I usually look into a place online before walking in but this time was on a whim for my birthday. I liked the "VIP" look of the place with the pretty chandeliers and bar. However the nail polish bottles were old and gross looking and I felt like I was being rushed to pick. Secondly, I wanted an alcoholic beverage which is offered at the beginning so I checked off which one I wanted and it never was given to me.. anyways, that's the little stuff.... the lady started my toes with a different color than I originally chose and was opposite of what was put on for my manicure! I had a champagne color on my fingers yet they used a red on my toes but I said just leave it because I didn't want to cause any trouble and it was a pretty color. Well this was in November, come December I had terrible pain in my big toes that would wake me up out of my sleep. I kept thinking it was my work shoes bUt then I couldn't handle it anymore and realized I had just had a pedicure the month prior! I took off the nail pollsh and there was fungus on both nails!!! To top it off, my pinky toenail fell off a couple days before that was unexplainable until it all occurred to me! Gross! I'm never ever ever stepping foot in there again! It's a fungus because it takes a few weeks to months to show up vs. bacterial infection that would happen within a week of the pedicure/manicure. read more

This is my second time here! I was trying to give them another chance but I won't be returning. My whole experience was super rush. I didn't even go on a busy day so that makes no sense, when I Got there at 3pm. The nail tech doing my nails was rushing so much that she hurt my nail a few times. She didn't even clean my Cuticles or anything just rush rush rush. I felt that I was even rushed to pick a color. Instead of a relaxing experience I got frustrated and I am not a picky person so that tells you something. I told her I didn't like the shape because it was super wide at the tips. She said it will be $5 more!!!! Crazy right! I was not even offered a drink and when she was done she poured oil on my fingers leaving me extremely greasy to even grab my phone or purse. I asked for a napkin and went to checkout. I have had better service at other places. read more

Best pedicure I've ever had. My nail technician paid close attention to detail to my pedicure needs. Wonderful, absolutely the best customer service. Beautiful, well kept salon. FYI: there was a woman next to me getting her feet done. This woman placed her imitation $400 Michael Kohr's purse on the floor. Her nail technician kindly removed the purse from the floor and placed the purse next to the client. Said client started making a loud commotion and making a fool of herself by stating "don't touch my purse". I felt so bad for her nail technician as she was providing wonderful customer service to this horrible client. I hope that woman never comes back to Palace because that client doesn't deserve any service from this wonderful salon. read more

This salon is definitely my new salon. Today is second visit ( the first one was a month ago), surprisingly the manager greeted me by my name. The salon was packed, but my friend and I were quickly sitted and offer compliment drinks. Without appointment, we only waited about 15mins max for a busy Sunday.Yayyyyyyys. We have a hard time to pick out the color but the technicians really helpful and patient, they keep going back and forth to find the color for us without any complaint. Love it. Also our pedicure is amazing, they use disposable file and buff, and timing their massage. I never see any salon do it before. Wish I can give them more star than 5 because they totally deserve it. read more

It's obvious when you walk in that the place is gorgeous, it's very clean, and the people at the front desk are attentive. I've gotten a few pedicures here and tried dip a handful of times as well. There was one male tech here, I can't remember his name, and he was very rough with my pedicure. It was kind of painful when he was trimming my cuticles. The few times I had dip done they were lifting at the cuticle. I dont mind paying the money for dip with a manicure but for what I payed I expected quality. read more

I was serviced here two days ago and I really love this shop. The owners are very nice and personable. I've been coming here since they opened and my nails always last longer than any other shop. If I get shellac, it'll last 3 weeks, dip lasts 4 weeks and so does acrylic. I'm very happy with this shop and the services received. I haven't been to another shop since starting here. read more

