Usually someone eventually manages to figure it out, but this time I was actually told I need to call my insurance company myself and figure it out for them. How does that make any sense when I've filled prescriptions here repeatedly? Then, of course, trying to call the pharmacy is basically useless because they never answer the phone. It should not be this difficult every single time I need a prescription. Between the repeated insurance problems, the lack of communication, and being unable to reach anyone by phone, this location is beyond frustrating to deal with.

I made a comment to the other cashier that the customer service in this store had gone down hill and the other customer agreed with me. This upset the Brunette girl who seemed more irritated that she had to actually do some work. The brunette girl lost CVS a long time loyal customer with her attitude and laziness. As long as she works there then I will never shoo there. The fact that I have filled out their survey and they have yet to respond further proves that CVS does not care at all about us the customers.

I worked for many years in a retail and then mail order pharmacy and we would have been fired for doing such a poor job of taking care of our customers. The one pharmacist on duty is too busy giving injections to work on prescriptions. When someone has surgery they should be able to get there prescriptions a little more quickly than several hours with constant delays for each time the pharmacist is too busy elsewhere. After surgery antibiotics are extremely important and also keeping the pain from slamming back. Well now 6 hours later still no medication for my family member.
