She explained everything step by step and told me the cost before we ever got started. I LOVE MY HAIR!! She's amazing! She is very knowledgeable and explained colored hair care very well so that I can keep a vibrant look longer. I got the exact color and style I wanted. My hair felt soft not dried out or damaged after coloring, which is great, considering I have exceptionally fine hair.
