Stopped in for a pedicure and asked upfront if there was a wait. I was told "no wait," so I picked my color and sat down. Ten minutes later, I was still sitting there with no one even acknowledging me, not even a "we'll be right with you." I finally asked how much longer and was told another 5 minutes. Based on where they were in the service they were doing, that "5 minutes" clearly wasn't accurate. I decided to leave. A little honesty and basic communication would go a long way. read more

I absolutely love olive nails and spa I have been coming here for 6 years now. I have tried so many other places but olive nails actually give you their time, theirs a clam and peaceful atmosphere. Ann is my go to nail lady because she is a perfectionist, so you can tell her whatever you want and she will listen! The pedicures here are absolutely amazing don't be afraid to speak up! They will massage harder if you like that or softer. They are very open to whatever you need here. I love Cindy and Julie for my pedicures. The service, quality, price, and friendliness here at olive nails and spa is one of a kind! read more

I went back today for a complete set fix and the owner, as well as the Nail tech immediately greeted me with the utmost respect and attention. My nails look amazing thanks to Mai (the nail tech) taking her time to make sure they were to my liking (I'm very, very picky) and she was very polite through it all. She makes great suggestions and is very talented. The only person I let do my nails is Mai. Also the owner is extremely sweet and expels exceptional customer service. I really appreciate her attention and care to the customers from what I've seen. She's very personable and knows how important this is. Lastly, Their infused water is amazing this place is worth every penny and is always accommodating it's customers... will be returning. read more

The managers/owners are RUDE. They treat you nice if you have a certain look. I have given them the benefit of doubt several times and keep going back because I WANT to like them. But I just can't anymore. TODAYS's examples: went with my child, , the main lady asked what she wanted I was going to tell Her, she immediately stopped me and asked me "does she not know English? She can tell me." If she would've told me in a different tone I probably wouldn't have cared but her tone was NOT nice. I was like.... Excuse Me? the lady who did my pedicure PRETENDED to cut my cuticles. She DID NOT trim anything. I even asked her if she was going to trim my nails she said "yes" and proceeded to PRENTEND TO CUT MY CUTICLES. She didn't even massage or want to touch my feet. (I just had a pedi two weeks ago at a more prestigious place and my feet are not ugly) I know it's bc they don't like people who look like me there. Whatever their judgement is it's wrong and that's why I'm writing this review!!! I feel ROBBED. I wish I would've recorded their service.... For proof!! I Left a tip bc i feel wrong not leaving anything. HOWEVER I wish I would've left nothing And I regret going there. I told the older guy at the front about my experience he didn't even care. read more

NAILS: I really wanted to love this place. I'm going to jump straight to the point. Great customer service and treated amazing all three experiences. At the end of the day you go for a service and EVERY time I got my nails done they broke off with in the first week. The first two times I tried this nail spa I figured it had to be something i was doing wrong. I went a third time and 4 days later my first nail broke off and 2 more on the 6th day. I don't get crazy nails I get basic easy nails and have never had this problem at any other nail salon. My nails always make it to two weeks. Not here. Sad to say i won't be going back. PEDICURES: are amazing. I had a great experience ever single time, they really pay attention to you and take their time and paint jobs have been phenomenal. Chai tee service and pedicures got them three stars. read more

I was looking for a new nail place and went in for a full acrylic set. As the nail lady was finishing up I pointed out how uneven my nails were (some longer and thicker than each other, a lot of them are crooked) and I asked her to shape them more to my liking. She responded with "your nail beds are different so each nail is different. Please don't compare them." I've had my nails done countless times and have had them better looking and actually even with each other. I noticed gaps where she didn't cover my nail completely with the powder she used. When a customer asks to fix something that they are paying for you should just fix it rather than making an excuse for yourself. read more

