I checked in with the system they have and I have been waiting an hour while they put someone in front of me and tried to put two more in front of me until I said something. I went into this nail shop to get a pedicure the nail tech stated that it would be a 30 to 40 min wait I ended up waited over and hour no response from techs there were empty chair to start someone else pedi I felt very uncomfortable like I was being racial profile my money is just as good as anyone else. I never been racial profile from a nail shop. But it's ok I'll just took my money else where. read more

its absolutely insane its so small it was a strong sent of nail polish and chemicals. it was also messy work and didn't even give me what i asked for and kept cutting me. my nails were done poorly nail polish was spotty and they made my nails flimsy the vibe was off and it felt uncomfortable. if i could give zero stars i would !! read more

I went to get a pedicure and they had me waiting for about 40 minutes. I know I was the next person. But I got skipped because the guy doing the pedicures said he doesn't do pedicures on men. That' is nonsense! Women and men's feet are no different. I came to get a pedicure. Is not like the man was going to touch my private parts. This is so ridiculous. I am never coming back. This is a sexist behavior and I will not tolerate it. read more

This place is neat and clean , loved my pedicure but wish they would of given me the full hour I paid for , only took her about 35 mins to finish it , besides that I love the way pedi looked , 3 weeks later still looks great ! Moving on , my full set is amazing , the nail tech on last seat near back of shop is amazing ! I'm not usually the one to write reviews but this last visit I was dissatisfied. She was clipping my nails you know the usual right & then she tells me my nail is chipped. My nails were fine when I walked in, they were a bit long too so I would've noticed a chipped nail. I looked at my nail better at home and it clearly looks & feels like it was clipped too low. Then I picked my color and I asked if she could do a shimmer on top, she goes & comes back with a different color with shimmer already in it. The color wasn't that different from the color I picked so I didn't speak up about it. I'm not sure if they were out of the color I chose or she found it easier to do a color with shimmer already Idk but she could've at least checked with me first. I also feel as if she didn't pay much attention on fixing & cleaning up my nails because I do tend to get ingrown nails & she didn't take them out. Usually when I go they use a small tool around each nail to make sure they're clean & aren't growing in. It just seemed like she rushed and keep in mind there was only another client in there besides me. Then when I payed I didn't notice she charged me $35 until I got home when I asked for a regular pedicure that is usually $25 and I didn't get the full $35 service. I'm debating on coming back here & giving them another try or just find a new place. read more

I've been going here about 8 years...Only see Julie..she's the best. She is very attentive and willing to go the extra mile. I always make an appointment. I have had Paul and Don work on me before when she's on vacation and they also do a good job....but Julie knows exactly what I want and I have never had a nail break when done by her. read more

NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY SEE MY BUSINESS. Their nail tech "Penny" had my nails done in less than an hour, she seemed rushed and had a smart@s$ attitude when I asked her how long she'd been doing nails. The finished result, uneven length, not smooth on top and ended up getting a nail fungus under one of them. What a shame for Porter. I love Porter and grew up here. Already found a place that does way better more sterile work. read more

My daughter got her nails done and was not happy with the service and when she checked out the lady (Penny) told her she charged by the hour. When I called the office they said they don't charge by the hour, just for the service. The bill was 20 for acrylics, 15 for the pedicure and she was charged $5 for white tips on both feet and nails but was charged $51, even with tax the calculations don't add up. As soon as she got home, my daughter had to refile her own nails, she shouldn't have to especially for paying for the service. read more
