The guy who worked on my nails had no idea what he was doing and completely ruined my nails. The shaved so much of my nail off that cut into my nail bed. I'm not sure if my real nails will ever grow back properly after this. I wouldn't recommend this place. They try and get you in using rewards but it's not with it if you have no nails to actually paint or your nails are permanently damaged. I have to wait about a month before I go and get my nails done someone else, much better again because I will need to see if they grow back normal again. Here is the picture for receipts. I remained in pain for about 3 days because that area was very tender to the touch because my nail bed was exposed. I've posted pictures of how crappy you can expect your nails to look after 1 week. They look like press on nails and the worst quality. Food gets caught in them and they pull on your clothes and you can also expect to accidentally knick things with them. Update: it's been about 8 days and my nails are starting to crack and break off!!!!!!!! Please see the last photo to see what they look like as they crack and break sue to the poor quality and technique of their staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update: it's been about 9 days and a nail has already broken completely off while most of the others are breaking starting from the cuticle to the tip. See pictures for proof!!!!!! What a terrible job they did! $111 for something to only last 8-10 days and done horribly from the start. After about 11 days I got all of the damaged nails corrected by Urban Escape Nails & SPA located in the woodlands. They explained to me what needed to be done and were saddened by the quality of work done by CHI Nails. It took them approx 2 hours to correct all the damage and prepare my nails to grow out nicely and healthy. CHI had filed my nails down to the point that they were weak and brittle so Urban Escape really had to be careful when handling my new set. They took precautionary measures and talked me through every step of the way as they were correcting each of the damaged nails. read more

Where to start... maybe the fact that it took him 2 hours to get horrible, uneven, not one nail looking same shape as any other, or fact repeadly told him(&from beginning) that wanted thicker nails & they would break so thin. Sony said another coat. It's acrylic, your brushing it in like nail polish. Or that my friend had her lashes and nails finished and was waiting nearly 30 minutes brute he got finished with the mess of nails I got. And when was asked he said I never said anything about them. OR that when I got my lake done she cut my natural lashes without asking then to what can only guess was to much glue my whole right eye lashes had my wire so cake & red and all lashes off in a day. Left eye fine. And no it's not that I sleep on right side because I don't plus I have always used a small pillow and know how to lay with them. AND Cost over $250 for this. read more

I needed my nails done because it was overdue. I was very pleased with the layout of the nail salon. It felt more intimate with the pedicure set up. And I was surprised the location was not very busy. It's near the woodlands mall, in the same shopping center as target and Starbucks. I got a pedicure done by Sophia, the honey spa treatment. Very nice lady. Decent pedicure done. I felt relaxed. I had my dip manicure done by Kayla, and I was pleased with her method of applying dip. It was a little different compared to what I am used to in other locations, but I feel like my nails are secured with the polish and won't break in a week. She is very friendly and does the dip well. Overall, I had a really good experience. It was not overly busy so I did not have to wait and I felt like the staff did a pretty good job. It felt like a clean salon too. read more

I had Tina as my nail tech, she was awesome! They soaked my nails and removed my old ones, and very gentle with my nails. She was very attentive, making sure my nails were not thick and fake looking. You can't tell by the photo but they were very natural looking, like it was just a coat of gel polish but strong. My family has gone to this salon for several years. In the last year and a half it's been hit or miss. Just went yesterday and miss isn't even the correct word. Poor job done by a gentleman who I'd never seen before. He was given some direction by another lady, i'd never seen before either, so i wonder long he's been doing nails. My pedicure is pathetic. Every nail has a different shape. Every nail is not fully covered in nail polish. Instead of cutting the cuticle, he used a grinder to push it back which was uncomfortable. My family will not return. Been here a few times to get my gel manicure done. So far it's the only shop in The Woodlands that my gel doesn't peel off within 7-10 days! So far it's doesn't peel off till the 3rd week!They have a huge selection of polish. Love the location & the decor. Updated: New in The Woodlands and finally found a spot to get my lashes done 2nd time here and the lashes from the 1st lasted almost 3 weeks with me being active and swam most evenings. Still loving this place. Love how did nails hold up!! 3 weeks later... Never was much of one to get a manicure until I tried dip nails almost two years ago. Better for your nails, but make sure places soak off the old polish a good deal. Some places were just doing that minimally and Che does it longer to keep your natural nails healthier. Over the years, I've cracked a nail doing yard work or moving items at work, and that's a simple, inexpensive fix with a fake nail tip...as I usually have to clip my nail down at home after a break. I like to keep my nails just a touch over the finger tip. The ones with the neutral lilac shade and glitter tips are a bit long for me now. So today when I go in, I'll ask them to file them down more. read more

