I've been going to this nail salon for awhile, never had any issues, sometimes the shape is a little off but otherwise great service. However I'm not too sure if I'll be returning after today's experience, I went in for a routine fill and pedicure, the tech I got I've never had before but I give everyone a chance and never complain, she started my toes. And from the start she had a very heavy hand and pretty aggressive with the way she was working. My pain tolerance is pretty high and I was uncomfortable already and just her cleaning my toes hurt. She cuts the cuticles on one foot and starts on my other and she cuts my skin! I began bleeding and she tried to stop it and it was just burning, I've never walked out but today I did, I wasn't going to take any chances of continuing my service and potentially getting an infection later on, I let her use the alcohol to clean it up and I asked if I owed anything for the work she did and the owners said no of course not. I also had to tell her to cut the toenails on my other foot (the one where she cut my foot) because she forgot. I've really loved this nail salon and I'm not sure if the tech I got was in a hurry to be somewhere or get a new personal best time for pedicures or whatever the case may be. As someone who also works in the beauty industry and is a licensed cosmetologist, being fast doesn't mean being the best, I appreciate people who take their time and keep their clients comfortable and happy. I appreciate the owners apologizing, and their kindness but this experience was my worst one. read more

Amazing! Without a doubt my new favorite nail place. Its soo nice inside. The service was top notch. Zero wait. Complementary drinks from wine to mimosas to soda. I was asked numerous times "how is this?" "How do you like this?". They truly cared about my experience. Loved every minute. read more

I've been coming to this salon for the last two years and have loved coming here to relax and pamper myself. The past few times I've been the workers I have had were rude, seemed to get distracted a lot talking with each other, and they have definitely raised their prices. I've never left a review before but this was a very bad experience that was not worth the $109 dollars I payed, not to mention her making a scene when I asked nicely for a breakdown of the prices. Sad that I now have to find a new salon. You tell me if what I got was worth $109 before tip... read more

I don't know who the technicians are for those bad reciews, but I have never had a bad experience. If you want a great natural nail I highly recommend Kim! She is amazing and gentle! I always get acrylic on my natural nail with shellac and 100% of the time gets it to look so natural. As far as my pedicure I always get who ever is available I'm not picky. I get a regular pedicure with no design so I'm good. Staff is super friendly and I always get offered a beverage. I always come in with a friendly face and it is always reciprocated. Thank you guys for amazing service! -Alexis read more

I hate my nails! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and my nails look nothing it! I felt very rushed to pick a color; literally gave me less than 10 seconds before the girl approached me to take me to a chair. Their color selection is very small for dip powder, I couldn't find a color that matched, so I let the tech pick a dip powder that I thought she would get to match. Well it looks nothing like what I wanted at all! Also the dip is very bulky and looks so trashy. Reminds me of cheap press on nails. Literally looks like bubbles on my nails because the dip is so thick. I am embarrassed to attend my event with these nails! I also got an eyebrow wax and wanted to cry when I saw the results. My eyebrows are uneven and when I looked in the mirror at home closely i noticed she didn't even get all of the unibrow hair. How does that even happen? All the reviews are true about them never speaking to you. Never coming here again! read more

I had soooooo many girlfriends tell me to try this place, and I was so excited to do so. Well I get there and request a pedicure and a set of dip nails with no tips, so really easy. I didn't get the most expensive pedicure but I didn't get the cheapest either. The pedicure itself was okay. I just wish they would actually massage and not just rub the lotion in. Especially my feet, I am a hairdresser so I literally get pedicures to relax my feet and get them massaged and she didn't massage them really at all. She also filed two of my toes so short they were cut and hurt when she polished them because they burned. Now for the dip. This was THE WORST full set dip I have ever had! She full on cut my twice with blood first off, then she literally barely and when I say barely filed the top so they are sooooo thick and lumpy. I am going to give them one more try but ask for two different people. The only reason I am going back is because it's a beautiful establishment and has potential! But blood is not good. read more

This is my to go nail salon for pedicure & manicure, it's very clean and beautiful inside. The Guy and Lady up front are so nice.

