I was trying treat my grandma to a pedicure. She has neuropathy & has swelling in her legs. The water for both her & I was scalding hot. Took 3 attempts to get the temperature right. The tech that worked on mine & my grandmother's feet were both rude & not friendly. Only one other customer was there and she was finishing up a manicure. Alena was the only tech free when we first walked in and she avoided us by sitting down and filing her own nails until the owner told her something. I tried to ask the tech to be gentler because my grandma was visibly in pain but it seemed like she didn't even attempt to be gentler. Will definitely not be back.

I went in for the special pedicure, but after an hour and 10 minutes of what was still just a basic pedicure and polish, I was over sitting there. I asked her to switch me to the basic pedicure after she painted my nails. Also, Shellac is an extra $25, which seemed really high compared to other salons. My toes were she filed them, still hurt since I left, this has never happened at another salon to me.

I wasn't happy with my current place because of the time it took and declining quality of work. My nails started to lift and look very uneven and bumpy after they were done & it would be an hour wait while they kept squeezing clients in. I sometimes have my little ones with me. I brought my 4 month old in with me on this recent visit to USA nails. She's my easy baby, luckily I was able to leave my high energy 2 year old home with her dad. I am glad I found USA nails and Steven. The salon staff were all friendly and the salon was nice & clean considering the exterior of this shopping strip. I walked in on a Thursday morning around 10 am. Steven started working on my nails right away. He took off my old set and gave me a new one within an hour. He was gentle with the take off and new set. He did NOT drill down or file my nails down all thin. I was pleasantly surprised. Some places are rough and leave my nails in pain. (Awesome on the service time). Steven was very professional and knowledgeable on the CnD products he carries at his salon. How cool is that he's a brand ambassador for CnD products. They have sooooo many colors to choose from. The nail color swatches are easy to look through and aren't all bulky and labeled clearly. Oh and not to mention this cool nail polish mixing machine. They have different washing scrubs at the sink & lotions at the front register for you to try. They smell good and left my hands sooo soft. Ming brought me a small bottle of water at the beginning of my service. He is personable and friendly as well. I was able to squeeze in a pedicure while I was there since my babygirl stayed calm. The massage chairs were strong and relaxing while I got my pedicure. My pedicure polish did chip at the tip with a day but I didn't have time to go back in for them to fix it. ( I like regular nail polish on my feet and gel on my fingernails). Yay for this mommy pamper time!! I was very happy I was able to get in and out with no problems and I didn't even have an appointment. Thank you Steven and the staff at USA nails. I will definitely be back! How easy is it for you to just dismiss bad service and never ever contact me even though I had left my phone number and contact information multiple times.
