It was such a treat to get a pedicure while visiting my Dad here in Texas...especially bc our nail salons have been closed in California for sooo long. And this salon really delivered! They're in a shopping center with Kroger so there's plenty of parking. As far as Covid safety measures, they're doing a great job! Everyone wore masks and/or face shields. They were limiting amounts of customers so there were empty chairs in between. And they had plastic partitions in between the customer and the nail techs! Very well done! I got the pedicure with the hot stone massage and paragon wax and it was absolute heaven! Sonny was my nail tech and he gave me possibly the BEST massage I've ever had! It was off the charts amazing! And all the tools are individually packaged and everything is super clean here. He never hurt me during the process and did a very thorough job on my nails and cuticles. I didn't get any polish so can't speak to that, but everything else was flawless! And the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely worst experience ever. My fingers look like I got stuck in a meat grinder, when I told her it hurt and was cutting me as she filed, she kept on. Husband took over, I told him I needed antiseptic drops as I was bleeding. He was rubbing the antiseptic on my cuticles with a cotton ball, no where near the cuts. I said "no the cuts" and he literally laughed at me. I paid $82 for a dip, pedicure and eyebrow wax and was rushed, hurt and laughed at. Oh and my nails look awful!

I will recommend Ms. Janet to everyone, she's amazing artist and she can do all the style you want and very professional hard working lady and she's amazing and awesome thank you Ms. Janet and I will always make appointments to see you

If you have ever had a bad experience here, give it another try! The last couple of times that I have been here was good, but today may have been the most amazing nail salon experience ever! The man that did my $30 shellac manicure treated me like a queen! He was extremely meticulous, taking his time and so intentional with every clip, buff and stroke. We were almost done and HE (not me) didn't like how it looked and buffed away the last layer to redo it so it would be "perfect." Everyone greeted me like I came in every week, even though it had been months. #WillisFamily Tip: go early! (I came when they 1st opened) no wait, nobody else behind you making the manicurists feel like they need to hurry. The noise is at a minimum, so it was extremely relaxing.

Honestly, I was skeptical because it wasn't rated high in stars, but when a neighboring salon had a long wait, and I had a wedding to attend, this was going to have to do. However I was treated so kindly and felt so special. Lee did an incredible job on my toes, however the whole team honestly helped and they were all so kind. I don't live here, but if I did, this would be my go to stop.

Tender Touch II next to the Willis Kroger been my go-to nail salon for years. Not only can you get a parking spot right in front of the shop, you can run next door the Starbucks in Kroger, get your latte, and walk into TT2 and be greeted like you are royalty! Well, no more. I decided to go for a pedicure after work. I was not wearing open toed shoes, but felt sure that would not be a problem since they have the plastic foam pedi slippers. One young woman barely looked up when I walked in, directed me to a pedi chair, and then went back to her phone. As I was headed to the chair, and young man said no, come to this other chair. The same young man plunged my poor aching feet in ice cold water, then filled it with scalding hot water when I mentioned the water was cold. His filing and scraping was not only painful, but a bit scary, as he was quite aggressive with all the foot softening apparatus. Every time he would pick up another metal or sandpaper tool I would cringe, as he was filing and working on my feet without even looking at them! He just kept staring out the door the whole time! I got the deluxe pedi, and it was almost comical how he massaged the exfoliating scrub on my legs....he only used two fingers from each hand for the massage! But the weirdest thing is yet to come! He polished my nails, and put the above mentioned foam slippers on my feet. He escorted me to the drying table. I was there about 10 minutes, when he came to spray my toes with drying spray, and told me to put on my shoes and go pay. I said no, I did not think my polish was dry, but he insisted and even got a little rowdy insisting I put on my closed-toed shoes I had worn in. So finally I said ok, went and paid, and went on out to my car. I slipped my shoes off, and you guessed it, my polish was all messed Up. So I went back in barefoot. He was out smoking a cigarette with some people when he saw me, and he rushed in and glopped the polish up even more. He told me sit for awhile, but as soon as his back was turned I scurried out the door, still barefoot, jumped in my car and got outta there! The funniest thing is, not one person in that shop noticed, offered this obviously inexperienced young man or me any help, or even looked up! I was told the next day at work that this salon has lost its excellent reputation, even though it appears the same owner couple works there. I hope they pay attention, because I love the location and the ambiance of the salon. It almost seems they want to go out of business, and that is sad.

Pedicure did not last with the shellac topping. The lady seemed confused and kept asking for advise from others in the Salon.

I immediately noticed that my daughter didn't have a technician assigned to her and was left waiting for a while until the manager noticed and quickly made sure she was taken care of. I was assisted by Tony, and my daughter had Mary. Both were polite and professional, although they were very quiet. Meanwhile, I noticed another technician nearby who was very engaging with his client, and it really added a personal touch to the experience. Mary was especially gentle with my daughter, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the service was good, but I did notice some inconsistencies in the customer experience. Some technicians went the extra mile by offering clients a color swatch to browse, making sure they were comfortable, and even providing water. My experience felt a bit different. I wasn't given my own color swatch to look through and had to share one. As soon as I selected my color, it was taken away immediately, which didn't feel very welcoming. The salon itself is beautiful, very clean, and even the bathrooms are nicely maintained. One thing I wasn't expecting was being moved to the drying station immediately after my nails were painted. Unfortunately, the water around my chair hadn't been cleaned up, and I almost slipped on my way over. Thankfully, I caught myself, but it could have ended badly. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, but it didn't leave me with the same feeling I had during the grand opening. I would definitely consider coming back again, especially during a less busy weekday when the staff may have more time to provide a more consistent experience.

The nail tech that did mine nipped my toe nail but i didn't think anything o it, a few weeks later my toe nail was reallybsore plus the nail was uneven like she cut too far making me believe that she hit a nerve. I went back to the shop a few weeks after that to speak with the owner (katie) but i was told that she was out of town and would be back Sept. 28th. I went back again on Sept 28th to speak with Katie about my issue and concerns regarding my toe in hopes to recieve my money back which was around $100 inluding a tip, mind you I complained about this issue seriously because i am a diabetic and wanted to be cautious of my toe nail being infected. I was told by Katie that she could only give me back $28.00. The problem was not solved and no one took accountability. I brought my daughter with me to better explain to Katie about my toe problem and show her pictures and my actual toe nail. We waited on Katie to get back to the shop, but unfortunately she called the sheriff's on us all because she claimed she didn't speak any english and needed them to translate for her, which was a lie, she speaks perfect english.. We were told that it's nothing that they could do but for us to report them, this whole situation was uncalled for. Me and my daughter was offended and embarrassed that the officers were called on us for no reason at all. I am very dissapointed and unsatisfied with my experience here. I highly not recommend Pam's Nails in Willis TX! UPDATE.. i went to quick care to get my toe checked because it's still hurting me and was told that i have an infection/fungus !! i will be reporting and taking legal action !! SHAME ON YOU GUYS!!
