They are getting 2 stars because they didn't screw up my husbands toes. My husband and I stopped in for a pedicure before going to Vegas on vacation. I had grown out shellac on my toes, which I told my technician about. She started to file it off and then noticed it was only connected by the tip. She pulled the shellac off instead of filling or cutting down first to see if it would release and almost took one of my big toenails down to meat. My toenail on one foot is now crooked and looks a little janky. Moral of the story... if you aren't going to your normal nail technician soak off you shellac on you toes read more

Worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon and I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years. I visited this salon for the first time today. They had zero customers but I thought maybe this was because they are new. When I sat in the massage chair, the water was freezing. When the tech asked if it was okay and I informed her it was cold, she did not adjust it, she just walked away. Shortly after another mail tech came to do my refill. He smelled horrible, so much cigarette smoke. That's when things went really down hill. He started to file my nails like he was in hurry, aggressively and unevenly taking off my old nails. It was so bad that I started to feel the burn of the sander. I told him was being too rough and he said "I know, it's fine" and kept being rough. After 2-3 nails being done like this, I had to pull my nails away and told him I was leaving to go somewhere else. He tried to grab my hand again to continue but I had to tell him again that he was hurting me. He got mad and snapped at me "just pick a color." I sternly told him no and that I was leaving. Then he he started to aggressively move his cart and slam stuff around as I attempted to get out of the chair. Then he stared at me with a clean towel in hand as I got out with wet feet. He didn't offer me a towel so I grabbed my stuff and walked out barefoot tracking water all the way out. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Wish I could give negative stars. read more

Barely even a week in and 2 nails have already popped off :( i was hoping that the would at least last 2 weeks. Well I had high hopes for this place. I called in to make an eyelash appointment and I was told it would be $80. Once I was laid down I was told it was $130. I felt it would of been wrong of me to get up and walk out so I stayed. It hasn't even been a week and I've have multiple lashes fall out. It was very nice in clean in there and I wanted to start using them since I am new to the area but I don't feel I will be going back. It wasn't worth the money. I asked for a doll eye and I was told they don't do that, and my lashes don't look like the pictures I showed. I am giving two stars because the lady was nice and they were very clean in their. UPDATE: They had messages me asking to to come back to fix things. This is very professional of them and great customer service! Might give them a shot at doing my nail! Thank y'all. read more

My daughter and I came in yesterday at 6:50pm and even though the place closed at 7:30pm they still took us in (didn't leave until 8pm). They were so nice, my daughter got the kids mani pedi with Lena and I got a pedicure with Harry. Really great service and nails look great. It's very clean and you get a new individual bag with the nail clippers, etc. (which is HUGE in my book). HUGE selection of Essie nail polish and OPI. They also offer wine for free! Will definitely be back. Ask for Harry and Lena - they were so good! read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They committed fraud and charges my credit card too much. I called 3 days in a row after it happened (early march) and no one answered. My Total was $45 and I tipped $8. They charged my card $60! I live in a different state than this place or I would have visited in person. Just so shameful to think they would take advantage of someone like that. read more

I left an $7-$8 tip, however, after the charge cleared through my credit card account, I was charged $60. I did NOT leave a $15 (33%?!) tip. I cannot visit in person because I live out of state, and they are not answering the phone. I am reporting for fraud. read more
