I came here to get a regular gel pedicure. It was quiet and maybe had 1 other customer. I asked the technician to remove my ingrown nails because that is something my usual person does (I tried a new place when I came here) I did not expect, that for the next 40 min this person would be still trying to take my ingrown nails out. I was satisfied with what had already been done. But he said let me get an expert this isn't my area of expertise. Then a lady proceeded to get a little kit and start digging into my toes and cutting and explaining that since he started and couldn't finish it she would have to go all the way and really get all of my ingrown nails out. This was all insane to me because like I said my usual lady and people all my life just pulls out the little ones and doesn't do any more than that. But I decided whatever I'll let her do her thing even though it's really painful and I also didn't have a choice since she already started. And then halfway through this process of pain and everything they bring me a waiver which in my mind-it's too late because you didn't tell me the risks or ask me and then you have me sign a waiver?.. But again like I said-all of this is fine and I dealt with it, and was actually shocked by what she pulled out with this process, and that I appreciated. I'm really being critical of how this process happened. Now for the actual point of why I am writing this review. After they finished this process it had already been an hour and I needed to go as I had a wedding to get to so I let them know I didn't need the pedicure because I needed to leave, the lady reassured me that she could be very fast so I dealt with it and let her continue. When she got to the part where they take the dead skin off of your feet with the zester thing/microplane I noticed the lady walked away and came back with a bandaid. I asked if there was a cut or something and she said there was some tiny little scrape so I just ignored that and especially didn't care because I didn't feel anything. She finished up very quickly and I was on my way. I do want to mention how kind these people were which is why this review is not easy to write but sadly what happened next has to be told to warn people just incase. I got home and took off my shoes and was horrified to see blood everywhere. I look at my foot and the spot where she put the bandaid wasn't even covering any type of cut. What she avoided to cover or tell me about is that she actually zested off my freaking heel of my foot. I went in the next day that they were open and explained what happened to a manager. I showed kindness and understanding that a mistake can happen. They were sorry and gave me a refund right away. I want to mention that the nail painting work that was done was fine and everything but the health risk involved and the fact that I could have gotten a very bad infection or even staph would have been very scary and dangerous. HOWEVER, this man has non stop bragged about the service he had and I can honestly say his feet look totally different! What an amazing nail salon!! Comfortable and very positive environment. Been to a few of the really good ones downtown Houston with my wife and this place really blew me away. Brand new, extremely clean and wonderful staff. Really gave us a great time Tried the signature pedicure with lavender lotion and scrub, my feet and legs feel brand new! Took my three girls in to get their nails done as a Christmas gift. They were so excited! Tiffany and her staff were very nice to them and did a great job. The youngest broke a nail within 48 hours. I took her to get it fixed. Unfortunately the color wasn't right. It actually ended up taking three times before they found the right color. Tiffany apologized and never gave up or fussed. They fixed the nail perfectly and then didn't charge us for it. Tiffany will be seeing more of us because of their beautiful work and amazing customer service. read more

I have no idea why this salon has more than 2 stars. I usually give time to let my nails settle, grow, experience life, etc. before thinking about a review. Let's start with the salon experience. Everyone was nice, I'll give them that. My nail tech removed my previous set by shoving a tip under my set and ripping the acrylics off. This left a hole on my pinkie nail very close to my nail bed. After she didn't even buff my nails and went straight to adding the tips. The application of the acrylic was TERRIBLE. It was dripping and getting on my skin and the brush she was using had cured acrylic in it. My nails came out THICK and FLAT. The design was supposed to be a certain way and the tech didn't follow my reference. 3 days later I already had a nail lifting. It's been 3 weeks now and I went to remove them for an appointment coming up. Having used to do nails myself, I had the correct tools to remove them. It took 3 HOURS to soak and drill them off. For paying $93, you'd expect WAY better. I've been to salons that charged $60 and did way better. My nails are excruciatingly thin from this experience and I will never come back. read more

