I'm not sure why i keep going back, every time I'm left somewhat disappointed. This time was the worst. For one, i asked for a gel set for my nails and a reg polish that matched for my toes. They brought out a box that had both the gel and reg polish of the same shade. Flash forward, the colors do not match at all. Not to mention, my nails themselves were done poorly, awkward shape, gel was lumped on chunky in some places, and the tech had an attitude. I visited on my day off for what I hoped would be a "treat yourself" mani/pedi experience. The pedicure is honestly fine. I got shellac on my nails, and within two days I had two nails chipping. I am NOT hard on my nails; typically I can get my nails done and they'll last three weeks. It is now 10 days later and all of my nails are chipped or peeling. I have come to expect my nails to last AT LEAST two and a half weeks. And I was very disappointed in the quality, especially for the price. read more

Tried this nail salon out for the first time. I may have found my new nail spa. I was greeted when I walked in, presented a professional menu of services to choose from, then escorted to a pedicure station. The lady handed me a swatch book and swatch ring of colors to choose from while getting a pedicure. The lady who took care of my pedicure was a lady named Kim. She is very nice. Very skilled and did not cut me. I would only ask she work on communicating what she needs me to do when I am also paying attention to the manicurist rather than wait. Also she could stand to work on her massage skills. I had my shins 'pet' in lieu of a decent foot massage. Other than that it was a good basic pedicure. Vina was the lady who took care of my nails. I was indecisive about which purple so she pulled the swatches for powder instead of dip and that made the difference. She is patient and has a gift for pairing creative colors and glitters together. I will book with her next time. She also asked if I would like a similar element added to my toes. I thought that was very thorough of her and even though they didn't have what I wanted I appreciated her suggestion. This place feels like a nail spa and is worth what I get charged at my other place only this place doesn't make me feel like I'm being buckle and dimed plus I don't get treated like an imposition. And I have to say it's nice having everyone speak a language I understand. Privately I don't cate what you speak but I was raised that it's rude to speak a language in front of someone who doesn't understand what you're saying. This was my first visit. The lady at the front counter signed me up for their rewards program and explained it well. After I spend so much I get a $15 discount on my next service! Another Beni is that this place is on my way home from work and right now I work a shift that makes it nigh impossible to make it to my regular salon on time unless I am driving as fast as that popular hit song about a fast flying bat from the underworld. Horrible customer service. Took my daughter in on March 14, 2023 she received a specific nail, White chrome. By March 17th she had lost three nails completely as they started to pop off leaving any residue that a nail even existed in its placed. I contacted the salon and spoke with the male owner notifying him that we would be out of town, but we had numerous concerns about her nails falling off less than a week of them being done. The male owner informed us that we could come to the salon on Sunday or Monday following her school and then they would do her nails again. On Monday when we arrive to the salon, the female owner questioned the validity of our purchase and almost refused to do her nails. We provided a copy of the receipt for the 60 dollar service and we were seen. We have numerous nail salons in the area that have amazing customer service! read more

This was my first visit here and they were able to take me in within the hour. Inside the salon it's beautiful, you even get a complimentary alcoholic beverage. Well I had a mani and pedi and wanted to add on 15 min of the reflexology for my feet. She said they will spend 11 minutes massaging your feet already, do you want an additional 10-15 min. I said no it's ok then. Well that 11 minutes was nothing, it was her rubbing the hot stone up and down my leg, with no pressure whatsoever. Then she rubbed the hot stone on top of my feet, like why? Most people have aches at the bottom. So that was a huge disappointment. Then when it came down to removing calluses, she didn't . She used a pumice stone only. In my head I was like, Ma'am, I need more than a pumice stone. So my feet are still a tad bit rough. I am not happy with that either. As far as painting she did an ok job. My mani was much better. And when she massaged my arms, she actually put pressure in her massage. I probably will not return to this place but it was beautiful and they were nice. read more

