The nail tech that did mine nipped my toe nail but i didn't think anything o it, a few weeks later my toe nail was reallybsore plus the nail was uneven like she cut too far making me believe that she hit a nerve. I went back to the shop a few weeks after that to speak with the owner (katie) but i was told that she was out of town and would be back Sept. 28th. I went back again on Sept 28th to speak with Katie about my issue and concerns regarding my toe in hopes to recieve my money back which was around $100 inluding a tip, mind you I complained about this issue seriously because i am a diabetic and wanted to be cautious of my toe nail being infected. I was told by Katie that she could only give me back $28.00. The problem was not solved and no one took accountability. I brought my daughter with me to better explain to Katie about my toe problem and show her pictures and my actual toe nail. We waited on Katie to get back to the shop, but unfortunately she called the sheriff's on us all because she claimed she didn't speak any english and needed them to translate for her, which was a lie, she speaks perfect english.. We were told that it's nothing that they could do but for us to report them, this whole situation was uncalled for. Me and my daughter was offended and embarrassed that the officers were called on us for no reason at all. I am very dissapointed and unsatisfied with my experience here. I highly not recommend Pam's Nails in Willis TX! UPDATE.. i went to quick care to get my toe checked because it's still hurting me and was told that i have an infection/fungus !! i will be reporting and taking legal action !! SHAME ON YOU GUYS!!

I started coming to this place because of a lady who not only did great work, but was very sweet and kind to me. Today I had the worst experience I've ever had as customer at any nail salon I've been to. The nail technician, My (is her name), was so rude to me after me expressing my dislike of the nail design I asked her for. I asked if there was something else more simpler would could try she told me "no" and that I "wasted her time" Then she asked "you pay for what if I take it off" I said "money isn't the issue for me I'll pay whatever but this isn't something I like." And showed her another photo of something simpler we could do instead. She agreed. And tried to make me choose the color SHE wanted me to do. I asked if they had other colors for me to choose from she said "no" and I kept asking "what do you mean no?" Then after telling me no 3x that I could not choose the color I wanted to choose from my chrome she then goes to get the chrome color choices I've been asking for and hands them to me. After she hands the to me she immediately tell me to "leave and go somewhere else" I asked "so you don't want to do my nails anymore?" She said "no. If you know someone else somewhere else go to them." I have never in my yearssss of getting my nails done experienced this type of disrespect. Especially as a paying customer who told her that money wasn't an issue and that we could do something simple on my nails that made her feel more comfortable. They have forever lost my business. Customer service is everything.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY RUINED MY NAILS…read more I paid $55 for a gel set on Tuesday, I couldn't tell them I disliked it because I had things to do. I also have fully natural nails that I'm very prideful of. I worked hard to get them thick and strong. I got my nails painted with gel polish, the execution was horrible. First I'll say I felt like the lady who did my nails had an attitude and she was being really aggressive pulling my hand or hitting my hand away. Anyways, back to the execution, it was rushed and poorly done. There was excess polish on my ends, some nails didn't have enough polish and also there was missing polish on the side of my nails making it look like someone took a bite out of it. Today (Thursday 2 days later) I go in asking for a removal because I couldn't stare at the bad work any longer. And instead of soaking my nails, they filed it down so much that my nails that I worked so hard for feel like PAPER. I've been there one time before and the girl I had was AMAZING, so I thought it'd be the same this time. But nope. Now I have to start over from scratch to make my nails stronger. I won't be back here ever again.

This would have been fine however we checked in five minutes before our appointment time and waited 20 minutes past it before we were seated. If he's not being rude, he's rushing the techs to finish a service that they are working on. Not sure why he's in charge. If it wasn't for the nail techs, I'd find somewhere else and I'm just at that point.

I wanted to share my experience so others know what to expect. I went to Elegant Nail Salon in…read moreConroe (by Target) for a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. It was my first time getting my nails done in about a year. To start on a positive note, the gentleman who did my pedicure initially was wonderful, very thorough, kind, and attentive. I will be going back just to tip him. He shaped my toes exactly how I asked, and I really appreciated his care. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after that when a new guy came to finish the pedicure. When my toenails were painted, there was polish left on my skin and the cleanup was not finished. I didn't complain at the time because I just wanted to get through the appointment, but I was surprised it was considered complete. I was charged $60 for the pedicure. The biggest issue came when I moved on to getting a full set of acrylic nails. I was very clear from the beginning that I wanted short & square acrylics (powder, not shellac like he was insisting, yes I know refills are easier with shellac but I don't usually make it for refills). Black was my first color of choice. He told me that that was not a good choice so I reverted back to my normal color of choice, nude. He informed me that was also a bad choice, no problem, I chose a different nude color. Despite calmly repeating many times I wanted short and square nails, the nail tech continuously insisted I needed them longer and argued with me about my choice. I explained multiple times that I'm a bartender, I break long nails, and I simply do not want length, but my preference was not respected. The back-and-forth went on long enough that other customers were watching, which was embarrassing and uncomfortable. I kid you not I had to insist on short nails over and over and over again. Eventually I asked for the nails to be removed because I didn't want to keep arguing. Even then the conversation continued while I was trying to at least pay for my pedicure and leave. I ended up crying out of frustration and embarrassment which has never happened to me at a nail salon before. After leaving I noticed how messy my toes still were. When I contacted the salon about a partial refund, I was initially told one thing and then later told something different. I was asked to come back for a partial refund of $15, but at that point I was already embarrassed for having to repeat myself, the nail tech was making fun of me for chewing my nails, and clearly I wasn't going to get what I wanted, short square nails. Now short on time and the only day I have off before Christmas & going out of town, I went to another salon immediately after, where they removed the nails, did exactly what I asked for without any pushback, and even offered to fix my toes for free because of the condition they were in. That's when Pepsi offered me $30 back like I had originally asked for, at this point I'm upset, inconvenienced, and stretched for time. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I feel it's important to say this, clients should not have to argue repeatedly to get what they ask for, especially for a paid service. Clear communication, respecting customer preferences, and finishing services properly are essential. I hope this feedback helps the salon improve for future clients.
