Lucy did a great job on my gel manicure. I waited less than 5 minutes on a busy Saturday as a walk-in. I usually alternate between a traditional manicure. I chose the OPI color 491. An eggplant/purple color. She was precise and took time since the color or bottle's brush made the first application appear streaky. I can't wait to return. Beautiful salon, I can say that. The nail tech Cindy did a decent job. I asked for a cuticle clean up, but didnt really get that. I love going to places that serve drinks. I will call ahead of time just to make sure they do. It's the experience. Love that they give you a paper to fill out with what you want and what drink to order. I ordered "champagne " (ahem.. Prosecco lol... ) and was given enough to take two sips. Had to ask for another... then was given less. So that's why I'm giving 3 stars. Just moved to Spring and tried this place. Absolutely beautiful inside. The staff was friendly upon entry and during both my pedicure and full set. The music and ambiance was perfect. Amber did my pedicure and she was super nice and extremely gentle when it came to removal of ingrown. Kelly did my nails and she communicated and asked if shape was good a few times. She gave opinion on a few things which I enjoyed. The only thing I did not like was the "hidden fees." I am used to paying over $100 for my pedi/nails. But upon my entry I stated I wanted to change the shape and take off shellac and do powder. No one mentioned removal would be $5, no one mentioned changing shape would be $5 and clipping my cuticles would be another $5. My current nail place by my old house, never charges for any of these but if you do, be up front about it especially when I mention at the front desk, this is what I want done. I will probably return because I now know about these extra charges but I will also continue looking for a new nail place near my new home and see what else is out there. read more

I felt very rushed to pick a color; literally gave me less than 10 seconds before the girl approached me to take me to a chair. Their color selection is very small for dip powder, I couldn't find a color that matched, so I let the tech pick a dip powder that I thought she would get to match. Well it looks nothing like what I wanted at all! Also the dip is very bulky and looks so trashy. Reminds me of cheap press on nails. Literally looks like bubbles on my nails because the dip is so thick. I am embarrassed to attend my event with these nails! I also got an eyebrow wax and wanted to cry when I saw the results. My eyebrows are uneven and when I looked in the mirror at home closely i noticed she didn't even get all of the unibrow hair. How does that even happen? I don't know who the technicians are for those bad reciews, but I have never had a bad experience. If you want a great natural nail I highly recommend Kim! She is amazing and gentle! I always get acrylic on my natural nail with shellac and 100% of the time gets it to look so natural. As far as my pedicure I always get who ever is available I'm not picky. I get a regular pedicure with no design so I'm good. Staff is super friendly and I always get offered a beverage. I always come in with a friendly face and it is always reciprocated. I had soooooo many girlfriends tell me to try this place, and I was so excited to do so. Well I get there and request a pedicure and a set of dip nails with no tips, so really easy. I didn't get the most expensive pedicure but I didn't get the cheapest either. The pedicure itself was okay. I just wish they would actually massage and not just rub the lotion in. Especially my feet, I am a hairdresser so I literally get pedicures to relax my feet and get them massaged and she didn't massage them really at all. She also filed two of my toes so short they were cut and hurt when she polished them because they burned. Now for the dip. This was THE WORST full set dip I have ever had! She full on cut my twice with blood first off, then she literally barely and when I say barely filed the top so they are sooooo thick and lumpy. I am going to give them one more try but ask for two different people. The only reason I am going back is because it's a beautiful establishment and has potential! But blood is not good. read more

