This would have been fine however we checked in five minutes before our appointment time and waited 20 minutes past it before we were seated. Which I don't mind waiting, but I should not be inconvenienced because the service requested was minimal. The manager is going to ruin this place. If he's not being rude, he's rushing the techs to finish a service that they are working on. Not sure why he's in charge. If it wasn't for the nail techs, I'd find somewhere else and I'm just at that point.

They are by far the most comfortable spa chairs I've been in and as a bigger lady they are so roomy! They even have a padded manicure table that fits over the chairs for a more comfortable manicure while getting your pedicure. (I've never seen this before and I would love to try these because it seems like it would be less awkward.) Ielt well taken care of with an ultra-soothing, warm neck pillow and attention to detail on my pedicure by Natalie. I even had the most amazing Vietnamese coffee made for me there. Based on the screenshot of the services she chose her total should've been $122 including tax. So imagine my frustration when I learn that her total is $137 so I call her while she's still at the salon and ask and she was told those prices online are just starting and basically incorrect. The prices never indicated start at which of it weren't the actual price it should've indicated that and then she said those are the prices for French on a pedicure when that's is also not what she chose and what's indicated. I think the lack of transparency in the pricing is wrong and honestly feel like they took advantage of her. For most businesses the price that you list for your services on your website or booking page should be accurate it is your responsibility as a business owner to make sure it is and not mine as a customer. If something requested is an additional cost then I should be made aware BEFORE the services are provided. I will not allow anyone on my household to return and if asked if I recommend the answer is a resounding NO. I don't mind paying for services but I don't feel like I should overpay because your site doesn't accurately reflect the pricing and making it worse with a poor excuse, being flippant about it and not correcting it. I'm sure me no longer patronizing their business won't make a difference but I hope 1. They adjust the way they do business and 2. This doesn't happen to anyone else. Now I'm more pissed I'm looking at her receipt and she was charged $4 more in her pedicure than the listed price and she asked and they said because her feet are medium sized. I have never heard of this in my many years of living. I am disgusted!

They pay such close attention to detail. Checked in with me throughout to make sure I was happy with the design. My husband and I had the lavender pedicure which included the soft warm wax they apply to your feet. This is my second set from them. My first set lasted a whole 4 weeks!!! Even through constant hand washing at work I never had issues with lifting. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!!!
