went here today 5/3/24 to get a pedicure and a full set powder and french tip FIRST the man who sits at the first table starts my nails then the woman who does the wax and lashes comes to take over she does my nails they look a little wonky from the beginning after showing a picture of what i wanted she suggests i get thicker white tips FIRST RED FLAG when your customer shows a pic JUST PERFORM! So i let that slide she gets finished they are thicker than i wanted but i still let that slide I never washed my hands in the whole process.After my pedicure i washed my hands and noticed the edges of my french tips were horrible chipped looking not all the way painted to the edges, had so much acrylic residue on the sides and under the nails. I waited 15 mins to get someone to fix it and she asked me whats wrong "I CANNOT BE PERFECT THIS IS THE BEST I CAN DO" after goin back and forth she finally decides to try to fix it after threatening to jus take them off telling me i can find someone else to do them better NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!! Do not go here they are not displaying quality work nor a concern to fix the mistakes instead told me my skin was the reason for the residue nothing she can do, didn't even get cuticle oil POOR SERVICE read more

I've been coming here for a few years now, and was referred initially by a friend. I had been paying about $20 more for my nails at another salon so when I tried Two Tone, I was really surprised about the prices. Now, I won't let anyone else touch my nails. Neil is my favorite, but if he's not available I don't mind if someone else does my nails. They are all very detailed in their work. Mya also does waxing, eyelash extensions, etc and she keeps very busy because she is really, really, really good! The salon is small and clean. In my observation, almost everyone that comes in the door is already a regular that has been coming for years. I think the amount of regulars speaks very well for the services they provide. Nail designs are not my thing, but if you like them, you must try Two Tone. Mya is very creative, her designs are beautiful, and she is very reasonable with her pricing. I've actually made a Facebook fan page of my friend's nails because she always does something fun with Mya and she has quite a following of friends from work, former students, family, etc in real life who always want to see her nails. I thought it would be fun to have her own fan page. The page is called Fans of Rocc's Nails and you can go see some examples of Mya's work there. I love the staff at this place. Everyone here remembers your name & talks to you & makes you feel comfortable. It's very clean! The ladies are friendly & do good work, they don't rush the job & make sure to do it right. Walk-ins are accepted but they are always so busy at "prime time" (evenings & Saturdays) I'd recommend calling to make an appointment, even if it's the same day. Majority of the staff is fluent in English, as well, which I appreciate when I'm trying to specify how I want my nails (I'm picky). They offer you non-alcoholic beverages, too. The owner, Neil, is a great guy. This place is run right. I love it! read more

Worst Experience Ever! The lady was so rude to me. She rushed on my nails and kept talking to me like she was annoyed that I came to them in the first place. I constantly told her how I wanted my nails which was a simple full set and she did whatever she wanted. Afterwards, they ended up looking horrible. This is a solid salon. There are some aspects that I really liked and then some things that made me raise my eyebrow at. Firstly let's just get the negative out of the way, which is that I had a big issue with the fact that I could not tell if all the tools that they were using on me were properly clean and sanitized. As a customer this is something that I should never have to wonder about. I should be able to know with 100% confidence that the tools are cleaned and stored up to TDLR standards which I'm not. This is my big complaint and disappointment about this salon. Now to the things that I can tip my hat to them about, which are they are very friendly and nice. Both the arm and leg massages you get when getting either a mani or pedi are amazzzing. They take their time when they work and you can really see how it effects the end product because you are going to walk out with great looking nails that were done right because they weren't trying to rush you out of their chair in oder to get the next person in. read more

Neil is very patient and will work to ensure you are satisfied. His wife, Mya, is also wonderful and has done some great designs on my nails. I have received multiple compliments from total strangers because my nails are always on point thanks to this salon. They are very friendly and welcoming. Very accommodating for a party of 4. The ladies were all very pleasant. We enjoyed our relaxing time there. They seem to really care about their business and run it as such. Would recommend an appointment for 2 or more, they are busy, which is a good sign with so much local competition. The served us drinks as well. Excellent nail salon! Made an appointment for a manicure for myself and my mother for the same day....they gave us appointments for when we requested and greeted us at the door. Salon was very clean and nicely decorated. The stylists were polite and made conversation. They pay attention to detail and take their time. My stylist gave me an amazing arm massage with my manicure. I get manicures all the time, but this salon stands out above the rest....Will definitely be returning!!!! read more

Since I have moved to Texas, I have been on the search for my new nail salon. I found this place by driving by it. The staff is very friendly. Every customer that came in after me was greeted by their first name from the staff. How great is that? The nail tech I had was very nice and asked if I wanted anything to drink. I only came in for gel nails. She did good and was very careful but I was there for what felt like forever. She shaped my nails nicely and cuticle were cut well but color was rough around the edges. This place doesn't even deserve a one star, the staff was very rude to me about having ingrown toe nails. They continuly insulted me. They cut my toe nail and it started to bleed everywhere, it then got infected the following day. I spent $150 on doctor bills and antibiotics. I cried for two days over the whole experience. I never complained or asked them to pay my doctor bill, but it has been the worst experience I've ever had at a salon!! Stay away, this place is not clean. read more
