I don't recommend this place at ALL - usually I don't like to put reviews and hurt business but I went in as a first time client I was referred by family - thought they will be good - I was there more than 2 hours - before I walked in I asked if they can match the picture I had and the guy said yes we can and they took pictures of my phone - the nail color in the picture is nude and they did soft white I didn't say anything because it's not huge deal I was like whatever might look nice - looked horrible- but this is not the main reason - I left the place at 2:30 by 6pm my nails started to chip and the color come out please see pictures - and not only my nails but also my toe - I did shellac pedicures and they peeled cant believe it. went the next morning they said manager not in and tried to call multiple times they keep saying manager is not In . charges me over $100 on shitty work . worse experience in my life read more

My top two! Linda for my nails/brows... and the other Linda for my pedicure ... they never disappoint!

Service was terrible. The nail tech made my nails all lumpy...I tried to tell and she couldn't understand. I felt lied to.

Great service at a Great price! I really like the convenience of the location of this nail spa. I visit this location for a simple color change on my natural tips and toes. Toes $8 Tips. $6 Linda has good and peaceful customer service. Her service is fast, but NOT rushed. Their was no wait at my time of visit. Around (or a little before 4) 3:50pm. And she was completed before 4:22 pm (I wish they offered the portable hand machine to dry my nail, while I say at the pedi chair. When ask, Linda, said they don't have it.) They offer drinks, maybe to customers who's getting a higher price service, or longer time. However, I was not offered anything on this first time visit I was told they're service is good, from the lady next to me, who is a regular. She also states they're usually very busy and is a wait, & best to reserved an appointment. She recommend the "Jelly pedi" of you have time. Deluxe* is also a good one. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I Would give this place ZERO stars if I could. My husband I visited this facility on May 27th around 3pm. My husband received a pedicure and manicure. As I was waiting I observed completely unsanitary practices that were very concerning. The instruments used for pedicures were not sterilized and were being reused on clients. The nail technician used a "cheese grater" instrument on my husbands feet, and cut him with it. After using it the nail technician rinsed it with water and put it at another station and reused it on another client. Pumice stones and nails files were also being reused on clients for pedicures. Another technician -who I believe was the manager -came over to do my husband's manicure using the same instruments on a client that she had just finished working on without cleaning or sterilizing them first. That same nail technician picked up a dirty towel off the floor and used it to wipe my husband's hands. None of the technicians were washing their hands in between clients or at all. And there were also random instruments left out in the open that were not cleaned and were picked up and used for service on clients. As a frequent visitor or nail salons I have never witnessed such unsanitary and unsafe practices in a salon! read more

If I can give it zero stars., I would. But since I can't, I give it 1. So I'm Vietnamese and speak Vietnamese and understand it fluently. Didn't even get to sit down yet and all I asked was for my water to be hot. The lady then proceeded to make a negative comment about me to her coworker in Vietnamese. Then had the nerve to ask me if I was Vietnamese. Which I then responded and said yes. She asked me if I spoke Vietnamese, I said yes. The women was too stunned to speak. My service was rushed and not only that, but as she's giving me my service, she kept going on her phone to text. Now let's talk about prices, the prices are high and why is there a $3 up charge for a men's pedicure? All I can say is, they're unprofessional and definitely overcharge for poor service. I had a feeling my service was going to be rushed so I got the basic pedicure and did not get a manicure. Definitely do not recommend nor would not ever spend another dime here. read more

I saw NW Nails & Spa through google and i wanted to give it a try, and there's no regret! there's a new owner and they renovated the salon and first off walking in it smells amazing and second, it looks very nice and well organized. I came here for my Halloween set and the staff were so kind and friendly. They made sure my nails looked perfect! They took their time to get perfect shaping and making sure it didn't look too thick. They were very precise and the prices are very reasonable. They provided drinks as well. I loved the customer service. My set came out to be around $60 dollars but right now for the month of October there's a sale making the price drop to $50. My service wasn't as great as others. It wasn't horrible, but I've had better. When I entered, I told the gentleman that was a first time visitor. He was dry but I was quickly seated for my pedicure. A younger tech, Natalie, started my pedicure. She did a great job, but she was rough while handling my feet! Goodness! She finished and left without a word while Kathy started my hands. Kathy was even drier than the guy at the door. She didn't speak, so I spoke to her. She quickly went to work. She did I decent job but when I asked about adjusting the powder, she said it would cost because she was almost done. I declined. Then she did a poor job of l dusting off the powder so when the gel dried, you could see it. When she finished, one of her regulars was in her chair so she quickly left. Last time I was here, I developed an infection in my toe from the manicurist and their tools. I went for a pedicure today and did one of the deluxe specials. My massage should've been 14 minutes- my pedicure in its entirety was maybe 25 minutes long. The nail tech was too worried about her customers polish being worked on behind our chair. The foot massage was weak and basically just ungloved fingers not doing anything then paused to look at the other customer , shorter than what was advertised and what I paid for. One foot only received the callus treatment and I left with my legs and feet still covered in paraffin wax. Maybe if I actually received a massage the tech would've noticed the amount of wax still on my legs and feet. Total waste of 36$. I've gone to this place out of its convenient location but after these last two times - No more! I'll happily drive an extra 2 miles away for a different and better salon. read more

Dip & a Pedicure I give this place 2 stars mostly because of how rude the lady (Lee) was that did my nails and what a poor job she did. I came in telling them my feet and cuticles were dry...it's why I was there. Lee kept making comments about how, short my nails were, how cracked & dry. She kept talking about it the whole time. She did nothing to help with the dryness, should have rubbed cuticle oil on them. One point she even said "so gross how dry feet are". She was not even working on my feet. It was not fun or relaxing.