The salon is beautiful and staff are friendly, but that's as good as it got. I got the earth pedicure ($36) lasted 30mins. The nail tech was rough. She was moving quickly and did a mediocre job at cutting and filing my nails. It hurt. My feet barely soaked. She didn't scrape my heels. The massage consisted of her tapping at my legs. The hot towels and stones were extremely hot. My feet automatically reacted to the heat. She did apologize. The stones touched my legs then she removed them and tapped at my legs again. The nail technicians are just rude. They don't massage your legs for a pedicure just run their hands on your legs and then when they are ready for your foot the slap your leg to bring it in and thenslap it to put it back. I don't know why it has taken me so long to make a review. I have been going here since it opened. I used to come so regular for pedis and dip nails. Then COVID hit. It has been more than 6 months since I've been in. So today as an anniversary pampering I decided to go to my favorite spot. Low and behold, I walk in and the lady that always greets me remembered my name! Now that is a great business. They have always been so personable and friendly. The purpose of making an appointment with a specific tech is to SAVE TIME...not to keep me waiting 45 minutes to an hour because you are "running behind"...this has happened EVERY TIME that I have have scheduled an appointment. The manager books appointments and does NOT allow enough time per customer!! Stop trying to rush people through just for the sake of VOLUME over SERVICE! My time is valuable and SHOULD BE RESPECTED! Terrible place! Negative Stars if I could rate that. Not customer service friendly all. The nail techs are on a time limit per person of 30-45 mins anything over is frowned upon. Ive given them several chances and letting them know a nail is shaped crooked, there's bubbles, paint is chipping, nail is bumpy, or nail isn't filed right and is catching is not suppose to be pointed out because then your a customer who takes longer than what they allow. They rush you to pick color ... so WARNING go in there knowing your color or it'll eat into the allowed time. Also ... I stopped into this place since it is right by my new apartment. It is in a very nice new shopping center. Since they just opened, they were offering 20%. The interior of the salon is very nice and well decorated. Super clean and plenty of chairs/technicians. They have a bar and offer a free drink with service which is nice. I am leaving 3 stars because although the salon was pretty and there was no wait time on a Saturday, my nails were done pretty messy. The shape was done fine but paint was left on my cuticles and the setting gel was on the side of my nails and I said to ask to get it removed. It took quite a while to complete the service so I expected them to be perfect. Unfortunately this was not the case. I'm not sure if I will be back. read more

I'm really irritated I went here. The lady who did my nails rushed and they look freaking terrible. I opted for shellac and they are already looking terrible. I went in yesterday. I honestly could have done better. The guy who did my pedicure didn't really massage my feet. He just kind of rubbed the lotion in. I spend over 80 dollars for bs. Never again! Long review alert!!! I honestly don't know where to start. I am so incredibly disappointed and upset with my experience here. Despite reading some of the negative reviews on Yelp, I decided to give this place a try for myself. I should have listened to the reviews. When I first walked in today, the place was pretty busy, but it was lunch time and a Friday. I approach the counter to find no one there to greet me. Every nail place has different procedures for checking people in etc, so I just stood there and waited. After a couple of minutes a young girl comes to the front, we make eye contact and then she just stands to the side. I had to wait a couple of extra minutes until a man came and told me to fill out the paper. When I went to select my nail color I was actually really taken back by the fact their nail polishes looked old (cracking in the bottle, color separated), and some bottles barely had any polish left in them. With this place being more "high end" I would expect their nail polish selection to be much better. Of course the color I wanted had very little left in the bottle. Once I picked my color, a lady that works there then very rudely says COME OVER HERE! As if I was supposed to know where I was going. I sit down in the chair and my girl is SO incredibly rude! My water is ice cold and she literally pulls my leg out of the water so forcefully. Usually places tap or nicely ask for you to put your foot up. Honestly this girl acted as if it were an inconvenience to be doing my nails. Not to mention how rude it was she was speaking to her colleagues in their language the ENTIRE TIME, even looking at my toes and obviously talking about me. The lady literally refused to speak to me and just pulled at my feet and legs to get me to do what she wanted and she would get extremely aggravated if I did not do what she wanted me to do. As for the end result, my color is chunky. You can tell the color I chose was old and she had to keep adding water based solution in it to even get some polish out. Pedicure itself was nothing spectacular. I almost feel as if you get judged if you select the "lower end" pedicure because the more money you spend the more they think they will be tipped. I've been to many, many nail salons and honestly this is the by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Just because this is considered a "higher end" nail salon does not give any of the employees the right to treat people rudely and disrespectfully. And as for the young lady working the front desk, get off of your phone and help customers when they walk in. Not a good look or first impression. So more power to the people who love this place, I am definitely not one of those people! read more

