A little back story: I moved to Magnolia from California about 6 months ago. Nail salons are a dime a dozen here but the workmanship is lacking. I was looking for someone who can do designs, wasn't super expensive sand just know their stuff. I had to widen my circle from Magnolia. Jen is that person; she's an artist. She's reasonably priced, super knowledgeable and enthusiastic about making her clients happy. She's creative, which I love, she loves doing nails and it shows. Her pedicure was bomb too. I clearly asked for a French tip for both my manicure and pedicure, showed pictures, and discussed the white color for the French tip. However, the technician said I had agreed to ombré instead, which wasn't what I requested. I had also mentioned to the front desk that I wanted French tips for both services. On top of that, the nail shape isn't even one nail is longer than the other and my cuticles were not cleaned properly. The overall finish just didn't feel polished.