I just moved to this area and they are so accommodating to my wants! One time after the lady painted my toes she noticed that I didn't like them and completely redid them for me without acting frustrated. She actually told me that she wants me be happy about my nails rather then me having to be upset when I left and I really appreciated that! I don't always listen to reviews because I believe many people put reviews up only when they have one bad experience and it was often something the person themselves could have done better. This place is going to be my go-to nail salon. Kevin did my nails and his attention to detail was fabulous. He did an amazing job on my pedicure and the price was worth it. I usually pay $40 plus tip, so around $48-$50. This place seems so cute I was so excited and then completely disgusted with how they tried to scam me over. I sat down and pulled out a photo of what I wanted - French with red instead of white... I have "natural" aka no tips dip nails and so I know what it usually costs for just a solid color depending where you go 40-50 so I expected for a simple design $10-15. I was told it would be $60. Then I said oh I have a coupon for your first time 10% off... then she changed her price to $65 with the discount!??? Update: my friend visited today and the nail tech hurt her! Kept nicking her skin while buzzing her shellac off, and then spraying with alcohol! She said, you're hurting me! He didn't clean up her cuticles! She asked him to clean her cuticles but he didnt understand her She finally said forget it, please just paint my nails clear. Then the pedicure took FOREVER. She tried to just get up and leave 3 times and he didn't allow her to leave. I went to Tif's based on the reviews and I'm so happy I did! I had a pedicure and it was fabulous and oh so relaxing. They didn't use the disgusting cheese grater on my feet but instead took the time to do it correctly with a disposable file. Everything was very clean and neat. I had a glass of wine in a real glass instead of the usual plastic ones you get (glass makes even bad wine taste better). I also had a lip and eyebrow wax and must say it was the most thorough wax job I have ever had in my life. The shoulder message at the end was the icing on the cake and spot on. I just moved to Conroe and have been trying out nail salons. I made an appointment today for a full set and a pedicure. When I arrived I was told to sit in a pedicure chair. My pedicure was started and I was asked to pick the color for my finger nails. I chose the color and presented it to Tiffany who was to do my nails. The pedicure I chose was $50 for 45 minutes. During my pedicure I was asked to pick out a toenail color and I said a color that was close to the powder color would be fine. I was presented with a color and agreed. (No mention of price addition). Fast forward an hour later (during and after my pedicure had completed) and still waiting for someone to do my nails. They told me she would be with me and just to relax in the massage chair. Over another 15-20 minutes I decided I was ready to leave and told them to forget about the nail appt. I went to pay for my pedicure and was told I owed $68. To my surprise I asked why the extra $18 and was told that I picked shellac for my toes and that is extra. Worst nail salon I've been to in Conroe. I went to utilize the 30% off promotion they were supposedly having until August 31st, yet they I overheard them telling other customers the 16th was the last day. The date didn't really affect me I just was confused about the false advertising . I asked for SNS/dip nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was done averagely no complaints until I noticed that my polish had a brownish dingy cast and appeared to be crackling only 3 days later , had to pay another nail salon to do a polish change for me . My nails had to be redone before I even left the salon because there were fuzzy specks in the powder and if I hadn't spoken up they would have forsure let me walk out with crazy looking nails but I made them redo it right then and there . March 23 I made appointment that day. I was greeted very harsh. I replied I have an appointment. There was only 2 employees there in the shop. I was told to sit at the booth. I lokled around there was no prices posted no where. So I ask for a price list. I was looked at funny by both the employees. As I was looking at prices 2 walk in customers came in and said "can you all take right now and right now. After looking at the price list I decided on new set of nails and fir one finger to have a design on my finger and let her know what finger. I asked if she understood and she said yes. While I was waiting I notice a client drinking a cold beverage and I asked if they served cold beverage and she nodded yes. Then I asked why wasn't I offered a cold beverage and she ignored the question and proceeded to ask me what I wanted. I said a glass of wine she brought a glass of wine. In my foot scrub I didn't receive I question her about that I still was ignored. I had to demand my the slippers that they give you when you receive a pedicure or any kind of foot scrub. I guess when going to a business such as this Don't ask to see the prices You will be treated different. I gave feed back .And my answer was come again and see which someone name 2 other employees and I should have said something. I sure the manager was there she was the one that asked me may I help you. And when the 2 walk in came in the manager ran in the back and left the one employee by herself.
