I walked in, no one greeted me, I had to look for a staff member. I told the older lady I wanted a pedicure. She said ok. She was dealing with a manicure and I stood there and waited. after a minute I sat my self down. A young girl came and told me to sit on the pedi chairs. She was working on another person's pedi. I sat down. The older lady who I assume is the mom "started" on my pedi but was too busy on the phone to what looked like she was waiting for a representative for her bank" I only say that cause she put her card number on her phones keypad. She eventually got a representative and the she told me to hold on and wait. I waited another 10 mins till the young girl finished the pedi to come work on my pedi. The young girl asked me for my polish color. Even tho I had already told the older lady. So I told her and she got it. Just not professional at all that the older person didn't even get the color I asked for to begin with. I told the young girl I was in a rush at this point. She did her best. God bless her but the "mom" is as on the phone not focused on the business. One hour later I left with a $45 charge. I only tipped cause I felt bad for the young girl doing all the work while the older woman stood around. Not to mention during the time I was as there another customer came in and sat in the chair WAITING till I was done even tho the older lady was there doing NOTHING. I will not go back. read more

Kim did my manicure and I also got a gel pedicure by Tee. My pedicures always last a month and they are REAL deal pedicures. Kim always gets me the design and shape I want for my manicures and i'd say i'm pretty picky. Highly recommended. They are pretty cheap considering how great they are. read more

I like the way my nails came out. I just did not like how they decided to charge me a higher price than what they have advertised on their website. When I showed them their website so that they could see for themselves they just said no no no. You should update your website or stop posting false advertisements. Also the last time I was there my debit card was charged $94 dollars. Then I was asked to run it again 5mim later bc it "didn't go thru" So I checked my bank account and it had already been debited from my account (they were closing up) so I showed the owner my phone so she could see that they already debited my account. She was very persistent on running my card again bc she couldn't find it on her end. I told her I was not going to pay her an additional 94 . I told her I had to go. She told me I couldn't leave bc she didn't recieve a payment (it was Embarrassing) so I helped her look for it on her mobile bank app. After 20 min she finally located my payment. This nail salon is the best bang for your buck! I believe a mani pedi is only $25-$28. That's a great deal compared to most salons in Houston. The owner, Kim, is always friendly & energetic. You'll always hear her laughing & making conversation with several of the customers there. I've noticed she's super sweet to children as well. I never have to wait long before someone sees me so they're good with tending to you as soon as they can. The one thing I've noticed from all my years of coming here is the nail polish selection isn't that great. I'd like to see more colors that change with the seasons. I came here midweek during my lunch to get my nails taken off. I was immediately greeted and seated by the tech. The lady working on my nails was really nice.... everything was okay until she started taking the acrylic off. All of the other nails were okay but she was using another nail to "pop off" my thumb nail and it lifted my real nail up! It bled a little and she was very apologetic... To start off with me and my mom have come here multiple times when we have no where else to go. for certain reasons but this time will DEFINITELY be the last. each time we come the prices are completely made up, different prices for pedicures and manicures every time. despite the prices a trip to the nail salon should be a 1-2 hr thing NOT a 5-6 hr thing because the MANAGER we have an appointment with takes everyone before you because her other client "lives far". It is my moms birthday soon so as a birthday treat i told her to go get a nice DELUXE pedicure ($40) so she can have a relaxing time and it was the complete opposite of that. she made an appointment with Kim and when she arrived was told Kim was not there so another lady started on her. When the lady started she was barley cleaning any skin off of her toes ( we go do our pedicures at least every 3 weeks we know how it is supposed to be done ) , barley scrub the bottom of her feet and when kim arrived she had 101 excuses as to why SHE HERSELF was not on time to my mothers appointment. So she then starts to do my moms toes and switches with another lady to start on another client and throughout the whole pedicure they were literally TAKING TURNS on her feet. the other lady would do it and kim would come and fix her mistake. not to mention the HORRIBLE paint job that was done. after all was said and done and Kim the owner could very much see how upset my mom was nothing was offered but an apology and 101 excuses and was charged $72 FOR A PEDICURE AND EYEBROWS! ridiculous and NEVER AGAIN! read more
