However, this past Saturday we arrived at 11:30 am and were told that the wait would be 15 mins. Not at all close to the time we waited. We were sat at 12:45 over an hour later. I wish they would've been more honest about the timing. Nonetheless we got sat with Angel and Mia, Mia was very dismissive and dropped some of my orange juice on my brand new Birkenstocks and did not care to clean them off or even apologize. Already, off to an even worse experience. They did not even cut enough of the cuticles or nails whatsoever. When we asked them to cut shorter they grew upset and just rushed through our mani/pedis. I ended up with nail polish on other places on my foot other than just my nails. Very sloppy job. After almost 4 hours of being here we finally get to the front only for the older woman to say she misplaced our ticket or mislabeled. We had to wait for her for another 20 minutes to get our total. I quite honestly did not even want to pay for this awful experience. It was terrible and I will definitely not be coming back. Even if you make an appointment they will still make u wait more than 30 mins. The location is beautiful but the service is not up to par. Try a different location or salon, save yourself the troubles.

My friend and I came in for the 90 minute head spas and left so refreshed and relaxed! When we were done they had us spin a wheel for prizes that consisted of promos which was awesome even though my spin was a loss...womp, womp , womp! We paid cash and found that if you pay cash they give you a stamp card and I believe after the 10th service you receive $20 off which is a great incentive to pay with cash. I felt great with that experience that I knew I had to try them for my pedicure and boy, they did not disappoint!!! Mary was amazing!!! Hands down the best massage I've ever had. Since it is Christmas season, I asked for the ring finger to be white with some type of green Christmas theme. A tree was suggested. It looked pretty good on one hand but the other hand was somewhat of a mess. I ended up filing the "trees" off and put a silver glitter polish on those nails myself. I think I will be going elsewhere next time.

Not to the edges of nails at all - neither the sides nor base of nail. 2nd coat quickly applied and not to edges either and crooked. I really didn't want to leave a review I wanted to send an email to the owners however there is no…read moreway to reach these people other than calling them and I want them to see exactly what I woke up looking like the day after getting waxed. As a licensed aesthetician, I know that the proper way to walk someone is first cleanse the skin with witch hazel and then put baby powder to make sure the wax does not stick too much to the skin. Well I don't typically wax I get threaded but there's nowhere in Tomball to get threaded, so I settled with waxing right before an event. I went in the place looked nice and clean. I was seen right away. When the lady started dipping into the wax I asked her if she could cleanse my skin first she looked annoyed went to the back room and grab some sort of facial towelettes that look like the ones you use for make up removal. I thought strange that they don't just have some witch hazel. After she cleansed my lip she immediately put on the wax my heart stopped because I was like oh my god where is the baby powder. But by then it was too late. One minute after I was waxed I knew I was burned. The skin was raw and fresh. It was really red but I knew it was gonna look even worse in the following days. I went back and after 10 minutes because my lip was on fire and asked for more aloe. I got another annoyed look and a small squirt of aloe. Honestly I should ask for my money back but I know how that goes in these kind of places. Won't bother. Moral of the story to the owners: I know it's not typical protocol for these kind of nail salons, because sure maybe most people skin is not this sensitive . But you definitely need to have some witch hazel and baby powder in case somebody is sensitive. If you have sensitive skin I really recommend either going somewhere with that waxes correctly or just pray to God that they come up with a threading salon somewhere.
