I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and for a few months I have been trying to grow out a rat tail. It wasn't much but it was there and I told her not to cut it once or twice because I have been wanting one and I was so close to being able to get it in a small braid and as soon as she put the cape on me she shaved the sides of my head so I was thinking yes we are fine but then she cut off my freaking rat tail after I told her not to cut it. I was so mad but I felt bad for saying anything so we finished the rest of the hair cut and I paid and left.

When my hair stylist switched locations, I switched to Michelle. She cut, colored, and styled my hair for about 7 years. And she always did great work.