I am at olive's as i am writing this review. I have been coming here for quite some time now. The only good person here is the owner i must say. Rest everyone is rushing through. This is the second time they have rushed through the process. She has had to do 2 nails again. Obviously!! They just talk nice once you walk in. I am not coming back for sure. Or may b just see the owner to do my nails. Disappointed!! They started really good initially but as they have started getting more people, their quality is going down. And i had to remind my lady to push my cuticles. They skip steps if you aren't paying attention. Its not relaxing coming here anymore. Not worth it. AAND THEY DONOT HONOR THEIR REWARD CARD read more

They now rush. Staff not friendly. Actually rude. Very disappointed!! Make sure you know your price at check out they tried to over charge us. My daughters nail was lifting when we left. We walked right back in they acted like they didn't know who we where??? Lol seriously! In response to your comment. Thank you for your apology. Yes your prices are listed. Like I said I knew my price as listed ! Not the case when I got to register! Please then teach your employees your price list so this doesn't effect another customer! read more

I loved from Katy to tomball , and I have looked for a salon that would really take care of me, one that would listen to my concerns and my questions I have been several time; and I notice the small things I truly enjoy seeing them sanitize all utensils (nail care ) in the UV light and they wipe done the seats and counters they keep it super clean and that's a big plus for me !! I normally do appointments, but one day my nail cracked and it hurt so bad I called and asked if could just come in to get it fixed and they did !! I love that they know my name and know what I drink, (they serve beverages) I also took my daughter and she loves it here Now I'm going to take my husband with me so we can have some quality time with each other (pampered ). I would recommend!! There prices are average range !! read more

I went in for a basic manicure. Walked in and there were only a few patrons. Not busy in the least. My nail tech didn't speak to me at all. Just conversed with the staff the entire time. The service was ok... until she painted my nails. I wanted matte black. She messed up on one then had to repaint. One got smudged and she just did another layer of the matte and said " I don't see it anymore"... in reference to the smudge. As they were drying there was paint on my finger from where it got messed up that she didn't clean off. And there were so many layers of paint it didn't dry right. It's been over an hour and it's still not completely set. I then needed to leave so I got up to pay. No one was attending the front desk. I stood and waited. A few of the staff saw me and continued to talk to each other until I actually had to say I was trying to pay to leave. Not worth the money. Won't be returning. read more

I had high hopes for this place after reading the reviews, but I was sadly disappointed in the end. The pedicure was fine, the vietnamese iced coffee was delicious, but then I was given a cut to my pinky finger during the manicure. A deep cut at that. And I tried hard not to wince or get up and walk out. When I went to pay, I asked for a discount considering I was in major pain.. $2, that is the discount I received for a bleeding sore finger for the next week. When you do a bad job, you offer more than $2. They kept saying it was just an accident, I understand that, but principles go far in business and this place obviously isn't worried about reputation or repeat customers. Sadly, I will not be returning. 5 other nail salons within a mile, shouldn't be hard to find one with standards. read more

Best pedicure I've ever had. I drank a mimosa, got a massage, and my nails painted all at the same time! Definitely coming back regularly

I came to get my nails done right when they opened back up from being closed due to covid19. I called and made an appt for a mani/pedi. When my nail technician doing the mani sees a group of 4 walk in to all get pedis, she starts to speed up since they were seated and the manager points to the two ladies working on me and told them "they'll be with you shortly" so that's when i knew I was going to be rushed even though I made an appointment and this is my time to treat myself - especially being 32 weeks pregnant. When the mani lady does the final clear coat on my dipped nails she left for a good 5 - 10 min to go attend the walk in guests. When she came back I assumed she was going to finish it off with oil and my 5 min hand massage that's included with manis (I know this since I've been here more than a few times). When she gets back she slaps oil on my fingers and leaves and that was that. So I texted my neighborhood girlfriends who all go here and asked if I was crazy and do we not get the massage with manis? And they all said yes! And one neighbor had just went there that week and she said they did her massage. So being the pregnant lady I was... I was getting frustrated. It's not cheap to get your nails done and when you go you want to have the whole service you're paying for! As I went to pay I had the manager come up to tell me that the nail techs can choose if they want to do the massage or not depending on time. And I said well I'm paying for the full service so I don't think that's fair. So instead of being understanding and offering to do something for me (which i honestly didn't expect anything just some acknowledgement maybe), she just keeps arguing with me on how they're not in the wrong. So I told her that isn't very good customer service/business in my opinion and I will not be coming back. read more

