Terrible. This is a joke. Thought it would be something very simple and easy. I just wanted to have nice simple nails but they ended up terrible. Apart from that it was $55 for this?! I went in with long periwinkle nails asking for a refill. I had made an appt asking for the mail tech that I had previously. I was told he was available immediately, so I dropped everything & went. It was not "my guy", but a female nail tech assured me that he knew what I wanted. Not surprisingly, he didn't & began w/o even asking me. He immediately started cutting them short & saying "cut the tip so just your natural nail". He couldn't understand that's not what I wanted. Then wanted to charge me to put tips on the nails he cut. I declined. The attempt to make them even was lopsided at best. None of my nails were compared to any other for length, so they are crooked & random lengths. Still WAY TOO SHORT. When I tried to explain, BEFORE he started with the drummer that I didn't want my other nails removed, I just wanted a refill, I was told that they don't do that. Only removals & "always fresh for you, no fungus". I kept trying to explain, but the woman came over & told me. "You don't like, you pay $40 & leave" I wasn't going to pay & then have to go elsewhere to have them fixed & finished. I felt stuck, so I let him finish. I did pay & even tip, BUT this will be my last time there. Language barrier at a nail salon is nothing new. I just feel like this particular place uses it to get away w/ bad business practices & cheating customers. read more

Took my daughter to get Mani/Pedi for her birthday. They rushed through the pedicure. I told them we didn't want fake nails we just wanted them to do a standard manicure and paint our natural nails. They didn't do that. The literally just painted the nails and missed spots and pretended they didn't notice. Toes look good, but the whole time they were rushing. Definitely not worth the $70. The salon on 242 by Pokéman is way better. read more

$30 to take off acrylic and apply gel to natural nails (not a manicure). Cut my natural nails without asking. Gel polish applied uneven and dried lumpy. First and last time coming. read more

I'm highly disappointed of this Nail Salon. My Pedicure is kinda good but my Manicure is TRASH. I asked for the dip technique, I specifically said I did not want fake nails and wanted to use my own nails. The owner, I believe, said, that I had to get fake nails in order for me to do dip. I've never heard of that. I'm definitely not going back there, they always mess up my manicures. This is the last chance and time I'm going to that place. read more
