The way they teamwork together to help each other with customers and assist each other in resetting stations was an endearing and rare sight to see. Now when it came to the customer, my person verified what I asked so it would be completely to my liking before preceding! What nail spa in this area is doing that across the board. If you have been away from this spot for a few years, like I have, this is your sign to give this place another chance. I promise you will not be disappointed. I happened to ask a male nail tech working at the first station and he directed me to the counter where you pay. WRONG you check in at either front kiosk using your phone number. Lily was the tech assigned to me. I advised her that we were first timers. She welcomed me with a warm smile and a thank you. She took her time to give me the best experience she could offer. The technician (I believe his name was Steven, based on the name on the UV lamp) cut multiple fingers with the drill during the service. I didn't even get asked if I wanted them cut down, he just did. It was a basic French tip pedicure and the tips were basically non existent at first, which he did fix after I asked. I was cut with the 'cheese grater' thing, not sure why salons even use those still, but I now can't even apply pressure to the foot he cut, nothing was said about the cut. I hate how short my toenails are now, the French doesn't even look good cause they're so short. I'll just go somewhere else in the woodlands from now on. Irritated I paid over $80 for a pedicure I don't like, and I didn't ask for the deluxe but got charged for it. Edit: not sure why I'd want a 20% off a pedicure when y'all FUCKED MY FOOT UP. Expect a refund. I can't use my right foot and I have a work event. UPDATE; I am criminally trespassed but I would do it again to make the loser that owns this place feel like the loser he is, foot is infected and can't walk on it still. 4 days later.