I don't like places that assign you a technician based on the $$ of the service you want. I wanted a full manicure but just did want any polish put on again. I was assigned a technician that had never removed shellac nails before. She did not soak my nails before cutting and filing. Did not use cuticle pusher nor did she trim the cuticles until I asked her if this service is included in their manicure. She said she forgot. She asked me to wash my hands that's when I realized she doesn't even know what a manicure entails. So in the end I ended up paying for a full manicure but really just had my shellac nails removed because I never received the services a full manicure includes. $33 poorer but lesson learnt. Ahh, my trusted nails salon!! I've been going here once every 2-3 weeks for about half a year now, and I've consistently received awesome service. I mostly come here for eyebrow wax and dip nails. Strongly recommend Anna; she's gentle, professional, quick yet careful. Every single time I get to walk out with perfectly shaped nails (you know how annoying it is to leave a salon with one nail that's kind of crooked!). My dip nails ALWAYS last for 2-3 weeks, no lifting, no cracking, beautiful as new. Bonus: The owners are just the sweetest, and the drinks are complimentary! read more

Alright.... so, I have a normal place and lady I go to however I wanted to try something different as I feel change is good sometimes (so I thought) I'll start with the phone call. I called to book mine and my friends appt today. All went well until I told him what time (4pm.. they close at 6pm) at which point he hesitated to confirm my appt time. I told him this was my first time there & I wanted to try them out. He said oh ok, sure, see you at 4 (total attitude). I should've known right then and there that this wasn't going to go well but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I read good reviews here. My friend wanted a shellac manicure. Half way through she decided she wanted acrylic nails. The "manager" (the same guy on the phone) came over with a terrible attitude, yet again. He told her that he was going to charge her for a full shellac manicure (even though they weren't near done with the service) & for a full set of acrylic. Uhm no.... had they finished the shellac manicure, I could understand. So long story short, they end up taking the shellac off and she leaves w. Nothing done because she wasn't about to give him a damn for the horrible customer service. In this situation I see both sides. HOWEVER it's all about how you present & handle a situation & he totally lacked in the customer service department. Not good for calling yourself the "manager". Now to my nails... I know I can be a difficult because I'm very picky. But I know what I want & I'm paying for it so I should get what I want, right? I added pics of what I wanted & what I got. Yes she asked if I liked them, which yes I do I suppose. But they're nothing like the picture that I showed to her several times. The shape is off. The color is off. And you can see every scratch in the nail. I pointed that out to her and she said "yes because it's clear" ok well I get that they're clear (when they should've been matte clear) BUT if there weren't scratches in the nails due to not filing them correctly underneath, you wouldn't be able to see them. All in all, I'm just OK with mine. Not happy that they look nothing like the picture, but at that point we were ready to get out of there. First visit here. I normally go somewhere else but it was a girls day with my friend and she likes this place. We did not have appointments and walked in at 5:30 for mani-pedi's. I do dip and requested a manicure to clean up the cuticles. They said they could do it for an extra $10 so I agreed. I do French. That is an extra $6. No biggie. I get my nails done regularly, so I was surprised to be charged an extra $5 for "shaping". All of this is beside the point which is that the job done was abysmal. The tech sanded skin off at one point and it was bleeding, she didn't seem to notice until I yanked my hand away. Then she used the cuticle nippers to cut the skin where she had left the white powder residue (see photos). I had to file my own nails afterwards because they were crooked, too thick on the ends and overall just bad. The $10 manicure to clean them up was a joke! Look at the pics. When I went to