I like to come here because it's close to where I stay. I always ask for Tammy to do my pedicure. She's very nice and she ALWAYS does an excellent job. No matter if the shop is super busy or it's near closing time, she really takes her time massaging my legs and never rushes on that part. I appreciate that about her. The hot wax dip is included free with any pedi. This place uses OPI polishes which I adore. They have a good color assortment of new polishes (not ancient bottles of paint that are sticky on the inside and dusty on the outside). All of the nail technicians here are talented. They can perfectly execute the basic sets and fills, or create intricate nail designs. They are knowledgeable about the latest trends and colors as well. read more

I had not been to a nail salon in over a year and after going there twice, I got infections in both my fingernails and my toenails. The colors do not match the swatches and the tech did bad job over all on my shellac manicure. The polish lifted on one of the nails after two days. I went back in to have it fixed and instead of removing the polish and starting fresh, she just slaps some polish on over the spot that had flaked off. Terrible place to go. Don't go to this place. You might as well do your own nails at home. I have gone there many times and kept trying to give them another chance. But every time a few days after my nails are done they start peeling off / the polish does. Not sure what products they use but it only happens with this nail salon. You have been warned. They do a poor job and no idea how they stay in business. Those products are not up to standards. Very cheap nail polishes and do a very poor job. I've been here twice. The first time my nails didn't come out as well as I would have liked. I asked for a coffin shape and all of my nails looked like different shapes and overall just didn't look good. But I decided to give them a second chance and the second time my nails were so pretty BUT after just one week one broke and another is chipping. I have a full set with shellac. Usually at other places I have no problem and my nails last 3-4 weeks but here they don't seem to be lasting as long and I'm paying more than normal. May give them one more chance because I did love my nails at first the second time. read more

I have been here a number of times and I have to say that the quality of work has gone down significantly. I had my eyebrows waxed and this is worst experience I've ever had anywhere! I asked for them to be just "cleaned up" and to keep the same shape and size. I got the complete opposite. They're extremely thin and unrecognizable! I had intentionally gone without waxing or tweezing for a few months so that they'd be thicker and fuller. Now they're worse than before! I literally went home and cried. I now have to draw them on and not just fill in a bit. It's embarrassing, and I recommend that NO ONE go here! If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would! read more

Pros: Wendy & her service Cons: additional fees and attitude of another nail tech. Drove passed this place and decided to go bc their $30 for mani/pedi. Well when it was time to check out she told me I had to pay $38. When I asked why I was told I was charged $3 for fixing my slightly broken, real nail (she patched it with acrylic). I can understand that okay, BUT $5 to remove my polish! Now, if I were to go in strictly for removal and had nothing else done I would understand, but to do a complete mani/pedi I would expect removal of my polish was included in my manicure. It usually is elsewhere if I'm not mistaken. The nail tech (younger of the 3) who spoke the most English and seemed like she ran the place-- She had an attitude/chip on her shoulder, was not friendly, or polite. According to my mom she was also rough and rushed thru the manicure that she did for my mom. Most likely I will not return, but on the other hand, I must compliment my nail tech WENDY. She was sweet, respectful, detailed, took her time and she was gentle. Regardless, I thought it was absurd to charge me additional fees without letting me know, because I had to dip my nails in acetone to take my caviar off. Fees should be informed to client prior to service. So, my warning to you, ask questions to every little thing they do for you. I went here after another nail salon was too busy. I have been back 3 times for pedicure. The nail techs do a great job with not cutting the nails too short, polish is always clean, nail art design is always pretty and professional. Very nice environment, clean. It's 30 dollars for a mani/pedi which is a reasonable price however unfortunately not a repeat worthy venue in my opinion. Generally clean but they have random items laying around like a fish tank on the floor, very worn down towels, no quick-dry spray, and OLD nail polish bottles. The tv's don't work and signal goes in and out constantly. They are slow, yet still lack detail minded initiative. I feel like a DIY mani/pedi at home would look cleaner and prettier. My sister asked for a couple touch ups on a french manicure (which she has every right to do) and the lady argued against it, showed frustration, and another individual had to finish up. I don't think that's right nor professional. If you don't mind half effort quality and have 2 hours to spare then you may feel differently. read more

