I was trying treat my grandma to a pedicure. She has neuropathy & has swelling in her legs. The water for both her & I was scalding hot. Took 3 attempts to get the temperature right. Alena was the only tech free when we first walked in and she avoided us by sitting down and filing her own nails until the owner told her something.
