When another customer came up the girl did the same thing to her. I made a comment to the other cashier that the customer service in this store had gone down hill and the other customer agreed with me. This upset the Brunette girl who seemed more irritated that she had to actually do some work. The brunette girl lost CVS a long time loyal customer with her attitude and laziness. As long as she works there then I will never shoo there. The fact that I have filled out their survey and they have yet to respond further proves that CVS does not care at all about us the customers.

Also, when they're not open, and I leave a voicemail request, they mostly don't respond. I have to call back the next day and during national holidays, they don't answer the phone at all.