I messed up my toe polish after my last pedicure a few days and stopped in to Che Nails to get a polish change. Decided on a french tip since I wouldn't be able to match the gel color on my fingers which was done back home. Lena was assigned to do my polish change which took about 10-12 mins. I just went here to get acrylic nails for my senior homecoming/Halloween season and ended up also getting a pedicure because of the great prices. I had a somewhat complicated/intricate nail design and my nail tech(Jackie I believe) did amazing! She made sure to properly prepare my nails which every other salon I've gone to has failed to do AND she took her time to do the design justice.In my past experiences people have been really rough and rushed when doing my nails but everything here was very efficient and gentle. 10/10 I'll definitely be back again for a Christmas set soon. read more

After not having my nails and toes done for a while because of quarantine I am extremely glad this was the place I came to! I've been to many different nail salons and I can truly say this has to be the best of all. The solar special pedicure was so relaxing and I loved the way she painted my toes. I am so picky when it comes to getting my nails and toes done so usually I've found a problem with how my nails and toes were done. Anywhere else I find cuts, streaks in the nail polish, a missed spot, and/or unevenness but not at this place! The day I went was the day of my birthday so I wanted to do something extra nice for my nails. Everything was just perfect, perfect, and perfect. My fake nails were done very gently yet quickly. Second bad experience I've had at this studio. I went in for a full acrylic set and was given powder dipping which I HATE and when expressing my dislike I was told "it will look more natural and better" however I do not like the dipping look. Half way through adding the design details on my set, they started getting busy, and the end product was horrid. You could tell he began rushing his work. Lastly, two days later I began feeling pain in my finger, I had a salon down the road remove my nails and the tech there said she felt like my finger was infected. Sure enough this evening I had two pus pockets drained and may need to go to a Dr tomorrow to have it looked at. I will never be back to this salon. read more

I walked in, after my drive from San Antonio, hoping I could get a quick dip (fill) before a business dinner. Vincent was honest and said they were short staffed but he could fit me in within 15 minutes. I was impressed with the salon especially the small cozy rooms of pedicure chairs. Much nicer and quieter than larger salon configurations with long rows of pedicure chairs. I'd I had the time, I'd still be relaxing in one of those massage chairs. :). I made the mistake of saying that my choice of polish was not the right one, and the technician went through the roof, I asked her to put another polish over it and never criticized her after all I am the one that chose the polish. Anyway as far as I'm concerned the salon has its asking price for service, I think I have the right to get what I want, I pay, I also tip well. Make sure you keep in mind that Kayla and the manager do not care about policy. Kayla did an excellent job with the shape and did it in record time she was so kind and patient. I couldn't stop thanking her and then she had to mention some "blacks" would beg to differ. I didn't respond to her ugly slur I just chocked it up to her having a long day. I did ask for acrylic which she assured me was what she was doing. While I was getting my nails filled she wouldn't stop tapping them because they wouldn't harden. She explained to me the dip powder and acrylic powder were the same and continued shaping them and testing the integrity. While this process was long I trusted her completely and couldn't wait to rave about this gem of a salon I just discovered. Unfortunately 2 popped off two days later. I went in with my toddler to get them fixed. She did the dip method and used a completely different color. They instantly started to yellow when I left. The same nails that were fixed plus multiple nails on other hand popped off the NEXT DAY. I went in today at 1p to get them removed and to receive a refund. I was denied and informed of the policy. Kayla pulled her phone out and started to record me simply for asking for my money back. Today marks 1 week since my initial appointment last Saturday 5/20/23. read more
