I clearly asked for a French tip for both my manicure and pedicure, showed pictures, and discussed the white color for the French tip. However, the technician said I had agreed to ombré instead, which wasn't what I requested. I had also mentioned to the front desk that I wanted French tips for both services. On top of that, the nail shape isn't even one nail is longer than the other and my cuticles were not cleaned properly. The overall finish just didn't feel polished. I'll leave a picture below taken just minutes after leaving Beaux Toes. Better communication and more attention to detail would really improve the experience.

(Similar to Korean style gel if you're familiar with it). I have my own local gal I have back home but if this place was in SoCal... I t'd give so many places a run for their money!! Owner (or host?) was so professional, kind and wonderful and sets the tone. The inside of the salon is not only beautiful and clean but a bonus with its high ceilings. And most importantly, a great selection of quality color and service available. We did a walk in on a Wednesday afternoon with no appointment and the three of us were able to get sat immediately after choosing our colors. I'm in my short nail era and my gal definitely delivered. My mani feels just as, if not stronger and just as thin as I get done back at home + the color work on my pedi is definitely one of the best I've received! I didn't even get asked if I wanted them cut down, he just did. It was a basic French tip pedicure and the tips were basically non existent at first, which he did fix after I asked. I was cut with the 'cheese grater' thing, not sure why salons even use those still, but I now can't even apply pressure to the foot he cut, nothing was said about the cut. I hate how short my toenails are now, the French doesn't even look good cause they're so short. I'll just go somewhere else in the woodlands from now on. Irritated I paid over $80 for a pedicure I don't like, and I didn't ask for the deluxe but got charged for it. Edit: not sure why I'd want a 20% off a pedicure when y'all FUCKED MY FOOT UP. Expect a refund. I can't use my right foot and I have a work event. UPDATE; I am criminally trespassed but I would do it again to make the loser that owns this place feel like the loser he is, foot is infected and can't walk on it still. 4 days later.

I don't drink alcohol, but it still would've been nice to be offered something, especially since that's one of their main features. There was also a 20% off coupon listed online and displayed on the counter. When I asked about it, the woman at the front desk told me they were no longer honoring the promotion. She said she didn't know why the signs were still up or why it was still on the website. During checkout, she seemed more focused on her phone than on helping customers. My card didn't go through the first time, and she barely looked up to assist. I ended up just using tap on my phone to pay and get out of there.