Unfortunately i did not have a good experience at this nail shop. I am a regular at Le'Que nail salon near my work. On an off day I went to Willow nails because it is close to my home. First when I entered we were not greeted or acknowledged. Then when I asked for a shellac manicure and pedicure I was given strange looks and the tech started talking over her shouldr to 3 other techs and then relunctantly said ' well that will be $40". I told her that was fine beacuse that isa what I usually get. I then stood there as she walked away, I assume to get the pedicure chair ready, then shouted to me to come sit down. During the pedicure I watched her water down the nail polishes a few times before the nail techs used them on other patrons. The tech that worked on me also spoke ALOT in vietnamese to the others techs about myself and the other women in the salon. I know quite a but of vietnamese and am very didturbed that they felt so comfortable talking negatively about the customers while we were sitting in there assuming we did not speak the languge. I will not return to this establishment and would not recommend anyone else going unless you want to be blatantly talked about while your sitting there. Nail quality bad, shellac lifting after 2 days. Nail tech that did my pedicure dropped the buffer on the ground and then tried to use it on my feet! I told her to stop and get a new one. Just very unprofessional, and rude with poor quality. Not happy or impressed. read more

Went in for a pedicure on Sunday around 2pm. All ladies already working on people except for 1 sitting at the front desk. She did a terrible job. None of the workers wear name tags and she never spoke to me except to say "wader?" I said yes so she brought me a bottle of water. Other than that she would just tap or grab my feet and point. She did speak a foreign language to the other ladies so I know she could speak. She did not let my feet soak at all before starting to cut on the nails. First 2 toes she cut into the nail bed. After me jumping & flinching she just used a nail file to shape the nails. No trimming cuticles to cleaning under or the sides of toes. I had to go home, soak my feet and carefully remove the corner of my toenail she just left hanging. I think she left it because she knew it would start bleeding. I do not have a pretty pedicure to wear with summer sandals because 2 toes have ointment and band-aids on them. I could have used a nail file and painted them myself at home and saved 40$! STAY AWAY from this place or at the very least do not let the lady with bi-focal silver rimmed glasses touch your fingers or toes! read more

I use to love this place but it seems to be under new management. There was a pregnant lady who did my nails and went between me and two other girls. She would paint one layer ( I was doing shellac) and go work on another persons nails and come back. She then charged me $35 ( swiped the card, then gave me the total conveniently) which I was told on the phone a simple shellac would only be $25. She rushed through my service since she was going back and forth between me and two other woman. I did not get $35 worth of service....no massage, parafin wax, nothing. HIGHLY disappointed. Not to mention she was yelling and talking shit about everyone in there in Vietnamese which I can understand. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place. read more

I didn't try Willow Nails for a long time because I had read a couple of bad reviews, which was too bad because it was so convenient for me. One day I saw a sign that it was under New Management so I thought I'd give it a try. I am so glad I did! Everyone there was really nice and welcoming. Jenny, the manager, did a great job on my acrylic nails and I've never had anyone put so much care put into a pedicure as Wendy did! Suffice to say, I'm glad I gave it a shot. I go to a nail salon to relax and pamper myself. I recently put fake nails on at another salon and wanted to take them off, so I thought I would go somewhere close to my house. BIG MISTAKE!!! First off, they were so rude and on the phone while doing my nails. I hate that. I like to visit with them. Second, they didn't fully remove the acrylic nail and cut 7 out of my ten fingers while filling. Ouch! Most places feel bad if they cut you, but not this place. They didn't even spray alcohol on them to make sure they were clean. What?! Then I just wanted to leave and not get my nails painted because I was pressed for time and I just wanted to get out of there. The lady insisted on painting them and the whole thing was so awkward and the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The prices are not listed anywhere, so you don't know what you are going to have to pay. Avoid this place!! Go somewhere where you will enjoy the entire experience.
