NEVER!!!!! In the last six months the service and quality have been HORRIBLE, and Yet I kept trying because of the long relationship I had with Island Nails. Today was the LAST time! They completely messed up my nails and what I asked for and Island Nails admitted they messed up and it was their mistake YET they charged me for their mistake! I questioned them and they again admitted it was their mistake but they still charging me for something I DID NOT ask for or want! They woman in charge even came over and apologized and said it was there fault and she was sorry. Ok, then why am I paying for YOUR mistake? There are nail salons in every shopping center, every corner, today Island Nails made it clear that being a loyal customer means nothing and they would rather loose a customer over $40. Bye!
