Just overall disappointed. Been going to QB for years... not only have raised their prices 30%.... They have started charging for things that should already be included. I came in for a refill. I wasn't asked if I wanted my nails cut down... but got charged for "Long Nail" at checkout. And often times get charged for "Nail Shape" when I don't even change my nail shape. It's getting absolutely ridiculous. Just so you know, when I get charged an extra $5 here and there (especially when no one tells me until checkout,) I am 1000% taking it out of their tip. read more

I have stopped by this salon several times due to the convenience and came in as a walk in on a busy day (May 2nd around 3 or 4 pm) in the late afternoon. I got a gel pedicure and acrylic refill with gel. The man who did my nails seemed to be in a hurry and was rushing. Each time I put my hand in the UV light he would have me take it out in a fraction of the time. The polish was pretty thick... And when I got home I noticed that they were very soft. I could push them in with a fingernail and it would leave a dent. Within a couple of hours some of them started to lift and when I would push on it, red gel would come out the sides. The salon was closed by this time and by the end of the night several nails had lifted. I had to go the next day as soon as they opened and a lady ended up fixing them by removing them and redoing it. She did a good job but the guy was terrible. read more

The service here is pretty bad. Came here and got a mani and a pedi. My nail technician (manicure) was not very friendly. Little things like greeting a customer and thanking them for their business goes a long way (which the nail tech working on my nails did not do). I got a refill. My nail tech didn't do a good job removing the pink from my previous manicure and now it shows through on my new manicure. I'm happy with my pedicure. However, I'm not very happy with the customer service here. I spilled wine and when I asked for a towel so I could clean it up, one of the technicians said something rude in a different language and the other technicians (who were on their phones and didn't bother to assist) laughed. Unfortunately I have to update my review. I used to love coming here. The staff was always friendly and Tina always did a great job on my pedicures and Tammy on my nails. My husband and I have visited a few times recently and unfortunately the quality has just gone down the drain. My nails do not last AT ALL! I always get regular polish on my toes and the last few times I've been I'm lucky to make it a week without one of them chipping. I get powder on my nails and I swear they buy the cheapest product possible because within a few days my nails are already cracking which is absurd. We pay entirely way too much for them to buy low quality products. Also, I feel the owner isn't nearly as personable as she used to be. I'm so disappointed because Tina and Tammy were my absolute favorites, but I just can't justify spending the money knowing within days I'll have to either go back and get both my toes and nails fixed or go somewhere else with better quality. read more

The establishment is clean and whoever works the front desk has great customer service. Other than that, the actual manicure and pedicure is less than mediocre. I've been here numerous times for a manicure and pedicure and each time I'm disappointed in the quality. Keep in mind, this salon is a little bit pricier than others in the area. This week's visit was my last one because I kept telling my nail tech he was hurting me when cutting my cuticles and when I pulled my hand back, he pulled my hand back towards him and continued to cut into my cuticles. My manicure also has those annoying bubbles in it and the paint job is not even. Also, I get that we're all over covid and having to wear a mask (our citizen rights, blah blah) and considering the least we can do is wear a mask to stop the spread, I was APPALLED at the lack of social distancing and the number of women boldly walking in and getting pampered without their masks on, with no enforcement by employees. read more

This place is wonderful! I took my 2 daughters ages 4 & 6 here after our usual spot had a long wait. I must say after they did a great job on both my dip nails and gel pedicure as well as my girls' mani-pedis. I usually leave a nail salon with something that bugs me about my nails. I visited this salon because I recently moved and this one is close to me. I hoped for it to be my new go to salon buuuuuut it's not! I visited this salons on 9/28/21 for a shellac pedicure & dip full set. The staff is nice & the environment. I had a photo of the colors I wanted for the dip. It was 3 colors and the tech that helped me acted so overwhelmed and was showing me colors that was not even close to what I wanted. I wasn't expecting the exact colors but it's so frustrating when they don't want to take the time to help you find the right colors & then they make you feel uncomfy about it. This resulted in me just picked two colors I just found on my own. Next, I know it's common for the employees to do your services at the same time & this was my first time for this. Relaxing is a huge part of a pedicure & I couldn't because I was all twisted & in awkward positions for my hands to be worked on the entire time. I was never offered any kind of refreshers by either technicians. The pedicure wasn't great. I got the classic but I don't feel like that should make the service itself subpar. The guy was REALLY digging into my toe for an ingrown, he said. But my toe hurt for days & I don't think they're licensed to handle an ingrown. Which, I've never ever had any pain or signs of an ingrown before this service. I get pedicures regularly! The guy kept slapping the top of my foot when he wanted me to move it somewhere or adjust it. Obviously not hard but not a gentle tap either. Like & slap. The shellac itself turned out great! It's just the pain afterwards & then the half hearted work on the massage & scrubbing of my feet that I wasn't happy with. The dip turned out ok. I asked for a maroon & a rose gold. The rose gold is more of a pink glitter & there were not enough coats. It's see through as heck. Within three days, my hair was already catching on the backs of the nails. I had to pay $100 for these services to be uncomfortable the entire time. I didn't revisit the salon because I was uncomfortable the first time, I can't imagine how I'd feel confronting them of the work I wasn't happy with. That's always awkward. read more