I've been coming here for a year now, and I've never been disappointed. I go to Tiffany, she is amazing! Also, this is one of the most beautiful spas I've been to. Definitely a relaxing place to go. read more

I thought I had found my new go to nail place. Free booze, decent (maybe a little high but reasonable) prices, huge range of colors, very clean, tons of stations... sounds like paradise right? More like a machine. I went in this afternoon for a pedicure and refill. At $57 for very basic services, I at least expect this services to be done well. My pedicure was good, she tried a little small talk, asked about my son, gave me colors options with the color I picked out. But my refill. I literally had it done this afternoon and it looks so bad. I had broken one nail and she fixed that, but she didn't try to fix where my thumb is bubbling up ("oh next time next time,") my nails look dirty which I don't understand and she said it's because my hands are dry... didn't make sense, and then argued with how long and what shape I wear my nails. And that was the extent of the conversation. Just a lot of talking to the other girls in Vietnamese. Plus the nail she repaired looks completely different to the nails that were on my hand. If it was time to do a full set she should have told me, not run me through the machine and leave me looking worse than before I came in. Save your money. Better yet, spend it at a small place that cares about how your nails look and how you feel. I'm so disappointed. The palace nails on Rayford was amazing. But no way in hell I'm going to pay premium prices for crappy service. read more

I went to Harry Potter World last month and I wanted to represent! I walked into the salon showed a picture and they pointed me to the perfect person! Everything on my nails was free drawn and OMG she did amazing. I'm so mad that I forgot her name but if you go in and show a picture of any nail art I'm sure they will point you straight to her! Beautiful salon! But I was surprised by how limited their polish choice was & I'm super disappointed with some amateur mistakes. Smudged polish, leaving with glue under my nails & on the edges of nail, incomplete sides, and uneven topcoat. I paid $82 + $20 tip for a manicure (new dip) & pedicure. The ladies worked at the same time, so I couldn't have the massage turned on while in my chair, which I really do love. But whatever...I would've been there twice as long had they worked separately, I'm over it. But I left the salon in my paper flipflops, and when I went into TJMaxx (across the street), my pedi wasn't dry! My shoes totally F'd up my polish! Which should've been dry because the pedi was over about 30 mins before the mani was. So I have to go back & that fixed. Grrrrr. Then, this morning I noticed a crack in the dip of my dipcolor. It's totally noticeable because I chose a French pink/white look. So they'll be asked to fix that too. I think the salon is nice, but I'd rather have a great mani/pedi that lasts. read more

I usually am very happy with my fills and pedis here, although yesterday's visit was not relaxing at all. The nail tech was rough, talked me out of a color I had chosen and was very cold. I wanted the nails with marble the lady I had didn't know how to do that then told me no one there did also, so I said that's fine so then ask what size i would like. I said Med-long she does it the size I liked then kept cutting them shorter because she was making them uneven so now my nails are small basically then i said sharp coffin nails like the picture I wanted and she never did that well she's finally doing my color and I ask since you don't know how to do marble can you do ombré? SHE SAYS "I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT ALSO" like what? She told me she just knows how to do only solid colors I won't be back again the lady that did my pedi was great though (also Very small color picks) read more

Nice place to relax and do some self care. The service was comforting and their attentions to safety was evident definitely coming back

This place is so bad I don't like the service. They don't ask if you would like something to drink. They talk and laugh about people in front of them. They are not professional. I tried given them a chance but they always mess up. My thump nails is cricked and just tacky. I will not be coming back and I see why they have bad reviews. My 5 nails popped off the first week I got them done. I paid 110 for crappy pedicure and manicure. Came back the next week and got the nails fixed and they charged 80 for full set because my length which was longer the first time. My nails are literally slanted. Only been once but did enjoy it. I went on a Thursday and was surprised how busy they were. My nails were wrecked by a PREVIOUS SALON, so I'm hoping after trying to recover my nails for over four months I can continue coming here. I got Sonny, he was polite and quick- we'll see how my nails look once I go again. I will say they need a better system at their front desk and a much more personable receptionist/bar tender that looks like she both wants to be there and looks like she's in that industry. Also, they definitely need more dip colors.l update: I got a regular manicure by rose and I absolutely loved it. My nails were still healthy after removing the dip. read more