I came here for a mani/pedi with friends before vacation. Beautiful spa with a very calm & relaxing atmosphere. Many options from a quick mani/pedi to a herbal salt scrub, hot stone massage, paraffin treatment, and hot towel wrap. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment and truly felt relaxed and renewed at the end of it. People are very friendly and really want your experience to be great. I've only been to Palace nails twice, and both times (different locations) they did an amazing job for Dip nails. I've been to other salons, because they were closer to home, in between these two times and haven't been able to find a salon that does nearly as well as Palace nails. I don't have lift between the nails at the cuticle like I do when I get them done somewhere else. Such a ripoff they do a good job but they switched award programs to digital so they tell me you get $15 off when you get to 300 points and you get one point per $ so I already have 6 stars on my old rewards only 3 more and I get $15 off well I ask how many points I currently have and the lady tells me we don't know what you came in for before so we are only giving 10 points for each star. Rip off so I they only gave me $60 points instead of 216 total joke. This place is already more expensive then other nail places. read more

This place is very very nice inside, unfortunately, it's also much more expensive than most other nail salons. They also aren't great when you want art on your nails and don't pay attention to details. The last time I went, I had to go back 3 times for them to fix my nails, all in the same day. I finally gave up and went across the street and paid another salon to fix their mess up. I like the idea and cleanliness of this place, but more than likely won't be back. read more

I stopped into this place since it is right by my new apartment. It is in a very nice new shopping center. Since they just opened, they were offering 20%. The interior of the salon is very nice and well decorated. Super clean and plenty of chairs/technicians. They have a bar and offer a free drink with service which is nice. I am leaving 3 stars because although the salon was pretty and there was no wait time on a Saturday, my nails were done pretty messy. The shape was done fine but paint was left on my cuticles and the setting gel was on the side of my nails and I said to ask to get it removed. It took quite a while to complete the service so I expected them to be perfect. Unfortunately this was not the case. I'm not sure if I will be back. read more

I really wanted this place to be great, however, I didn't much care for my visit. The discounts for my 2 daughters was nice, but everything else was just "eh". The guy at the front wasn't very friendly at all. It was my first visit and he seemed annoyed that I didn't know how to fill out the paper at the counter. I also had to ask a couple of times to see the powder colors, as they weren't where the gel and dipping colors were. The lady who worked on my nails was very nice and friendly, but she didn't seem to know how the uv nail dryer worked and so it took a few tries to get my thumb and pinky dry. Overall she did a good job though. I will probably go back and give them a second chance as my visit wasn't terrible. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The customer service was horrible. The drink I had (Long Island ice tea) tasted like the bartender had no clue what they were doing and just placed random alcohol in a cup. And I've had plenty of Long Islands before. I got a regular pedicure with the dip powder for my hands. Beware before you go they don't have many colors for the dip. The sns system has been out way too long for them to only have a small selection of colors. The lady that did my hands blatantly told me that she was right handed so she would have to completely move me to another station so that she could work on my left hand. I've been to plenty nail salons before. I don't see why or how you're still doing nails if you can only work on one side of a client. Before being moved to another work station she knocks over all the supplies and breaks glass on the floor. Once at the station she messes up on one of my nails on my left hand and has to start all over again. Now on to the pedicure....The guy that was doing my pedicure asked if I wanted my toenails short. I told him yes. I look down before he got ready to paint my toes and noticed there was a significantly big difference between the lengths of my big toe nails. He rectified the problem once I said something. In the the end I loved the color of my toenails. I loved that my services were 30% off. But my nails are bumpy and look like an amateur did them and the customer service turned me off all the way. I DEFINITELY will not be returning and I'll be going back to my regular nail salon palace nails bar on 2725 Rayford Rd spring tx!!! This establishment needs to either hire new ppl that knows what they're doing or needs to be shut down. read more

I came here due to it being near my boyfriend's house, I usually go somewhere else but decided to try it out I was in dire need of a dip powder removal and new set. My nails came out great but I feel some of the employees I encountered need friendlier customer service. When I first came in there were a couple employees up front with a group that was finished, it took a couple min to get acknowledged, I took it as them being busy. The gentleman that did my nails I felt was very short with me for the most part. He said I would probably be his last client (seated at 5:55, they closed at 7), once I was near the end, he reprimanded me for moving my hand to check the time on my phone after he told me to wait three min, I've had my nails done regularly, I know what to do/not do. Once I went to pay, the lady gave me my receipt to sign, and turned away to the bar, no thank you no goodbye, I was not sure if she would need anything else from me. My nails look great and if you don't care for people interaction (I'm fairly introverted) then this is your place, I will probably think about going back again.