I thought I had found my new go to nail place. Free booze, decent (maybe a little high but reasonable) prices, huge range of colors, very clean, tons of stations... sounds like paradise right? More like a machine. I went in this afternoon for a pedicure and refill. At $57 for very basic services, I at least expect this services to be done well. My pedicure was good, she tried a little small talk, asked about my son, gave me colors options with the color I picked out. But my refill. I literally had it done this afternoon and it looks so bad. I had broken one nail and she fixed that, but she didn't try to fix where my thumb is bubbling up ("oh next time next time,") my nails look dirty which I don't understand and she said it's because my hands are dry... didn't make sense, and then argued with how long and what shape I wear my nails. And that was the extent of the conversation. Just a lot of talking to the other girls in Vietnamese. Plus the nail she repaired looks completely different to the nails that were on my hand. If it was time to do a full set she should have told me, not run me through the machine and leave me looking worse than before I came in. Save your money. Better yet, spend it at a small place that cares about how your nails look and how you feel. I'm so disappointed. The palace nails on Rayford was amazing. Beautiful salon! But I was surprised by how limited their polish choice was & I'm super disappointed with some amateur mistakes. Smudged polish, leaving with glue under my nails & on the edges of nail, incomplete sides, and uneven topcoat. I paid $82 + $20 tip for a manicure (new dip) & pedicure. The ladies worked at the same time, so I couldn't have the massage turned on while in my chair, which I really do love. But whatever...I would've been there twice as long had they worked separately, I'm over it. But I left the salon in my paper flipflops, and when I went into TJMaxx (across the street), my pedi wasn't dry! My shoes totally F'd up my polish! Which should've been dry because the pedi was over about 30 mins before the mani was. So I have to go back & that fixed. Grrrrr. Then, this morning I noticed a crack in the dip of my dipcolor. This place is so bad I don't like the service. They don't ask if you would like something to drink. They talk and laugh about people in front of them. They are not professional. I tried given them a chance but they always mess up. My thump nails is cricked and just tacky. I will not be coming back and I see why they have bad reviews. My 5 nails popped off the first week I got them done. I paid 110 for crappy pedicure and manicure. This has by far been my worst pedicure in Texas since I've moved here. They have full bar but only offer certain ppl drinks not even a bottle of water. My person who did my pedicure she was ok but overall for the amount it isn't worth it, they care more about massaging your legs then actually a pedicure. Over priced for service that isn't worth it. I noticed later my cuticles was cut bc my socks had blood on them, and very sore.. I stopped her from any type of polish due to my nail beds actually burning, and my toe nails has already chipped and broken. Definitely not worth it!!! read more

So I normally only come here when I really want to treat myself, and I typically just get the basic pedicure. I enjoyed my very first time coming here, but the past couple of visits haven't been great. The time before today it was very busy which I totally understand, but I felt rushed and not treated well. Today I came a little before lunch and it wasn't too busy at all, which was nice. My husband wanted to pay for my nails today so I go the Signature Pedicure ($50, if you get shellac it's $25 more) but it includes a footbath, massage with sugar scrub, foot mask, and lotion with a hot stone, but again these past couple of times my polish didn't seem complete, or not filled all the way, so it's been a little disappointing, especially for how much you pay, not including tip. read more

I have been here about 5-6 times in the last 6 months since I moved here. I even came here first and then left to try others but ended up coming back I liked them so much. I came here to my weddings nails done and everything. Well... I'm very dissatisfied after coming here today. The ambience is very nice. Lots of televisions, comfy chairs, plenty of stations so the wait isn't crazy, and attentive attendants USUALLY. Although they're a little pricey, they make up for it in hospitality with cocktails and those chairs and professional staff. With all that being said, there's nothing worse than feeling like your technicians are rushing because it's close to closing. After a long work week, I expect to be completely relaxed, instead I am tense from the technicians rushing and from having to reach my arms over to my right so the technician can do my nails while I'm getting a pedicure. At one point the technician turned the massage chair off, so that should go do my nails more efficiently. My entire reason for coming to simply relax...that was no achieved today. My pedicure massage was rushed and so was my manicure massage. The technician didn't remove my watch or ring. I try to treat myself and today I spent $100 for that?! I gave three stars bc the shape, my cuticles, the paint job all look great. Both ladies smiled and did what I asked when I asked. But I was uncomfortable with asking too much bc of the blatant rush they seemed to be in. I won't be back.... So I did go back the next day. I wanted to speak up for myself and ask that my nails be fixed. It was very frustrating! They asked me to take down my review and proceeded to argue with me about how I shouldn't have felt the way I did yesterday. I don't want to argue. My review expresses positive and constructive experiences. The attendant fixed my nails and seemed to have an attitude the entire time. Her and the manager were speaking and I just walked out.