This is a pretty upscale nail salon, that offers you a complimentary alcoholic beverage during your session. So I normally only come here when I really want to treat myself, and I typically just get the basic pedicure. I enjoyed my very first time coming here, but the past couple of visits haven't been great. The time before today it was very busy which I totally understand, but I felt rushed and not treated well. Today I came a little before lunch and it wasn't too busy at all, which was nice. My husband wanted to pay for my nails today so I go the Signature Pedicure ($50, if you get shellac it's $25 more) but it includes a footbath, massage with sugar scrub, foot mask, and lotion with a hot stone, but again these past couple of times my polish didn't seem complete, or not filled all the way, so it's been a little disappointing, especially for how much you pay, not including tip. read more

After giving this place so many tries, today was my last. Not only is their customer service terrible, but the nail techs are beyond rude. They don't speak to you, they just grab your feet/hands and throw it around and when you want them to fix something they get mad about it and don't even really try to make it better. I have unfortunately gotten lazy techs who just rush through my nails and they end up looks horrible. Don't waste your money here, you will be disappointed. read more

Palace Nails & Spa - Left my nails disgusting!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Spring, Texas

My Mom, sister and I went in for a pedicure today and all left extremely unsatisfied. This is supposed to be a higher end nail salon and there was nothing luxurious about it other than decor. It seemed to be a problem with management rather than the nail technicians fault. When expressing our concerns to 2 people who appeared to be the manager. We were cut off with a man telling us what our total due was. The other person walked away. The man who replied to our complaint with the total due clearly paid no attention to what we were saying. Finally he came around to look at our feet and said there was no problem and they looked good. Customer satisfaction is not their priority and we will not be returning. read more

I have been here about 5-6 times in the last 6 months since I moved here. I even came here first and then left to try others but ended up coming back I liked them so much. I came here to my weddings nails done and everything. Well... I'm very dissatisfied after coming here today. The ambience is very nice. Lots of televisions, comfy chairs, plenty of stations so the wait isn't crazy, and attentive attendants USUALLY. Although they're a little pricey, they make up for it in hospitality with cocktails and those chairs and professional staff. With all that being said, there's nothing worse than feeling like your technicians are rushing because it's close to closing. After a long work week, I expect to be completely relaxed, instead I am tense from the technicians rushing and from having to reach my arms over to my right so the technician can do my nails while I'm getting a pedicure. At one point the technician turned the massage chair off, so that should go do my nails more efficiently. My entire reason for coming to simply relax...that was no achieved today. My pedicure massage was rushed and so was my manicure massage. The technician didn't remove my watch or ring. I try to treat myself and today I spent $100 for that?! I gave three stars bc the shape, my cuticles, the paint job all look great. Both ladies smiled and did what I asked when I asked. But I was uncomfortable with asking too much bc of the blatant rush they seemed to be in. I won't be back.... So I did go back the next day. I wanted to speak up for myself and ask that my nails be fixed. It was very frustrating! They asked me to take down my review and proceeded to argue with me about how I shouldn't have felt the way I did yesterday. I don't want to argue. My review expresses positive and constructive experiences. The attendant fixed my nails and seemed to have an attitude the entire time. Her and the manager were speaking and I just walked out. After they asked me to take my Yelp review down it became clear to me, customer service was no longer the priority. Hopefully you all have a better experience read more

This has by far been my worst pedicure in Texas since I've moved here. They have full bar but only offer certain ppl drinks not even a bottle of water. My person who did my pedicure she was ok but overall for the amount it isn't worth it, they care more about massaging your legs then actually a pedicure. Over priced for service that isn't worth it. I noticed later my cuticles was cut bc my socks had blood on them, and very sore.. I stopped her from any type of polish due to my nail beds actually burning, and my toe nails has already chipped and broken. Definitely not worth it!!! read more

Service is excellent. Quality is amazing. The facility is very clean. I would highly recommend.

Love the work that they do for the nails. They are spectacular. One perk is that you get a free drink with your service. I've always gotten a mimosa, that's given in a glass champagne flute. However, I got strep and my doctor thinks it's because they don't clean their glassware thoroughly. Customers beware. read more

I do not leave reviews, but trust me when I say save your time, skin, and whatever else you can save before coming here. The salon is beautiful, but the technicians are HORRIBLE.