check out I was asked if everything was good and I said no. They didn't care. Didn't ask why. Just asked for my credit card. I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon. The only thing I can really complain about is the pricing. A bit overpriced compared to other salons in the area, but the service and quality are there so it's worth the extra money. Love the atmosphere and the space is clean and well decorated. I came in on a very busy day, Saturday, and they were able to take me quickly because they had the appropriate amount of people working for the volume of customers. I loved coming to this place the owners were super polite and the workers well they did a good job. This past Friday I took my mom for a pedi since she is visiting from NY. We both got a pedi one of my toes was not done properly and I was looking at the Poor job and the owner came by and had the worker fix it which she started saying something in her language.... as in if it was my fault ! my mom was not happy at all as her heels seemed as if she never got a pedi ... we left but when we got home my mom said we just paid $35 and look at this bad job. We went back and they refused to fix the issue one of the guys there asked her to buy a filer and file her heel herself. I said you understand you will be losing a customer at this point he shrug and walked away. Do not come here. I went today for a pedicure & eyebrow wax, and I wish I hadn't. Pedicure was mediocre. Whatever scrub they used, took off what little hair I had on my legs (I can tell because of the pant line). What the heck?! Also, for the eyebrow wax, it was so rough (literal tears). So this is like my fourth time coming here and I'm not coming here ever again. I showed a picture of what I wanted which was a simple medium coffin shape which is in the picture with the laptop in the background and I wanted my ring finger to be holographic chrome. She was putting on my nails and there was a nail that clearly wasn't on all the way, she noticed it but didn't bother to fix it. When it came to cutting my nails, she completely disregarded what I asked for and cut them so short to where my nails look like baby nails. She started shaping them, the picture is medium coffin shaped nails and she started shaping them squared like they were her own nails, basically doing what SHE wanted to do. So I raised it to her attention because I was getting frustrated and she said: "oh it's $15 extra for coffin shape", which... I've never been charged $15 extra for coffin, lol. The chrome wasn't bad at all, I like that. Oh and I wrote on my manicure that I wanted the palace manicure, but didn't get the full service. Oh AND ANOTHER THING, I asked for an eyebrow wax on my sheet and I never got it done. My pedicure was okay, wasn't what I usually get. Also, I should notify that I'm a cosmetology student so I know EXACTLY what wasn't done right. Train your nail techs with continuing education please. never coming back here again, PERIOD. read more

Update 3/2/19: Went in for gel mani/pedi. Prompt and friendly service. Chose the milk and honey mani and pedi. The whole service was fantastic. I did not feel rushed, my nails looked beautiful and I left feeling pampered. I will be purchasing a gift certificate for my mother to get the same mani/pedi. Will also be returning again and again at this point. Worth the money to me to receive such wonderful treatment. Original review: Came in on a Friday around noon for a manicure. I brought my baby along in his car seat. I try to go with him when the salons aren't usually packed. Was greeted right away - very accommodating with me having my son. They put me at a station where I could have him in the chair next to me. I chose from a stack of gel colors. I didn't see any CND or OPI but the colors were bright and pigmented nonetheless. I chose the Palace Manicure (I don't remember the real name, it was the top one at $53). I chose lavender mint. Manicurist was sweet, polite and light conversation, very nice about me having my baby with me. Application of gel was well done. She cleaned up my horrible cuticles as much as she could, said next time I come they will look better. The massage alone for this treatment was worth the money. They have ample seating for pedicures and manicures. I will come back because I received such great treatment and accommodations with bringing my baby. read more
