This place is absolutely terrible. I stopped coming here after they completely ruined my eyebrows…read morethe first time -- made them way too thin and even cut off the arch on one side. I decided to give them another chance, and they did the exact same thing AGAIN. Clearly, they don't listen to what customers ask for. I now go to Royal Nail Spa instead -- their service is 100 times better, they actually give you what you ask for, and their prices are reasonable too. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They'll ruin your brows and waste your money. Horrible service, careless work, and zero attention to detail.

THEN they charged me $5 for shellac on my nails after i said no shellac. This place is a ripoff. DO NOT GO HERE. Nobody was welcoming and i felt like i was being judged the entire time. The lady named Win did really good on my boyfriend's pedicure so I will appreciate that, however, the lady that did my pedicure looked pissed off the whole time and was very rude, her name was Lisa. Faye did my nails, but it wasn't even the color that I had asked for or the shape. overall, probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail shop and very expensive with extra charges that you wouldn't expect!

On September 4th,2025 I made the choice to get a manicure and pedicure done at Nails Expertise. I…read morewas instantly greeted and informed to come toward the back while my water for my pedicure was prepared. When I sat down I selected the $29.00 option and informed the individual doing my pedi that I'd like French tip which would be an additional $5. No problem. I also decided to get a full set which costs $45.00 - TOTAL $79. As I sat back to relax, I inquired about whether or not wine was served while receiving a pedicure. What I did not expect was the humiliation and shame I would feel the moment the manager responded to my inquiry. I was told verbatim "you don't get wine for $29 pedicure...You get wine for $40 and up".. I immediately burst into tears and informed this insensitive, inconsiderate, money hungry individual that my grandmother had just passed and THIS was THE ONLY reason I was even getting my nails done at the time. She immediately apologized and informed me that she was joking. What a tactless & unprofessional thing to say to someone who chose YOUR establishment to patronize. I WILL NEVER step foot in this place again, & I am leaving this review days later after burying my grandmother to implore you all that desire to feel cared for while being pampered properly - this IS NOT the place! These individuals do not care!!! Though I did not get her name, the individual that said this to me sits on the right side of the salon in the middle booth.

I'm beginning to wonder if perfect quality matters to any of The Woodlands nail techs. Having a…read morelengthy conversation before Tina started my set, I explained to her how awful an experience I had at Elite Nails Bar just down the street, a couple days ago. I walked in at 9:30am, told the gentleman I wanted a dip/nexgen set. We discussed how I like my nails narrow and he understood what I wanted. Tina met me to start my nails. I was very clear that I wanted narrow dip/nexgen nails in bright white that were not bumpy/lumpy and I was very picky because if they are wide or have bumps/lumps my OCD will drive me crazy until the nails are removed. She made it clear she understood what I was talking about. She gets the tips glued on and breaks out the acrylic and starts to proceed to apply it to my nail. I stopped her right away and said no, I wanted dip. Acrylics are too thick for me and the dip or nexgen kind are more natural looking to me. Guessing I slightly offended her, she wasn't as pleasant as before I commented. She seemed fine after a little while. Now, my nails are as narrow as I like, but each one of them are so lumpy and I didn't notice (or looked as closely as I should have before she put on the top coat) it until I got outside in the sunlight. I didn't go back in because, at this point, I have spent far too long in nail salons in the past 2 days getting crappy manicures. I took photos this time. I wish I had taken them the other day at Elite Nails Bar so you could have seen the fat slant nails.