I don't recommend this place! They messed up my nails and when I went to get them fixed they totally ignored me! Extremely rude and not good work AT ALL! My nails cracked 24 hours after I had them done and then they ignored me when I tried to get them fixed read more

I normally see Betty, but she wasn't feeling well today. I let someone else do my nails. I didn't get her name, but she was completely rude. When I corrected her on how to do my nails correctly she didn't do it, right. Was speaking to me in a disrespectful tone, as if I didn't know how I like to get my nails done. Won't be going back. Went across the street to pamper me nails. I don't do disrespect when I'm paying for you to do my nails a certain way. read more

I am not big on manicure or pedicure. I get them done occasionally when I feel my hands and toes look very bad. One Friday evening I went there at 6pm and got the Morocco Signature Spa pedicure and Signature Manicure. They close at 7pm but my pedicure service lasted till 7:30pm, ladies were nice and did not complain. The experience was very good. Big plus for me was the place doesn't have over powering smell of nail polish. I will be going back again. read more

Okay ladies. I can speak about this place after going there today. O. M. G. am I in love. They currently have a 30% off sale, so I splurged and got the "big" pedicure and "big" manicure (and added shellac). There was a 30 minute leg massage, a 30 minute hand/arm massage, and then a 10 minute shoulder and neck massage while my toes dried. They used actual Olive Oil on me and all kinds of hot towels, stones, lotions, masks, and lots of stuff. Other than one of my cuticles on my toe getting nicked (and bleeding) it was quite possibly one of the best nail spa places I have been to, and I'm a big ol salon snob.....They have a "frequent flyer" type card that after so many $25 (or more) visits, you get a discount or money off (I forgot). They have tons of polish colors available in shellac & regular. They do waxing & facials as well. They offer you beverages....Try the infused water. It was great. It had apples, oranges, grapes, lemons, limes, cranberries, etc. in it and was very flavorful. The ambiance of the salon was so calm and serene. The colors are so soothing and natural and neutral. They played relaxing music the whole time, too. They have TV's to watch, but I was so relaxed, I had my eyes closed the whole time. The chairs were comfortable and have lots of massage options in them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will absolutely be going back again. Happy pampering!!!! read more

Went to get a shellac mani and pedi, I walk in to pick the color and ask for the perfect match color palette. She hands me the palette I pick a bright pink color and proceed to the pedi chair. Once my pedicure has started a woman came to tell me there was no match for my feet and I would have to pick another color. Full disclosure, if they would have told me this before, I would have for sure picked another color because I am a matcher!!!! Since I already started, I chose to get white toes with a pink design to match my nails. This is where the foolery began, I'm assuming the woman who was doing my pedicure was not the most creative. During her drawing of this design my son could have done, multiple offer workers walked by laughing and speaking native language. Once she finished she asked if I liked and and I told her no, She then told me it was the best she could do while laughing!! I feel that is she knew she could do it she should have told me and I would have changed the color and cancelled the design. Complained to the manager and still had to pay for the bull crap, needless to say I will not be returning ‍ read more

Loved it!! I spent two hours getting pampered this afternoon. Nancy must be a Nail Goddess. She spent so much time making sure every nail was polished to perfection. My daughter and I went to Olive Nail Spa today on Spring Cypress just past H-E-B at Grant. This place is so nice and peaceful, the staff were super friendly and attentive. We both got our eyebrows done, I got pedicure and she got acrylics. All 3 services were great. Free drinks including yummy freshly made fruit infused water, but I could have had wine or soda, a warm neck pillow if you choose, an awesome leg and foot massage. It's ok. I go here because it's clean but the quality depends on who you get. I think it's expensive for what you get. At first, they were a lot more accommodating, offering drinks and a neck roll. But after being a regular and just getting their basic service, they could care less about my business. Their frequent user card has a minimum on it. I am looking for another location. read more
