There was one person being serviced for nails and one person being serviced for feet. There were at least 8 free workers and they sat me in the pedicure chair with no water or anything and made me wait when at least 8 people were free. That was extremely rude and I've always been a good customer and tip for services. I'll never patron this business again.

On September 4th,2025 I made the choice to get a manicure and pedicure done at Nails Expertise. I…read morewas instantly greeted and informed to come toward the back while my water for my pedicure was prepared. When I sat down I selected the $29.00 option and informed the individual doing my pedi that I'd like French tip which would be an additional $5. No problem. I also decided to get a full set which costs $45.00 - TOTAL $79. As I sat back to relax, I inquired about whether or not wine was served while receiving a pedicure. What I did not expect was the humiliation and shame I would feel the moment the manager responded to my inquiry. I was told verbatim "you don't get wine for $29 pedicure...You get wine for $40 and up".. I immediately burst into tears and informed this insensitive, inconsiderate, money hungry individual that my grandmother had just passed and THIS was THE ONLY reason I was even getting my nails done at the time. She immediately apologized and informed me that she was joking. What a tactless & unprofessional thing to say to someone who chose YOUR establishment to patronize. I WILL NEVER step foot in this place again, & I am leaving this review days later after burying my grandmother to implore you all that desire to feel cared for while being pampered properly - this IS NOT the place! These individuals do not care!!! Though I did not get her name, the individual that said this to me sits on the right side of the salon in the middle booth.

I went in with long periwinkle nails asking for a refill. I had made an appt asking for the mail…read moretech that I had previously. I was told he was available immediately, so I dropped everything & went. It was not "my guy", but a female nail tech assured me that he knew what I wanted. Not surprisingly, he didn't & began w/o even asking me. He immediately started cutting them short & saying "cut the tip so just your natural nail". He couldn't understand that's not what I wanted. Then wanted to charge me to put tips on the nails he cut. I declined. The attempt to make them even was lopsided at best. None of my nails were compared to any other for length, so they are crooked & random lengths. Still WAY TOO SHORT. When I tried to explain, BEFORE he started with the drummer that I didn't want my other nails removed, I just wanted a refill, I was told that they don't do that. Only removals & "always fresh for you, no fungus". I kept trying to explain, but the woman came over & told me. "You don't like, you pay $40 & leave" I wasn't going to pay & then have to go elsewhere to have them fixed & finished. I felt stuck, so I let him finish. I did pay & even tip, BUT this will be my last time there. Language barrier at a nail salon is nothing new. I just feel like this particular place uses it to get away w/ bad business practices & cheating customers.

Y&B is AWESOME!…read more Today was my first day going there and I let them know beforehand I had a strict time schedule due to a doctor's appointment an hour later. Despite knowing I was unable to stay for even a whole hour, they didn't hesitate to take me. They worked so fast, but thoroughly and efficiently, to get me out in time, all while teaching me this and that about nail care that I was clueless to. I left so happy (and not late to my appointment) with a beautiful, high-quality full set and pedicure. All this and the prices for everything, fill-ins, waxes, pedis, etc, are fantastic. I have a new go-to nail salon!
