The pedicure was nice but quick, an hour, which is standard but the price was $101 before any tips. Just for the pedicure. No other services. Nice spa but too expensive for my tastes. This review is about the front desk/bar staff. Unfortunately, my experiences with them have not been positive. They are often unfriendly and unwelcoming, rarely greet customers, and are frequently sitting behind the bar on their phones. They also do not check in to see if customers would like a drink. As a result, the nail technician has had to stop their service to prepare drinks, which does not seem appropriate or fair to them. I hope management addresses these customer service concerns soon, as it would greatly improve the overall experience.
