Stay away. I specifically told her to give me two nails that had broken and that's all I needed along with cuticle removing they asked me five times and I told them five times what I needed as she started working on the second nail and was done to start painting over and putting the shellac she starts working on my other nails, which did not need anything pushing in a full set fill when I didn't need one and i let her know more than five times ridiculous. and above all the person that greets you at the door is the worst. The manager is rude, snobbish and looks down her nose at me, I have been going to that salon for almost 15 years. Philip is the man and the only reason I go there he does my nails and he is honest about my colors and very sincere , but the manager she is has no people skills except for the ones she likes. And all these years one time I went there and paid cash got change back went to a store to buy a drink I paid for it with a $10 bill and it was counterfeit. I called her to let her know that someone was giving them counterfeit money and I had received two $10 bills along with smaller bills I paid with $100 bill at the nail salon for Services due and that's when she didn't like me anymore, to treat a veteran customer like that is unacceptable behavior for a manager! FREAKING RUDE. If I could give zero stars I would because although there nails aren't that bad, they are really rude and over priced. The main girl that knows English here said "Your finger looks crooked, I've never seen one like it before." Like WHAT? How more disrespectful and shameless can you be! She made me feel so bad and embarrassed. Absolutely awful service. The employees make faces at you if your kid even makes a beep. Like they're kids they aren't doing anything like jumping around everywhere. Charged me almost $100 for those nails below. They aren't bad, but definitely not worth the price! The owner accused we of being rude the last time because I asked to change the color after one mail was done. Mind you I asked- did not tell nor demand. This is what she said the next time I tried to make an appointment. Told me to find another place because no one want to do my nail because I asked for another color. I had only been there once! Went in for an acrylic set with my mom and they were super efficient and did a great job. Everyone was very friendly and my nails turned out great. Would definitely recommend everyone here in the new Caney/Roman forest area. read more

Very very rough. I asked for her to be gentle Becuase my nails were sensitive and she still didn't want to listen. I asked for almond French tips and they are not the cutest. She was in a big rush instead of trying to get my nails right. Though the lady was really nice that's the only good thing I can really say and it was super fast but again not the best shape, design, and color. read more

Very bad experience!! Over priced for the work done!! I specifically told them I didn't want long nails but didn't want them too short, the young girl doing my nail went all willy nilly and cut super short and kept saying they looked good, she barely spoke any English and couldn't understand yet she took it upon herself to go shorter and then filed shorter!! Would NOT recommend this place... there are other nail shops around here with better service and better prices. Lesson lerarned!!!! read more

I give a 4 because they don't rush you. I went a week ago and got a pedi, mani and a dip. I was nicked twice on in hand and once on my toe. It started to chip after 2 days. It gotworse as the week went. I had to find time off from work to go in. I showed them and they admitted they had customers complain about it. They wanted to repair it and I said I wanted them redone because it was 1/2 of them. They agreed when I asked for different brand since they said one of the brands tended to chip. read more

I found this place on Google and decided to give it a try so I scheduled an appointment with them through Facebook for the next day with Hao who was very helpful with explaining me the prices & the kind of nails i could get. Service was great and fast. My Acrylic powder pedicure was $45 & My acrylic powder nails were $35 . I loved my nails so much & hope they can last till i can come back again! read more

I asked the lady to Just cut my toenails and paint my toes, I already had a body massage today including my feet I did not need a fucking pedicure... However this lady proceeds to charge me $25 for a pedicure, and I still don't have my toenails painted and because she didn't like the paint of the color I picked, she completely picked a different color which I completely detest... And then she was rude to me and try to argue with me and tell me that I said something different why would I ask for a pedicure when I literally just got one all I wanted was color paint on my fucking toes read more

This is a pretty decent place to get your nails done. I been getting my nails done at this place for a little over a year and notice that they keep it clean and sanitize. The staff is pretty friendly and never had a complaint. read more

I would not come back here ever again they were rude to my kids I got the worst pedicure ever pay $64 for a pedicure and didn't get what I paid for no massage didn't get all the dead skin off my feet my toenails are crooked the lady was very rude and obviously just really didn't want us to be there and was ready to leave "Update replying to your comment" if coming in there at 6:30 was an issue y'all could have stated that and bringing my kids who I already told y'all I had with me! I didn't come in there with four toddlers I came in there with two toddlers who were very well behaved and sat on the chair and only got up a few times for the phone to be fixed I had a one-year-old and a six-month-old that stayed in her car seat and one-year-old was held the whole time during the pedicure so don't bring my children up lying saying that they were unsupervised when their chairs were literally sitting right next to me while I was getting my pedicure! There was no reason why the $64 pedicure wasn't kept up to its standards she didn't even polish my toes all the way I can see my nail Y'all made the experience so uncomfortable I didn't even want to ask for a drink I didn't even follow through with the rest of the massage I just want to pay and get out of there I should have left sooner and Didn't pay for nothing when the two ladies sat there and I could see the rude faces they made at my children and we're sitting there talking about my kids/Y'all do not go to Mi Nails & Spa New Caney by food town I'm telling y'all the lady's in there were so rude and mean to my boys making faces and I know they were talking about them I got a horrible pedicure didn't even get what i was paying for I really didn't care at this point I was so uncomfortable I was just ready to pay&get out of there I left a review and they try to lie and bring my boys up saying they weren't supervised witch was a 100% lie they sat and chairs rite next to the pedicure sets and got up only a few times and wanting the phones to be fixed&to check our toes out and every time they got up and got by the nail lady they very rudely told them how they need to go sit down go sit down! my boys actually never been so well behaved in a nail salon before so I was surprised on how well they acted that's what really pisses me off is them to set and lie on my kids and try and use that as a excuse for a crappy pedicure I am not about to let that happen !!! read more

If I could give this salon zero stars, I would. I left the salon today in tears. The man who did my nails was very aggressive physically and verbally. He was pushy, he wouldn't listen when I said he was hurting me, and when I pulled my hand away he pulled my arm back towards him. He used the nail file so much, in such an abrasive way, that my finger tips are raw. He cut open my cuticles and made me bleed. He ripped my cuticle away from my nails to attempt to file down things that didn't need to be filed. He also spent the entire time he was doing my nails twisting my fingers around and getting argry at me when my fingers didn't bend to his forceful will. I left feeling violated and wishing I hadn't paid. His technique was subpar at best. He didn't even take my original request into consideration. I asked for matte black stiletto nails, with both of my ring finger nails a grey sparkly color. He ended up making all of my nails the smokey grey sparkly grey color. Even after I tried asking him to stop. So I dealt with it. I'm extremely unsatisfied and in pain. I will NEVER come back here. I will also warn everyone I know against this place. read more
