I absolutely love olive nails and spa I have been coming here for 6 years now. I have tried so many other places but olive nails actually give you their time, theirs a clam and peaceful atmosphere. Ann is my go to nail lady because she is a perfectionist, so you can tell her whatever you want and she will listen! The pedicures here are absolutely amazing don't be afraid to speak up! I went back today for a complete set fix and the owner, as well as the Nail tech immediately greeted me with the utmost respect and attention. My nails look amazing thanks to Mai (the nail tech) taking her time to make sure they were to my liking (I'm very, very picky) and she was very polite through it all. She makes great suggestions and is very talented. The only person I let do my nails is Mai. Also the owner is extremely sweet and expels exceptional customer service. I really appreciate her attention and care to the customers from what I've seen. She's very personable and knows how important this is. The managers/owners are RUDE. They treat you nice if you have a certain look. I have given them the benefit of doubt several times and keep going back because I WANT to like them. But I just can't anymore. TODAYS's examples: went with my child, , the main lady asked what she wanted I was going to tell Her, she immediately stopped me and asked me "does she not know English? NAILS: I really wanted to love this place. I'm going to jump straight to the point. Great customer service and treated amazing all three experiences. At the end of the day you go for a service and EVERY time I got my nails done they broke off with in the first week. The first two times I tried this nail spa I figured it had to be something i was doing wrong. I went a third time and 4 days later my first nail broke off and 2 more on the 6th day. I don't get crazy nails I get basic easy nails and have never had this problem at any other nail salon. My nails always make it to two weeks. Not here. Sad to say i won't be going back. I was looking for a new nail place and went in for a full acrylic set. As the nail lady was finishing up I pointed out how uneven my nails were (some longer and thicker than each other, a lot of them are crooked) and I asked her to shape them more to my liking. She responded with "your nail beds are different so each nail is different. Please don't compare them." I've had my nails done countless times and have had them better looking and actually even with each other. I noticed gaps where she didn't cover my nail completely with the powder she used. When a customer asks to fix something that they are paying for you should just fix it rather than making an excuse for yourself. read more

I loved from Katy to tomball , and I have looked for a salon that would really take care of me, one that would listen to my concerns and my questions I have been several time; and I notice the small things I truly enjoy seeing them sanitize all utensils (nail care ) in the UV light and they wipe done the seats and counters they keep it super clean and that's a big plus for me !! I normally do appointments, but one day my nail cracked and it hurt so bad I called and asked if could just come in to get it fixed and they did !! I love that they know my name and know what I drink, (they serve beverages) I also took my daughter and she loves it here Now I'm going to take my husband with me so we can have some quality time with each other (pampered ). I went in for a basic manicure. Walked in and there were only a few patrons. Not busy in the least. My nail tech didn't speak to me at all. Just conversed with the staff the entire time. The service was ok... until she painted my nails. I wanted matte black. She messed up on one then had to repaint. One got smudged and she just did another layer of the matte and said " I don't see it anymore"... in reference to the smudge. As they were drying there was paint on my finger from where it got messed up that she didn't clean off. And there were so many layers of paint it didn't dry right. It's been over an hour and it's still not completely set. I then needed to leave so I got up to pay. No one was attending the front desk. I stood and waited. A few of the staff saw me and continued to talk to each other until I actually had to say I was trying to pay to leave. Not worth the money. Won't be returning. read more

The pedicure was fine, the vietnamese iced coffee was delicious, but then I was given a cut to my pinky finger during the manicure. A deep cut at that. And I tried hard not to wince or get up and walk out. When I went to pay, I asked for a discount considering I was in major pain.. $2, that is the discount I received for a bleeding sore finger for the next week. When you do a bad job, you offer more than $2. They kept saying it was just an accident, I understand that, but principles go far in business and this place obviously isn't worried about reputation or repeat customers. I came to get my nails done right when they opened back up from being closed due to covid19. I called and made an appt for a mani/pedi. When my nail technician doing the mani sees a group of 4 walk in to all get pedis, she starts to speed up since they were seated and the manager points to the two ladies working on me and told them "they'll be with you shortly" so that's when i knew I was going to be rushed even though I made an appointment and this is my time to treat myself - especially being 32 weeks pregnant. When the mani lady does the final clear coat on my dipped nails she left for a good 5 - 10 min to go attend the walk in guests. When she came back I assumed she was going to finish it off with oil and my 5 min hand massage that's included with manis (I know this since I've been here more than a few times). When she gets back she slaps oil on my fingers and leaves and that was that. So I texted my neighborhood girlfriends who all go here and asked if I was crazy and do we not get the massage with manis? And they all said yes! And one neighbor had just went there that week and she said they did her massage. So being the pregnant lady I was... I was getting frustrated. It's not cheap to get your nails done and when you go you want to have the whole service you're paying for! As I went to pay I had the manager come up to tell me that the nail techs can choose if they want to do the massage or not depending on time. And I said well I'm paying for the full service so I don't think that's fair. So instead of being understanding and offering to do something for me (which i honestly didn't expect anything just some acknowledgement maybe), she just keeps arguing with me on how they're not in the wrong. One Friday evening I went there at 6pm and got the Morocco Signature Spa pedicure and Signature Manicure. Went to get a shellac mani and pedi, I walk in to pick the color and ask for the perfect match color palette. She hands me the palette I pick a bright pink color and proceed to the pedi chair. Once my pedicure has started a woman came to tell me there was no match for my feet and I would have to pick another color. Full disclosure, if they would have told me this before, I would have for sure picked another color because I am a matcher!!!! Since I already started, I chose to get white toes with a pink design to match my nails. This is where the foolery began, I'm assuming the woman who was doing my pedicure was not the most creative. During her drawing of this design my son could have done, multiple offer workers walked by laughing and speaking native language. Once she finished she asked if I liked and and I told her no, She then told me it was the best she could do while laughing!! I feel that is she knew she could do it she should have told me and I would have changed the color and cancelled the design. Okay ladies. I can speak about this place after going there today. O. M. G. am I in love. They currently have a 30% off sale, so I splurged and got the "big" pedicure and "big" manicure (and added shellac). There was a 30 minute leg massage, a 30 minute hand/arm massage, and then a 10 minute shoulder and neck massage while my toes dried. They used actual Olive Oil on me and all kinds of hot towels, stones, lotions, masks, and lots of stuff. Other than one of my cuticles on my toe getting nicked (and bleeding) it was quite possibly one of the best nail spa places I have been to, and I'm a big ol salon snob.....They have a "frequent flyer" type card that after so many $25 (or more) visits, you get a discount or money off (I forgot). They have tons of polish colors available in shellac & regular. They do waxing & facials as well. They offer you beverages....Try the infused water. It was great. It had apples, oranges, grapes, lemons, limes, cranberries, etc. in it and was very flavorful. The ambiance of the salon was so calm and serene. The colors are so soothing and natural and neutral. They played relaxing music the whole time, too. They have TV's to watch, but I was so relaxed, I had my eyes closed the whole time. Loved it!! I spent two hours getting pampered this afternoon. Nancy must be a Nail Goddess. She spent so much time making sure every nail was polished to perfection. All the other technicians (who didn't have customers) gathered around to watch her paint my nails. My daughter and I went to Olive Nail Spa today on Spring Cypress just past H-E-B at Grant. This place is so nice and peaceful, the staff were super friendly and attentive. We both got our eyebrows done, I got pedicure and she got acrylics. All 3 services were great. Free drinks including yummy freshly made fruit infused water, but I could have had wine or soda, a warm neck pillow if you choose, an awesome leg and foot massage.
