At no point did she mention that choosing both powders would add an extra $15 to the cost. If I had been informed beforehand, I could have decided whether I wanted the additional charge. When I called to express my concern, the girl at the front desk (who unfortunately never seems friendly or welcoming) told me the extra charge was because I chose two powders. My issue isn't the additional charge itself--it's the complete lack of communication. Customers should always be told about extra costs before the service is performed, not surprised when they go to pay. If you're planning to visit this salon, be very careful. Even if you choose a service from their menu, ask if every option the technician suggests will cost extra. Otherwise, you may end up paying much more than you expected. Good customer service starts with honesty and clear communication. Unfortunately, I didn't receive either, and I won't be returning. Sad they have lost a great tipping customer.

Which is just a tactic to avoid accountability. I've been coming here for over a year, have gone through multiple stamp cards, and always use the same phone number. Yet when I came back about my pedicure, the rude lady at the front suddenly acted like my number "wasn't in the system" and like she couldn't recall my original visit for the pedicure and dip set I had literally gotten less than 24 hours before. The pedicure itself was horrible. The polish looked bad on every toe, and I came back just hoping they could at least fix the big toes. I was told the wait would be 30-45 minutes and ended up waiting over 2 HOURS just for the tech to attempt painting over the messed up polish instead of actually fixing it. When I questioned it, the tech said the front desk employee instructed her to do it that way. The entire experience was unprofessional and dismissive. And before they try to blame regular polish, I let my toes dry for 30 minutes at the salon and wore flip flops for over an hour afterward. From the pictures, it's obvious this was a bad paint job/layering issue, not something that got messed up after I left. There is no way you'd be able to tell this is a fresh pedicure. Basic customer service and a decent paint job shouldn't be too much to ask for.

Establishment looks clean at first, but when the pedicure lady started taking off my old polish, there were used cotton balls on her tray with another polish removal on the cotton ball. That grossed me out a bit. I went on and sat there. I had acrylic nails that needed removal as well. Let's just say she had foil squares on her tray that were really wrinkled. I sat there not even sure what to do. I think she recycles the foil squares for customers. Overall, nail fungus or lack of cleanliness doesn't give me a good vibe and I won't be back.

When we were done they had us spin a wheel for prizes that consisted of promos which was awesome even though my spin was a loss...womp, womp , womp! We paid cash and found that if you pay cash they give you a stamp card and I believe after the 10th service you receive $20 off which is a great incentive to pay with cash. I showed an inspo photo, and the nail tech acknowledged it and confirmed that's what I wanted. When she showed me the initial shape, it didn't match the photo and it wasn't consistent across hands/nails. I asked for it to be more oval/rounded to match the inspo. She tried to fix it, but the shape became more uneven, and I had to repeatedly ask for adjustments--resulting in my nails becoming shorter and shorter from all the filing. Throughout the process, she kept commenting that my nails were "big and wide" and that this style didn't suit me. She asked if I'd ever had nails like this before, implying they would look bad. She also admitted she made an "executive decision" at the start to give me a different shape because of my "big nails." I explained that she could have communicated that upfront so we could adjust the length or find another option to achieve the look I asked for. For about 15 minutes, I listened to explanations about how my nail shape was the problem, and the only "solution" offered was free chrome--something that didn't change the rude experience. They did offer to redo the set for free, but after being repeatedly insulted, I'd rather take the loss and return to my regular salon that communicates clearly and puts customers first. Ultimately offering a free set and listening to your nail tech insult me repeatedly while finishing my nails is not good service and not a bandaid. I attached photos of the result vs the inspo.
